I ordered a sub about a hour before arriving to Publix. When I got there my sub was not ready. I asked why and all I was told that I can get refunded because they been really busy. Online orders are for people who pay ahead and except their orders to be ready upon arrival. The deli workers are horrible. Someone should have been working on online orders. The managers should know the volume of the store. Being busy is not a good excuse.

HALF THE TIME THEIR MEAT IS FOUL AND OLD.... WHEN YOU WANT A ROTISSERIE CHICKEN THERES NONE AVAILABLE OR THEYRE LEFT BURNING IN THE OVEN BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO TAKE THEM OUT. I WAS TOLD THE CHICKENS WOULD BE READY IN 10 MINUTES LOOKING AT THE TIMER I LEFT AND CAME BACK. CHICKENS STILL NOT DONE. IT WENT OVER 30 MINUTES WITH THE TIMER STILL RINGING AND THE ALARM GOING OFF TO TAKE OUT THE CHICKENS THEY JUST IGNORED IT. NO WONDER WHY EVERY TIME YOU BUY A CHICKEN HERE ITS BURNT. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW STAFF ASAP OR JUST CLOSE IT AND BUILD A NEIGHBOR WALMART ITLL MAKE MORE SENSE TO WAY EVERYTHING IN THIS STORE IS COMPLETELY GARBAGE OR OLD. This complete lack of everything business related at this store is the exact reason why I drive to Midway plaza every single time. Whoever is running the deli is completely incompetent and extremely unprofessional.

Always have what I need, cashiers are very polite and helpful, its a welcoming,clean and careing place to shop love it.

Nice place to walk around, feel the air conditioning, weight yourself, overall a great dating destination.

Nice employees every time. Customers can be pushy and love to skip people already in line waiting for service. These same customers are also ready to provoke a fight. Best time to avoid these people is early morning or after 6 pm. Pack you patience when you shop here.

I went there specifically for the chicken 🐔 tenders subs and it was just as I anticipated in my mind….simply delicious. I also tried a new tea bottle they had and ohhh myy they were spectacular….. there was that raspberry flavor…and green tea with honey. I can’t explain it you’d have to try it yourself.

It needs a new manager, something needs to be done at the vegetable section most scales dont work and the bag dispensers for vegetables are never filled. Cold cuts is a long wait since they normally have 2 employees there and they take care of cold cuts, hot foods and sandwiches, so you might be there the only one there for some ham and cheese but you are gonna have to wait for a bit since Publix makes more money on sandwiches than they do on cold cuts. When I was young where I grew up the manager at that Publix got to know his customers and would go above and beyond to make sure his customers left that Publix with a good experience. That doesnt happen at this Publix it totally the opposite SOME of the staff have no manners, no one greets you at the doors no good morning nothing its sad it has gotten this way and the current manager will not do anything to fix it. Sad day for Publix.

Extremely crowded during rush hour, purchased lean ground beef...the top layer red internally so dark brown it appeared to be cooked already! This is my 3rd time purchasing ground beef in this condition! I am disabled, having to return it for a refund is exhausting as l take the handicapped bus!!! Unfortunately Publix has gone down in quantity severely disappointing!!!!

Girls at service counter are awesome. I went in to use Western Union. Half way home one of the girls calls to tell me I left my licence. I go back and thank her because I was heading to airport (my mother just died) I get home and go to use my cell phone. I call it and listen for it to ring and I hear hello...i also left my phone at the end of the counter. Thank you so much. Id have been devastated if I was at airport and couldnt find my licence and couldnt get on theplane 💜

Pharmacy refuses to answer their phone even to tell someone a wait time. Absolutely useless.

I love shopping at publix because sometimes I do get things there at surprisingly lower price than the bigger stores.

Everything always fresh!! Employees very helpful and kind. I would like to remind cashiers to greet customers... Some of them especially the youngest. And to avoid long conversations that can hold the line up. Best place to do groceries shopping!!

I have been shopping here since the beginning. I have always been very pleased with the experience. Every time I go there I am so happy to be asked by the employees if I need any help. I walk with crutch and sometimes it takes me longer to get what I need. But I know that if I need help it’s there. Great store and staff.

Wonderful clean find things very quickly and Customer Service and Cashiers are very comfortable to deal with fine everything ok they always asked.

