Very busy store the people working there are awesome and very helpful even the boss was walking around talking to people definitely a nice place to take care of my phone stuff
My experience was amazing. Cisco took care of everything I needed to make my transition back into sanity 😃 I sincerely thank you for getting me my perfect phone.
I just got my iPhone about 2 months ago and I shattered the entire back screen. Of course, I wanted to fix my phone therefor, I went to a T-Mobile where I live and basically they told me Apple care can help me. So, I went to Apple, then they sent me back to T-Mobile, and then they had me call 611. To cut to the point, 611 didnt really do much and i was just running back forward. I spoke to probably like 8 people. Until, FINALLY I came to this T-Mobile where Carlos Rentería was really kind enough to help me with this issue. I knew from the start I was paying full coverage insurance and I had Apple care. Somehow, some way Carlos made sure that I received the assistance that I needed. Im glad he came through and gave me a good experience at T-Mobile. He made the entire process flow through without any issues at all and got the job done. Definitely recommend coming here and receiving amazing customer service from Carlos! :)
Worst place to get information and they don’t know what they are doing. Got misinformation for their accessories. Wanting to purchase a screen protector that I am able to bring it in and replace if it brakes. They told me they didn’t provide that. I am here at a T-mobile couple weeks later. They tell me that they do have that service and it never stopped. Not sure if this place just didn’t want to help me or provide me that service. Also asked for changes to my account and now seeing that have not made these changes. When they have told me they made these changes to my face before I left the store. Now I am having trouble accessing my account. I will never return to this location. Worst experience at a T-mobile I have ever had.
I went in today inquiring information about adding new line for my plan Angel V assisted me and informed their was a free line promotion going on I was so happy!! I deff grabbed my free line and thank you T-mobile you guys are awesome and thank you Angel for your amazing customer service
I had a horrible experience here. My sister and I went to get her a new phone because hers broke and the customer service was horrible. The employee Angel was really rude and not interested in helping us at all. He had little to no information about anything. Also none of the employees were following social distancing guidelines. They were all in a circle talking about their own conversations instead of being helpful to customers.
Love this T-Mobile establishment everyone is great specially Alex he has such great customer service he always makes sure he helps you with everything and answer all your questions their all great employees

We came to return a controller and ended up getting 5 star service on a completely separate issue Im having with T-mobiles 3rd party insurance company, Assurant.Cisco helped us and he was fantastic. Not only was Cisco fantastic but while I waited I saw all of the other the other employees hustling too.

If you want them to screw you over and not acknowledge your preferences... please dont hesitate and go to this place... the manager is rude and unprofessional and needs to learn how to be better in costume service. Same goes to some of their employees...
The staff was helpful and patient. They took the time to help teach me more about the LG V10 I upgraded to. They also didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. Friendly and personable.
Look like this people specialty is wasting peoples time. Way too long wait to take a simple payment. The number of employees at this location double the number of client there was probably 9 employees . And 3 or 4 customers including me . But still needed to wait about 25 min to make a payment. When finally my turn took less than a minute to do the payment. So please I dont need to inspect all your inventory when I visit your store I feel thats why you hold me there every time.
My experience with Uriel was phenomenal! He helped me with everything and made everything easy and understanding. I am happy to now be a tmobile customer thanks to Uriel. Excellent Customer Service, he knows the products very well .
Associate Vince who helped us added a tablet to our new plan without telling us. we went to another tmobile to inquire about the additional charge on the bill and as soon as we mentioned the location they knew which associate had helped us before we mentioned it. It appears he is known for doing that to his customers.
They have enough people to accommodate all the customers waiting but decided to have 2 employees on sign in duty. Took more than an hour to get help. And when that time came, they couldnt even help me with what I need. They couldve asked questions while signing in people on what the customer needs for the visit, but they didnt. All they cared about was getting people to sign in. Wasted 1 hour just to be told they cant help me.
Impressed ! Came in for new service Uriel took care of me like no other. Kid knows his stuff ! Highly recommend. Thank you UrielWill be back!
I went last week to do a simple transaction and you cant help to feel uncomfortable as a women because of all the staff that works there, its now full of creeps that stare at your butt. ladys stay away from this store!
My daughter & I just left this T- Mobile location @Cheyenne & Civic Center today 4/12/19 & had the best experience. I took my daughter in to see what the process & cost would be her to get her first I-phone & as soon as we walked in we were so kindly greeted by a sales rep named Cisco. I told him what we were there for & he said yes I can help you with that so he proceeded to sit us down & explain all the details regarding the particular phone that my daughter said she wanted he then patiently answered all questions & concerns that my daughter & I had regarding the phone & T-mobile services. He got my daughter some great deals & also informed me of some deals that would benefit the rest of my family if we wanted switched over to T-Mobile as well..Cisco treated us with such kindness & made us so feel comfortable with our purchase all while wearing a smile.It has been a long time since we have recieved customer service at that level from anywhere & WE TRULY APPRECIATE IT & My daughter was extremely happy with her new Iphone😊..Thank you so much Cisco & T-mobile for hiring such a great employee👌

If I could give these people NO stars I would !!!!First they had a lady help me that knew NOTHING about iPhones, I asked her to change my number and she did it before I transferred info to my new phone, so when it was time to sign into my iCloud I was locked out cause the verification code was going to my old number so they had to request my old number back which took 24 hours and Manny told me they were done... That they did their part already, I couldnt use my phone for that day. Went back the next day and they transferred my info over and asked them to give me the number I just bought. So they said it would take 24 hours, fine. I waited and woke up the next morning and my number hadnt been changed. Turns out they never put the request in. So I went and told them to give me another new number and they tried to make me pay again. I told them hell no and after arguing for 5 minutes they finally gave me a new number! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES
Be careful, know what youre talking about or some employees will try to take advantage of you!Gotta remember, its commission for them and all they try to do is up-sale.
Went in with my girlfriend and there was no acknowledgement or greeting. Other people came in after us and they were talked to before we were. Workers seemed to be taking there time. All workers were Hispanic and and seemed to help the Hispanics more. The energy there felt very disrespectful .
