Much nicer than the one closer to my home on University and Sunrise. Bigger, cleaner not as congested and much better self checkout registers. Will go to this one from now on even though its further away. Hey why am I telling you for ?!

At 12 noon this location had 1 checkout lane. After waiting 20 minutes the cashier turned her light off with being the only line open and said go to self checkout.Its a Sunday and school just reopened.This is poor customer service. Several employees said we told them and they do not care. Self checkout lines are long and people should be able to pay however they choose.I hope corporate comes to visit and change happens.

I love the fact that you can get such a wide range of items to meet the needs of most households and gardens. You can also find enough assistants in the store if you cannot locate what youre looking for. The recently introduced self checkout stations greatly reduces time spent standing on lines. And I like that.

We shop this super Walmart when we need more then groceries. Large store with big selection. Store is well stocked and clean. Also very nice employees at this Walmart. There was no more Sun detergent on the shelf. I saw an associate and she checked her phone and went up in the rafters to get me two bottles.

This is the most disorganized Walmart I have ever been to. Its on my way back from work but I dont go there because it is so bad. It is also not as well stocked as other Walmarts. This time was me giving the place a second chance buy I dont plan on ever coming back.

Your average Walmart..clean and well organized. Very busy of course. Not enough cashiers to handle the basic of shoppers..long lines. Long waiting to check out...dont like it. Customer service is even worse. To understaffed. Doesnt matter what time of day

They have cameras watching you at self-checkout but if you happen to forget one of your bags behind they have no way to access that only if your shoplifting

Always have what you may need. Need new scooters most of the time do not hold charge, die out in middle of shopping. Need to open up more registers during peak times, lines very long at self checkout.

The store is clean and well stocked. Prices are reasonable. The self service line moves quickly

I didnt go to the store but I took my mom and my nephew they said that they like the produce they like the atmosphere that everything that was in the store that they liked it

The shelves were barely stocked. Will have to go to another warehouse to get the remaining items which is half my list.I rarely come this side of town to shop but another customer said they are always under stocked. Not planning to come to this walmart again

The whole process was quick and easy that day found everything I was looking for In and out.

I love going to both Walmart

It was horrible. Self check doesnt accept cash so I had to go to a regular check out line, with only 2 being open. The check out girl was clearly more worried about what the other employees were doing and would swipe and item look up and try to wave another employee over. Then step away from the register leaving customers waiting to finish what they brought to the register. Worst Wal-Mart experience of my life. Negative stars if I could.

Love the many choices and prices. Return policy is great. They can compete with Amazon any day. The international isle amazing options.

This particular location needs more attention on stocking(Broward Blvd near I-95) other than that i have no complaints ..

Found the store on McNab and Rock Island, had better selection of products, not found in other Walmarts in area. My biggest problem is self sevice..

Delivery service is usually longer than their two day or next day promises once in a blue moon Id actually get the delivery on time.Pickup at McNab is HORRIBLE. I went there 2 days ago? Im unable to check in via the app, i head in store- No one at pick up. There is a number to call, i do that, no one answers. Fortunately a manager was nearby and was able to direct me to the back of the store to collect the order.

Super safe and Customer Service friendly and helful staff

As usual Walmart have wide variety of foods, household, cosmetics etc. Friendly staff. It is self checkout cashiering. The drawback for me was when I wanted to remove an item I scanned twice, I had to wait on a rep to come over and override. This took a little more time because there were other customers who were having to do the same thing.

Self check out really makes it a quick stop now but the shelves differently needed to be restocked at the time of last visitation

Empty shelves as usual .Meat that is dated goes bad before targeted date.Bread,baked goods as well and even employees have heard many complaints as well so its not just my experience either,big decline starting before pandemic..If this continues will start using a competitor like Publix who I know carries everything I need and a better, fresher selection of meats,breads,etc..

No cashier, the lines are long for the self check outs. Now that they go back to stocking overnight, when you go to shop in the evening hours the shelf are super empty like they are going out of business and not everyone can go shop in the morning cause we have work to go early. You can even as an associate if they have anything on the grocery side, the only thing that theyll tell you overnight come in at 10pm to stock the shelves. Now I barely go to Walmart to shop, I rather go somewhere else to shop . You cant shop at an empty store right, then better go somewhere else than to waste your time.

Convenience at its best. Wallmart may not have every brand available but it has some much of variety that it compensate everything.

Hate this place. Management is totally incompetent. Fire the manager Walmart!! Just moved into the area and went grocery shopping on a Tuesday and to buy housewares The food aisles were bare of the most popular items. Even so, I filled my cart with over $350 of things I needed. Went to checkout and there was only 1 checker for the whole store. ONE CHECKER!!! The line extended back into the clothes aisle and I waited and waited and the line was not moving! Then realizing that a customer was couponing and holding up the entire store checkout process my patience grew thin as management never opened a second or third checkout line to clear the backlog of customers in line to pay. I had too many items for self checkout so I waited. Walmart please fire these incompetent managers!!! After shopping for an hour and then sitting in line in the same spot for 35 minutes as I watched the frozen foods I had thawing into mush, I left the cart where it was and stormed out of the store in disgust. This is unacceptable Walmart. Get your act together. Respect your customers!!!

Not sure what happened to this store. This has been my go to Wal-Mart since it opened and so much has changed. Theres a feel as if youre shopping in a maze. Certain items are in different depts, constantly changing things around, dead end aisles. A lot of empty and messy shelves.Edit: In addition, the pharmacy Ive been going for years has turned into hot mess. No one answers the phone. Never reads the notes in your file regarding your prescriptions and perhaps having a better attitude and tone, customers might have a better experience. Had to switch to another pharmacy.

