Shipped my wifes wedding ring out to be repaired. Tracking said scanned at destination facility and then was delayed. After a week I called to see why its delayed and they said they lost it. Their response was they cant seem to find it youll have to file a claim.... for my wifes wedding ring. Absolutely insane. Fedex is a terrible company. They do not care whatsoever. You get the run around when you call, nobody cares about your package being lost and nobody bothers to try and find it. They just say we will call you, then never call. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FEDEX IF YOU PLAN ON SHIPPING ANYTHING WITH A SENTIMENTAL VALUE.
This is by far the most professional and most helpful ship center Ive ever had an experience with. I ship packages here on almost a daily basis. EVERYONE here knows what they are doing, and they are more than willing to help. To say that it is anything less than a pleasure, would be a lie! Thankyou Ladies!!!

Local customer service resolved the issue of driver refusing to do their job by at least letting me pick up the item. The person at the desk very kindly alleviated my anger, frustration and anxiety from the driver falsely reporting no one was home by actually getting the package for me. Thanks!
Payed $50 to have live fish delivered to me overnight had to pick it up myself 75 hours later . I have never had one positive experience with FedEx. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. called 4 times got customer support from different countries. Couldnt understand a word they were saying. They kept calling me Miss after I gave them my name several times( Robert) I asked them to connect me to someone in the states. They told me I had to call back and take a chance of what call center takes your call they are unable to transfer me to a American representative or a manager. Point being stay away from FedEx if possible they totally suck.

The customer service isn’t bad at all. It’s the fact that I even need to go to the ship center that is very annoying.Because the delivery driver refuses to ring the doorbell half the time they come to the complex. However, the apartments are clearly labeled; and the doorbells are on the outside of the building, so there’s no excuse for the driver not to ring the doorbell.This results in a failed delivery. Which should’ve never happened due to the negligence of the FedEx driver.

I came here twice recently to ship two very important packages, first time they got the recipient’s name wrong and second time they got my address wrong. They are also very rude and inpatient when I wanted to go back to check the address again. This is very frustrating. The impatience and lack of empathy of them really upsets me. ITS THE WORST

Always have a pleasant experience there. A few days ago, I went in about noon time to mail out laptops and important paperwork that was left with me and needed to go to owner in Massachusetts. The customer service, having the pleasure of Larry helping me, was absolutely amazing. There was not only me who was clueless of box size and mailing instructions and options for mailing, there were 3 other customers who needed Larrys attention as well. Larry really did phenomenal by handling us all at the same time with no confusion, no mistakes, while being friendly as professional. Usually when waiting on a line with only one person able to help, people tend to be impatient and the employee helping may be a bit overwhelmed. Larry, at FedEx facility in North Haven CT, was incredible with knowledge and assistance and had a golden personality. Also, the other 3 people who needed his assistance were very nice and patient . None of us minded Larry helping all at same time with super ease. A wonderful experience so thank you. And delivery was made on time with no issues the following day.

CANT EVER deliver packages by 12PM deadline!!!They are ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! This is Fraudulent as the delivery time is paid for... the FTC and U.S. Department of Commerce should JOINTLY investigate FedEx due tho this locations FRAUD, WASTE, and ABUSE against consumers!!!

I go there to get boxes if there was a problem with delivery. Never had a missed package to my recollection.
Terrible service. The driver lied and marked that he attempted delivery at my house, but nobody was home. He did not come to my house. I have been watching for him, my security camera did not see him, and there is no door tag. Customer service is no help and refused to ask him to deliver the package that is still on his truck to the correct house while he is still in town. Now I am being inconvenienced and have to to pick up the package at another location.

North Haven FedEx Drivers do not have common sense. I Called Customer service and provided Delivery Instruction even though I have done same thing on my FedEx online account. But drivers do not care about the delivery instruction (always they search for signature). I will never use FedEx for international shipping as this is NOT the first time, they have done this. I NEVER has any issue with UPS, DHL or even USPS with International shipping.

Very easy 2 ship a box. Bring box to register and they create shipping label on line. Make sure u have a drivers license or another form of identification. Staff very courteous and helpful.
I am not sure why the delivery guys taking back the shipment even though authorized deliver without signature. Since I am taking 100% responsibility of the shipment and proving “Deliver without signature” on my online profile, why they can not keep the shipment on doorstep? No other shipping company do this, and we never lost any package. But always FedEx is headache.
They should deliver if receiver authorized to deliver without signature. Please informed North Haven CT delivery team.

Apparently drivers do not bother reading addresses properly.It is close to impossible to actually talk to someone locally about a package deliveredincorrectly.It turns out to be my job to go pick up a package delivered incorrectly.The person its delivered to calls to tell me the package is at their house.This time that person is no longer there and the package sat at the other address for5 days in the rain until it occurred to me I should go to the wrong address to pick upmy package AGAIN!

Way overpriced. I asked the girl working behind the counter what the benefit of shipping through them compared to shipping United States Post Office. To my surprise the girl working there did not have even an attempt of an answer. They wanted to charge me over a $100 to ship a package that wouldnt get where it was going for a week. Where if I Ship USPO It would cost me less than $20 in be there within 3 days. I dont know if so are any benefits to fedex but I can tell you you wont find them at this particular fedex shipping center.

Staff is rude and not there for the customer. I walked in with a box and the lady behind the counter said put it on the scale so I did. As I put the box on the scale she walked out front into the parking lot and talked on her phone for 5 minutes while I was left alone at the counter.

Absolutely horrendous. The delivery person decided to drop door tag without even ringing the door bell (I was at home and waiting on the first floor to make sure I didnt miss him).The door tag says available for pick up after 3, can here at 5, made me wait 50 minutes (had a rented car that had to be renewed). They really have the worst delivery people possible.
