Company doesnt treat the employees right!!! Dont look to me they wanna be here!!! Horrible customers services. I had to went up to the cash register to ask for a shoe size. I walked in and no one asked me if I wanted help or not. Stay away from this store, plus they never have your size...

I love this place very much, because of their wide variety of good looking up to date name brand foot wear, as well as clothes. I shop at Foot Locker on 2 occasions so far, many more shopping there to come.

There was this pregnant girl there working and I was returning two shirts. She absolutely did not want to refund me my money. saying stuff like why cant you bring it back to the store you bought it from. Then she made up a lie saying that she cannot do a refund for a debit card. So I called corporate and they told me yes she can do it. Well there was no line and this whole process took about 45 minutes. Now a friend told me that they were trying to not go in the negative for their quota if I do a return in their store. If returning an item makes the associate act the the way she act, they should get rid of them getting reprimanded for refunds. Not going back to that store.

Nice place, not as busy as other places. The staff is young and knowledgeable. Great place to go to find those hidden gems

I was returning one shoe and the whole process took around an hour, the employees who were “helping” were idiots an lazy. The lazy employee lied she could not return the shoe, because she was to lazy too. After 50 minutes of showing her the recipe, she finally did it. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I do NOT recommend this place. Never coming back.

It was ok .. I purchased the mint shoe cleaner didn’t work for vans 😑... as though it says it works for canvas .. but they have a nice selection of shoes !

The service is terrible !! I was with my son for more than 15 minutes on September 15, 2019 and the two employees (a man and a woman) who had the store ignored us and they were not friendly ... we asked them about a shoe size and they were very sharp, it seems that they are not paid to be there serving customers .. I do not recommend this store to anyone and hopefully foot locker take the treatment of their employees towards customers ..
