Chris, Bryan, and Gabby were excellent. Their customer service and knowledge were great and very helpful. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Any questions or concerns that I had were dealt with immediately. That are to be commended for the job that they did. It was a pleasure working with them, I highly recommend this company.

We hired Chriswell Home Improvements for a remodel of the master bathroom and paint both the bathroom and the master bedroom. The job took about two weeks.We are very happy with the results. The shower had to be demolished and all new put in. We had the wall to wall vanity(84) removed and replaced with a 60 vanity. The closet opening was moved and enlarged to 72 mirror slider doors. The floor had to be patched where the vanity had been (the floor was4 year old vinyl plank) (note: we provided the flooring). Any issues we had were worked out to our satisfaction during the job, working with the construction lead Dante Decollibus. The worksite was cleaned up each day and the room was kept closed during the work. There was a county work permit.The workmen were very polite and kept us informed of what work was being done each day and what was planned for the next day.

Dante and Nate of Chriswell Home Improvements recently remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They put in a new floor, shower and tub combination with glass siding doors and subway styled walls, a new lighting system, new mirrors and a new sink with a spacious cabinet. They also installed new sheet-rock and new water pipes in the downstairs utility room.They were both very professional and friendly. They were always respectful and after a few days, they started to feel like family.I also appreciated the fact that they always cleaned up at the end of their work day.They did a great job on the Project. Chriswell employees were all very professional and treated our property with respect. Chris and Collin did a great job on the t1 -11 siding leaving the place very clean. I didn’t get the names of the 2 painters but they were great. They worked so hard in the heat and left the place very clean when the job was completed. I am sharing my goodwill and appreciation for a fantastic job - well done! Chris lead a site team with Bryan, Olvia and Fillipe to do an emergency repair following a bad wind storm - ended up repairing significant dry rot in a 100 year old house (really!), reframing windows and applying Hardi siding (which looks amazing!) The site team were extremely professional in their presence on our property and very prodiciant with their construction work. They were amazingly punctual and kept to the same work schedule all four days! We learned we could count on their START and STOP time, which was very nice. They kept the job site organized and clean all during the day, and especially at the end of the day - including extra attention to any possible stray nails in the yard! They tolerated our homeowner hovering (especially Chris!) and patientiently addressed all of our questions and kept up in the loop of the overall project. Because this was an emergency application, we only had the front damaged side of our house repaired and resided. We will without hesitation choose to use Chriswell AGAIN when we have the rest of the house completed - even though there are many alternative choices for contractors on the market. We went into the project very nervous and upset about what we may be facing - and having to deal with a contractor. Something no one does for fun! :) Chris and his team made the process very user friendly by addressing all of our anxieties and keeping us informed, which made it feel as if friends were helping us with the work. I had a free-standing lattice patio cover installed and it looks even better than I expected. Excellent quality product and installers. In fact, there was something important left out of the contract and the installers did it anyway. They were here on time and worked hard to provide something of value that I will admire and enjoy for a long time, since it is guaranteed for the life of the house! After searching for awhile and having more than a few companies over to see the bathroom that was to be remodeled and get an estimate, I decided on Chriswell and I’m glad I did. Chriswell dose not use subcontractors so all the people working on my bathroom actually work at Chriswell. This gave me piece of mind knowing that every one was on the same page and held to Chriswell’s high standards.I was especially impressed with Dante and Merlin. Out the gate Dante made sure that I always knew what was going on and encouraged me to ask him anything if I had any questions. Which I did. Having Dante working on my bathroom being a third Generation remodeler and with his decades of experience made me even more confident that I had made the right decision. Dante added some little details which really meant a lot to me and definitely enhanced the overall look of the bathroom. Cannot emphasize enough how absolutely unprofessional the management is. (This does not apply to the workers who were very good and worked with us to sort out problems). Would just show up randomly without making appointments. Also the kitchen mockup they showed us was NOTHING like the finished product. Just straight up lied about how many cabinets could fit and how many drawers we could have. Never could get in contact with the manager had to go through the receptionist every single time. Took them THREE WEEKS to get the backslash done because they kept forgetting to order more tile. We kept asking when the counters would be in and they just didnt respond. They told us that the cabinets would be up in a day- it took a week. Would not recommend.

I gave them 1 star just because there is no zero star option. They scheduled an appointment with me for bath remodeling. Two young girls came to my house and spent about 30-40 minutes doing measurements and chitchatting about ideas for remodeling. Then they left, saying they collected all info they needed and would prepare a proposal and be in touch in a few days. After more than a week, I emailed this company, trying to see what were they up to. There was no response. Its already the 3rd week; and I never heard back from them.In Craigslist they have posted a job ad, inviting job seekers to experience their AMAZING CULTURE (yes, they capitalized the words). Well, indeed, they amazed me with their lack of responsibility and ethics, with their complete lack of understanding of the business cornerstone - customer appreciation and service. Just another low-standard company trumpeting about its non-existing greatness.

At 98, my mother is lucky enough to be able to continue living in her home of 60 years. Of late, the dwelling has been showing wear and tear. I contacted Chriswell Home Improvement as they have a good reputation and offer senior and military discounts. My mother is a military widow, so we had that covered. We arranged to have the roof and siding replaced.My experience is that everyone in the company has been courteous, professional and kind.Everyone from the salespeople to the office staff to the work crews are really good at their jobs and seem to enjoy being part of this company. The quality of work is excellent from the materials used to the attention to the fine details, and the crews were incredibly efficient. The communication with the company was a breeze at all stages. I would absolutely recommend Chriswell Home Improvement knowing that I would be steering people into a really positive experience.

