Its in a corner mall area with decent parking. I love the fact that they put the app orders where you can grab them without waiting for someone to be free to help you. Its smaller than most Starbucks. Its clean. Didnt really interact with the staff but they seemed nice, really busy.

I usually have a great experience here but lately not so much. every time lately they have messed up my coffee. I can not have dairy or it will be very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me . I always order no whip no dairy no foam Amy of that and itsbon the sticker but they have been putting dairy in it . they are not reading the orders and if they are they are reading it incorrectly

I come to Starbucks a lot. And usually I always ask for light ice, but this time I forgot. For 5.25, Trenta size drink, I got half of that size. The ice was filled top to bottom. Their drinks are tasty, but ask for light ice so that you way you get what you pay for.

I really enjoy (Cosmo?) Shes always very kind, quick and keeps the drive line moving along.If I got her name wrong she always has fabulous makeup up,soft spoken and last time I was there these super cute sparkly sheer arm covers on. 🥰

Ive been coming here for a week now and i soon realized that there customers are not much different than a alcoholics! Each individual has there favorite go to single shot or double shot etc... Just like in a bar there known on a first name basis. Just need that FIX! I wonder how many car accidents are caused by this beverage? Just food for thought! Tell me what you think are you one?

Cosmo is one of my favorite associate at this location. Very sweet and super friendly. I always do the curbside pickup at this location. Cosmo is always providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Todays experience was awful. I always come here and get a great experience. But today was totally different. I dont know ow if this young lady was new to the location or not. SHE CUT ME OFF MULTIPLE Times well I was tryna order. She handed my drink to me well it was dripping so badly.she didnt wipe the sides or anything, didnt give me no napkins. Was so irritated and frustrated I only ordered a few drinks. I kindly repeated my order politely a few times for her during the order. She forgot my whip and carmel. When I asked for it at the window she was upset. The drink was literally dripping from all ends even after I wiped it. It dripped all over my car .all she did was hand me a extra cup.I tried calling the store multiple times to speak with someone the line stays busy.todays experience ruined it for me. This is the worse time I have ever experienced this problem here.

Ive rated Starbucks five stars because I go practically everyday. However, the Starbucks on Norwood in Sacramento is NOT where you want to go if your in a hurry.They take forever and have done nothing to improve this.

Awesome staff!!! I didnt realize that the drink I ordered had sweetened vanilla in it. Ive been on a keto/carnivore eating plan for a few months and any sugar, at all, sets my stomach off. I took one sip and realized it was sweetened. When I asked about the ingredients, and realized my mistake, they kindly offered to remake it for me. They were beyond kind and courteous!!!

We went in and right off the bat my husband said the doors were so dirty. Walking towards the order area looking at the counter area all the glass looked like it hadnt been washed or wiped clean in along long time. My husband went into the restroom when he came out he said oh hell no lets leave. Bathroom smelled like pee and very dirty. A 1 star is probably too good for this place. It needs the Health Department to visit.

I dont hate this place. I love it. You walk in and the servers are quick to take your order. They are very knowledgable about their work. You get exactly what you asked for.

The greatest location in the area. Everyone that works here is super chill and always a good vibe. Able to set for an hour and get some work done while enjoying a perfect pumpkin nitro. 😊

I love Starbucks! I always get a tall hot mocha and a slow roasted ham swiss and.egg sandwich for breakfast every morning. Perfect way to start the day. Im always so pleased to be greeted by friendly staff at 5:30 in the morning.

Out of all the starbucks I been to this is the only place that seem like they hate giving out free ice or water. It’s only one girl there who does it every time without looking at me stupid or making me feel bad lol. Sacramento is a very prejudice place and this particular Starbucks show entirely way too much attitude and judgement for no reason.

This location is close to McClellan on a wide busy server of Watt. Can only access from one direction. Staff seem nice and the food and drinks are typical. The location send to be in a slightly older or rundown side of town. I found a torch lighter sitting out front by the tables with a burnt joint next to it. Ive seen several jittery customers that may be tweekers or former tweekers. Id use the drive through or just a quick in and out with out staying to relax.

I give them a 5 only because when I do a mobile order its always ready before the time. Only once they got my order wrong... Also its always clean in there any time Ive went there.

Today I went to the Starbucks on Watt and Roseville to get my favorite drink, a Venti Flat White. It was perfect. I asked if they still had any Christmas blend coffee and was surprised to find that they did. I really scored because it was buy one get one free. Their Christmas blend is one of my favorite of their beans along with Caffe Verona.

Every time I came here everything was fine. But few days ago I came and I was very tired, and my legs hurt a lot. So, I took off my shoes and put my legs on a chair(so I wont make it dirty or something). The chair was standing next to my seat. One chubby lady with blue-black hair ( she was mentioned in another complain before) came and told me to put my legs down. Well, no problem. I did. But today I came to the Starbucks and a costumer, a lady, put her legs on the chair even while still wearing her shoes. And the same worker who told me to put my legs down saw that and said nothing to her. I realized why after the lady-worker sat next to her costumer-friend who put her legs on the chair just like I did and had a very sweet conversation together. Is it supposed to be like that? Rules are for everyone, but not for her friends? WHAT KIND OF DESCRIMINATION IS THIS!!! Terrible! Very rude! And the thing is that Im not the first or even last one the worker was rude to. Would never recommend this place just because by coming there she will make your mood go down and feel awful for the rest of the day.

Do not use the mobile order app for this location.Every time I use the mobile app to order my drink is never ready. The first few times I wouldnt complain I would just come in be disappointed and then re-ordery my drink. Today I went in to pick up my mobile order and walked in to an empty cup. I asked for my drink and they told me they ran out of strawberries.... The batista then went back to making other drinks... I wasnt offered a refund or an alternative... I then had to go get in line to request a refund. I understand sometimes things happen however this was the worst customer service Ive ever received at a Starbucks. I decided to do this review because I told the story to my co-worker and she said the same thing happened to her last week. Steer clear of this location the service is trash

Order some straws. I got a venti frap woth whip cream and extra drizzles of white chocolate from drive through. When I get my drinks, the dont have long straws that I can use without holding it up so my straws would not fall in. All my drizzles that i paid extra for is in the bottom, erm.... how do I get that without finishing my drink? On top of that, I asked the drizzle to be on top of the whipcream which they forgot. And they got it back to add in without giving me a new straw, coffee drips all over my car and fibgers.I paid more than 7 dollars for this coffee. Such disaapointment.I had good review before, that 2 star is just for the previous good service and experience i had.This drive through cashier guy just failed miserably. He didnt even try to help with the situation.July 3rd wed 1.30pm order.. sadness