This store is great they even offer to help you with your groceries to your car. Since COVID-19 Publix Supermarkets stopped all of there courtesies that made them okay with the high prices they charge. But their prices are still high and the produce at some of the stores are really bad and the management doesnt seem to care like at Sunshine Plaza. They lost me as a customer because of their management and not caring what the customer wants or believes that needs to be done their their shelves are half empty The freezers are not stocked They put stuff in wrong place to make them look full Sunshine plazas went way down this place has got my business cuz they take care of it if its not right they make it right Management is super good They have respect and they have my business.

This is my favorite Publix to shop in my area. Clean and service is efficient. Parking is a bit difficult to get a spot if you want to get in and out quickly.

Supermarket was clean and well stocked.It was easy to find whatever you you need and if you didnt the workers and managers all jump in to make sure you have what you need and you are happy.

This store is not as big as some of the publix around but that makes it easier to shop in.

This Publix is within walking distance from my home. I always have to take my car because on many occasions I have had to go to another location because Western Woods doesnt have the sale or BOGO items in stock, even when they tell you to come back tomorrow. It is a clean store, the staff for the most part are very helpful, with the exception of some of the managers. Some of them need to be retrained with how to deal and resolve issues. I notice that there is a high turnover at this store location and I can see why. All I can say is, just go to location on Commercial Blvd and 441. It may be a littler further away, but you will get everything you need in one stop. It is one of the bigger Publix location that has is always stocked.

Great place to shop if you are looking for Jamaican produce. Very friendly staff who will assist you with whatever you are looking for.

The people at the deli really need to be trained better.The reps just toss items on the subs half hazardly. I was waiting in line and the rep Katia was motioning for me to come over to her side. I was standing behind someone and I couldnt see her, then she got aggravated and started yelling. The entire time she was making my sandwich she was visibly annoyed and didnt even pretend to hide it. She took out her frustrations on the sandwichs buy slapping the mayo and mustard forcefully after I said light mayo and mustard. She threw the veggies on there as if she was in a fight and would not be outdone by them. I was determined not to let her negative energy affect me. I will pray that she finds peace and reevaluate what is about her life that makes her get so angry over so little.

It was good it was not like other publix Ive been to but it is good.

On a scale from one to ten this Publix is a 4.5 on a good day. I never liked this Publix and over the years it has definitely slipped down the slippery slope of mediocrity.The selection is the same as majority of other Publix, but the thing that makes Publix superior to other supermarkets ( barring Wholefood supermarket) is the customer service. This one misses the mark on customer service and it feels like it need to be cleaned up. The shelves are usually empty and there is this really tall guy always standing around looking as if he is counting the cars in the parking lot or people on the checkout line. He looks like a manager cant be sure. For all intents and purposes it okay to run in and hope that what you want is there... but I bet you will wish that you went to the Aldis instead. 😉

This Publix is in a very convenient location. The store appears to be well-stocked and in good order. I was able to find everything that I needed quickly. As with most Publix, the deli had a line. The bakery department was also well-stocked and had everything that you could imagine for dessert available. The store was clean which is most important. The checkout lines were fairly fast because unlike other chains similar to this one, they had enough Checkers open.

The people in the deli department are very lazy and needs to be trained on customer service. They also get mad if you ask about fresh produce on your sub. They can do better. Thats why I go to the one on Boulevard of Champions or the commercial and 441 Publix

What can i say, its Publix. When lines are long, youll see even managers hoping on a register to check the customers out, theres always someone willing to help all the way and going above and beyond. The only thing i begin to hate at Publix and its all then for that matter, its the fact that they keep discontinuing items that customers need. For example, theres this cheesecake box they used to sale, now they no longer carry it and its a whole struggle for them to put the order in for me, every single time... its annoying. Other than that, A+

Shopping is a pleasure at this location until you get to the cashier. I have never had such bad experiences at Publix stores until I started shopping here. Almost all the cashiers are rude, you ask them a question, they’re rude, you ask for something, they’re rude. If they don’t hear you say hello, they’re rude. It’s a shame that the cashiers are so unprofessional here.

Publix at Western Woods Plaza 8140 W McNab Rd, North Lauderdale is awesome. There are always employees around to ask for assistance and theyre more than willing to help. I never have to look around for one. The store is clean and well stocked. The deli for cold cuts and sandwiches is quick and efficient. I cant wait to order my next sub purchase online. Kudos to the managers for a well run store.