Every time I go in there it seems like they close more and more Lanes to force customers to do self checkout when all theyre doing is just cutting on jobs theres no one in there to help you at that Walmart and if you do ask and they treat you as if youre bothering them

They need to have more cashiers the lines are so long it goes down the aisle. They need to put the employees in the right spot just to help things run smoothly. Walmarts a big company to have little staffing.

Its only good when I can get what I need. And they have it!

I went after work to buy a computer, when I got to the electronics section the associate was very rude saying that I came too late, they were about to close and he didnt have time to sell it to me!very poor customer service! If you dont want to deal with people, dont work!

As usual, the place was a madhouse. There were no shopping carts available and Heavens forbid they hired a minimum wage worker to go out and get the carts. Of course, now that they put all the small businesses out of business they are really the only place to go for a variety of items.

SCAM ALERT!!! Do not buy online for pick up hereI placed an online pickup order and in true Walmart intelligence and fashion someone else picked up my order. I tried to call Walmart and got no help. If you try to call the main number, it just gets disconnected. Its a shame they cant help people after their screw up. Im disabled and cant walk or drive so now Im without my order or a refund. I hope the person who stole my stuff gets hit by a car

In general, i try not to shop at Walmart. However, they are one of the only places that had California Pizza Kitchen Gluten Free Pizzas. They only have one variety now, the pepperoni, sausage variety. Lines were long, lots of self checkout available. The staff was helpful when I messed up checking out. Quick in and out.

It was really nice nobody was looking at me even though i took 4 of those gigantic cup soup cardboard holders i felt so comfortable

One of the cleanest, spacious Walmart’s around. I prefer to shop at this one over the one right by my house.

1st time in the store-+and: this is the first one I can get what you want and need!! To my surprise (lot different from the rest)

Was very disappointed a lot of the merchandise was not available others were on shelves to high to reach. The store looked like it was ready to close down.

Plenty of parking. Not crowded at all. Check out line cleared out quickly

Nothing on the shelf, no carts (you have to walk around the parking lot to find one). Better off going to the one on Atlantic and 441.

First time using online pick-up @ store. Order the same day or for the next day then pick it up and they bring your items right to your trunk.😁👌

Asked employee after we found one, about a product only a quick sharp dont have any response. She just didnt want to be bothered to get the key for us to buy one.

Awesome experience everyday low prices

I ordered online & had alot of trouble & still ended up with my order coming in multiple places. The instructions told me to pick up at an unfamiliar walmart but I wasnt told to curbside pickup. I didnt like the setup because I didnt know where to go but I looked on the sign & followed its instructions. I ended up blocked in & had to push my buggy thru the emergency exit gate. The exits arent convenient & signs were wrong. I get to the order pickup area & a giant sign says call the phone number for an attendant. I called & got a voicemail. I left a message & waited for 15-20 minutes after I had to ask Al to help me. The whole time I am standing there nobody helped me, ask to help me, nor pointed to the tiny sign saying I had to curb side pickup. I would not have gotten out of the car in the rain if I could have had a good delivery experience. Al was great & he looked like he was leaving from or to a break but he went & picked up the items in my order himself because they lost my order. However this Walmart experience was a nightmare. Please work on customer service & satisfaction.

It was horrible. I put my Merchandise down and left. I went to Target. Much better experience.

It was difficult to find a television. I wanted a certain size to replace my mothers television due to its age, but the first two stores were unhelpful, with the same response every time: if you dont see anything, we dont have it. They werent really trying to help. The second shop seemed optimistic because when I was going in, someone with the same size television was walking in, but same response and when I said that someone had just ordered the same size another rep tried to help me out but she just did the hand wave to go away to him but eventually this store I bumped into Thomas who helped me out even though the size that I wanted to get wasnt in stock at that store. I left with a television because he searched in the back for me, helped me bring it to my car (and because I ended up having a bigger size), and helped me secure it to my car genuinely because Thomas is the best employee Ive ever met at a Walmart.

Tomorrow is my daughters birthday I bought helium tank, balloon time and Im now home ready to blow them up and surprise! the tank is empty and missing balloons. It was the last one. Now theyre closed and everything else too. Thanks Walmart!

Well today i I picked up my online order and Im so over walmart and their lack of service is. I didnt bother calling last month when I received molded blueberries that were for my son as its one of his favorite berries AND molded grape tomatoes.As i wa putting my groceries up I noticed that not only did I have 14 $ and some change of missing items BUT the whole ENTIRE BAG of lemons were rotted and molded.Do employees not look at what they are providing customers? Would they have left the store with that same bag of lemons and went home if they were shopping for themselves? How can you all not give me items I paid for and still keep the money for it. My missing lean ground beef was dinner for tonight.Im disappointed in Walmart.

My favorite Walmart by far. They always have in stock whatever I need. Buying a bicycle however is really a chore. They always seem to be overwhelmed in that department and finding someone to help is a pain in the butt. Other than that, this is where I shop and will always shop here

Happy to have a store close to my home. I shop during the slow periods of the day and I was satisfied that employees were keeping the store in shape. Supplies were available. The checkout service was well attended. The parking lot was manageable. It was a pleasure to get my supplies and be back home quickly.Thank you... WalMart.

Walmart is a super mega mess. You can find what you need for decent prices but its crowded and the staff doesnt try to help anyone. Its as if they run when they see you. Order online and do store pickup to avoid the hassle.
