Fantastic customer service. In and out in minutes which is appreciated while with a small baby on my chest. The manager helped me with my order and he was professional and answered all questions about an item I was shipping to Canada. This location during the season is open until 8pm. Ive never had a bad experience here. Great local place to ship and copy. A++++

Went to this location this morning to ship a package and the employees were sooooo nice and helpful! Will always come to this location for any shipping needs because their service was so nice.

Do not pay for overnight service, they do not provide the service you pay for. FEDEX is hiding behind COV19 and weather conditions, taking people money without providing the Service and now stating they are utilizing a no refund policy that is supposed to be posted at the stores, which by the way I did not see. At least USPS stand by their service which we learn the hard way FEDEX do not.

Joey is the first person Ive encountered in a long time who has given me excellent customer service. Very professional and welcoming to my fiance and I from the beginning of our visit to the very end. Give this man a raise!

I rarely add a review to any business but I wanted to comment on the great service I get every time I use Fedex Office in North Haven! Semora helped me today and Norris the last time I was in. They have been a tremendous help with everything Ive asked them to do and Joey came to this location and has absolutely continued the great service Ive received every visit. Thanks to all at FedEx Office North Haven- I may never buy a printer with this level of service!

Came in around 3 pm today, the staff was great despite customers being rude to them, and taking their masks off when at the counter. The staff has a tough job dealing with these kind of extra totally inappropriate things on top of their normal jobs, but is professional and all smiles through it. Will ship packages here again.

I needed a lease for a house that in am renting. I spent 2 days on line bought an app that was not user friendly. Walked into FedEx and Senora H. Took the problem out of my hands. I walked out 10 minutes laterwith 3 copies of a perfect custom lease ready to sign. She was great. Smile on her face 🥴🥴 thanks to Semora for making my life a little bit easier.

Always receive great assistance from the women here no matter what’s needed, copies of blueprints I couldn’t find anywhere, they did quickly, printing, shipping is always a pleasure here.

The store hours for this location 114 n. Washington ave are 7:30-9I am am waiting to get my equipment so I can go work and do my job properly as the clients are waiting on me to get to the job site. It is now 9:30 and the store has still not opened their doors. The service is completely horrible. I have watched multiple customers come to the store and leave. The district manager has now been called since there are customers waiting to pick up packages. You would think an hour and a half late was more than enough time to get to the store to open. This is ridiculous. Chances of using this store again are HIGHLY UNLIKELY!

We come to this location frequently. We use it for shipping and for printing. The employees are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great customer service and the store is always immaculate. First rate.

The nicest people work here! Packaging is done so well there is never a concern about how it will arrive. Absolutely first class!!

Never open. Have come here on Monday and now today, Tuesday around noon time. Not open either day. The post office down the street is open though.

Had no large supplies and quoted an insane price to ship next state even though it was only 8 lbs weight

Service is horrendous. Usually only one employee there, and if you are trying to ship internationally good luck, took me less time to drive to the UPS store in Hamden and ship out my item, than it did for this FedEx store to even figure out where I was shipping to.
