Wanted to buy a bottle of water ($1.79), I brought it to the counter and put my card in the chip reader. The cashier asked for my ID, I was confused and asked if their reader was debit. The cashier said it was so I told him I would use my PIN. Then another employee behind him piped up and said that they require ID for all card purchases. If that aint the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, I mean what do they think PIN means, personal identification number...also the transaction wasnt even $2. I wasnt sure if the situation was racially motivated or not, but I didnt buy anything and encourage others to not go there.

I wouldnt go here if I were you the cashier here at night is very rude he refused me service for nothing. This store should be shut down for good. Either fire the night time cashier or continue to lose customers due to your night time cashier AGAIN HE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HIS RUDENESS!!!!!!

Great staff! This is one of my favorite locations for me to get fuel and my car washed. Plus a bonus is that Robertos Taco Shop is in the same parking lot.Car wash here is worth the money. They soak your vehicle with soap, manually brush it before it goes into the automatic wash system and then they manually dry it. I tip but it is not required.

Cashier was extremely disrespectful. Forgot ID for a TWENTY dollar purchase and said okay I’ll go grab that and was told “yeah, you do that”. Told me it was my fault the pump was locked, to move to another one and come back inside again so we told her we would go to another gas station since her attitude was so bad. I know the inside isn’t chevron, but I’ve received a nasty tone everytime I’ve ever been here. For literally no reason. I hope someone takes care of this eventually. No wonder you have 2.2 stars.

Purchased an age restricted product here, instead of employing competent individuals that can compare dates they feel it necessary to scan your drivers license and do who knows what with your personal information. I wont spend my hard earned money here for them to sell my personal information for advertising. Ill shop across the street where they dont require stealing my personal information.

Staff was always nice and store was always clean. Only issue is that there was issues with their gas quality every now and then. My car needs to run 91 or else it will have issues and here and there it would come up.

I only posted one because its required. I addressed my complaint with management regarding Melissa rudeness one of her day shift employees. She assured me she would address it. Well, I was at the store again and witnessed Melissa get very unprofessional with a man she addressed as. Honey, and when he asked her to not address him by Honey but rather by Mister or Sir. She got very rude and called the gentleman out by saying you always come in her with your small change and pennies buying cigars. I will be researching the franchise to share my unpleasant experiences and let them know why myself a 5yr customer is going to Terrible Herbst down the street from now on. Need new day staff and maybe a new manager since she condones such bad and disrespectful service.

Came here to wash my car and the manager here is so rude.. I’ve been coming here for years to wash my car and all I ask if I can use the brush she said NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE ATTENDANT I guess it all depends who’s behind the counter because they’ve given it to me before but her flat out NO!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I came to get a car wash and the water or soap had a horrible smell. The brush was missing to scrub the cars and my truck came out looking dirtier ! The side wasn’t even washed ?!!

Car wash was awful. Didnt clean my windows at all. Left soap on the rear. The blower did a half a$$ job of drying it. The triple protectant looked like dirty sudsy foam instead of the normal bright colors. Not going back for the washes ever again.

They had a sign that said hiring. I went in to get an application. I was told by the young guy cashier that I needed to fill it out there. I did. He said come back by 6am when the manager is in to speak with her. I of course arrived and smiled and said hello to the lady cashier. The little young guy was there as well. I let her know that I had filled out an application yesterday and wanted to see if the Manager was in. This cashier looked at me like I had a disease. Behind her, a lady turns around and says. Im not hiring just taking applications. We have other stores, try one of those Then turned around. Now Im not saying shes a racist, or just dont want to hire black people, but I know racist when I see them. The look in their eyes are unforgettable. Never the less. I will try to add additional income elsewhere. For the record. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE their business....Thats pretty much it. Life goes on....Im a Minister, so I just pray on it and leave it in the hands of the Master.Be Blessed.....