The crew at Chriswell HI worked professionally from beginning to end. I had 2 old patio covers removed and replaced with 2 spacious ones. Workers showed up on time and kept me informed on the details. When they had questions, they didnt hesitate to ask before continuing. They were thoughtful about my concerns and addressed them appropriately. When sitting outside now, I feel like Im in the Mediterranean or similar place. Would definitely recommend.

I had Chriswell Home Improvement come out to my house to give me a written estimate for windows. I told them exactly what i wanted. 2 guys spent between 30-45 minutes at the property telling me about the windows and told me to come into their office to see the exact windows that they have installed in their conference room. My wife and i came into the office and viewed the windows with the owner. The owner himself is very personable which may fool you. My wife really wanted to go with this company after meeting him. I got a call back asking if i was ready to install the windows. When I went to order the windows the company now wanted to charge me more for the windows. The new sales rep gave me a number almost double what my original quote was. I believe this is a clear bait and switch tactic by the company. They didnt want to stand by their sales rep and just kept saying that the guy was no longer with their company. They had 2 sales reps out to give me the quote. That is just bad business if both didnt know what they were doing. The owners are ultimately responsible for their employees and the owners should try to make the situation right. All I got from the new sales rep was attitude. No call or communication from the owners. Their customer service is the worse I have ever seen. I really cant imagine what would happen if something actually went wrong on the job.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Paris our project coordinator who has been there for us every step of the way, day or night, really! Im adding to my original review because, since I posted it three days ago, the companys senior management has actively reached out and sought to identify ways to make things better. My original review (retained below) is still accurate with respect to the saleswoman with whom I interacted. However, she was the only person at Chriswell with whom I interacted directly, and its true that I posted a review without first reaching out to company management and affording them an opportunity to make things better.Since my review, theyve called several times, apologized for the behavior, held a management meeting to brainstorm ways that they can help, and scheduled a time for their Founder/CEO to come out and see whether he has any ideas to resolve what is, admittedly, a tricky window installation. They may very well not have a solution even after this, but thats okay: effort, attention, and service matter a great deal, even if there are corner cases that companies cant address.Management is obviously listening, and thats definitely a good thing. I could believe that this may be a case of one bad apple, and so Ive updated my rating to three stars. Since I havent hired them, I cant vouch for (or speak against) the quality of their work. My initial sales experience was poor, but management definitely kicked into gear to improve things.*** Original Post Below ***This morning we were supposed to have a second in-home visit. This was to be the day that we finalized the plan and quote for a two-bathroom remodel. Nicole didnt show up at the scheduled time. When I called, she said, Oh ... oh ... yes, Im very sorry: I had an emergency this morning. Then she paused and continued, actually, thats not it; the truth is that I just totally forgot. My production team said that they didnt know how to resolve your window issue, so were not going to complete the job. Click.Its disappointing that a saleswoman who spent so much time underscoring how different her company is, how theyre on-time, how they respect customers, and more couldnt even bother to call me and cancel our appointment. I guess they have so much business that common decency doesnt matter.Ive got tens of thousands of dollars sitting in a checking account, and some other company will get it.

When it was time for some much needed upgrades to my home, I found out about Chriswell Home Improvements and decided to give them the business. I mostly worked with Paul, one of the owners, who was very hands on during the whole process. I had all new windows throughout the house, brand new siding and a roof repair. All the work was completed in the time frame given, and the subcontractors were all very professional. I did have to do a follow-up call on the roof repair, and the office staff were very responsive, and the matter was handled in an efficient and timely manner. I wanted to post that this company (Chriswell Home Improvements) did a fantastic job on replacing my living room windows. They completely removed them which required stucco work and interior trim work too. All was accomplished neatly and professionally. The windows are beautiful. We needed to have our aging French doors replaced and decided to go with a traditional sliding glass door. We talked to Chriswell at the Sacramento Home & Garden show and set up a in home consult. They sold us on using their service. There is a wait from the date of order and installation and we were updated by Sophia at every step of the process. The install team came out and did a bang up job of both removing the old doors and installing the new one. They showed up as promised and the install was completed in the estimated time. Very professional and well done. Extremely happy with the whole the process from start to finish and of course with the Milgard door as well.

Wonderful price (Renewal by Anderson quoted almost 3X the amount). The installer was clean, and dependable, and did a good job except for one Saturday when he forgot to show up and didnt call.

Ive told this place so many times that the number they call is not mr. Or mrs. Saunders (whoever they are) and they continue to call me and waste my time. Seriously considering taking legal action against this company for harrassment and not taking my number off their call list after letting them know they have the wrong number and wrong person.Jim stevens called today and said my number wouldnt be on the call list.... we will see about that.

Chriswell Home Improvements installed James Hardie siding and soffit on the front of our home and replaced the bad siding on the rest of the home. They also painted the house with Texcote Coolwall. Andre was the artisan that installed all the new siding and is a master craftsman. Oleg and his crew painted the house with great care and precision. We found Chriswells pricing to be fair and reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional home update.
