We are no longer A-1 Door.. we were Heritage One Door & Building Supplies.. and now... We Are.. BMC/HERITAGE ONE... but Not open to the public because of COVID-19. Im hoping closed to the public ends sooner than later 👍

Worst business answering machine Ive ever dealt with. Ultimately you cant get any connection to anyone through the useless voice mail system. If you have a question there is no one you can connect to unless you already know the name of a person that works there. Driving to Lodi to Doors Plus because they answer the phone and you can talk to a real person. A-1s phone system says we DONT want your business.

Our door and window contractor installed doors in our home they bought here. They are expensive doors made of material that does not require painting. The doors are all scratched up! Our contractor says they are production scratches from A-1, where they were purchased. I want to talk to A-1 about it but they have a terrible answering machine that does not allow calls through unless you know a name. Very disappointing and frustrating!
