Very friendly staff. I work next door at Pinewood Elementary and its convenient to get my gas, snacks and good service all in one.

Truly and honestly Inonly come here so often for the Amazon Hub locker on the side of the building. Inside the store is staff is friendly and helpful usually. The air/vac machine doesn’t work if it reads Error

If these employees could get zero stars just went in there and everyone on there phones giving me attitude wanted 2 pizza this lady asking why i didnt say anything they have no customer service what so ever. I left and came to liitle caesars because they still on there phone and no one cares

Store was very clean and everyone was pleasant.

Store is NOT open 24 hours. Visited the location at 4:14am on January 12th. Not a worker to be found lights all on. Door locked but no sign as to whether or not they are closed or using the bathroom and will be right back. Nothing. Knocked on the door AND called the store phone but nothing. Left location after waiting like a fool for 15 minutes. Was not the only customer confused and inconvenienced by this.

The nightshift lady are very rude doesnt answer phone I called 20 time she doesnt pick up I was calling for an item she hang up on me

Thank god for new owners. They turned the store around. They need more Hispanic chips and they used to have voodoo chips in there but haven’t seen it in a while.. those were good chips. Other wise super clean, nice employees just need to not curse so much and food is always fresh.

The manager needs to hire better workers! If I call and ask a question about hours of operation and I get attitude ! About when your open! Come one! ( I don’t know I’m new! Doesn’t cut it) And then to have an attitude! That is not acceptable! Don’t answer the phone if you’re not willing to be asked questions! #1 and #2 I don’t care if it’s a hotel or a gas station customer service is important everywhere and if you can’t give it then don’t apply! I know it’s a gas station but come on! I asked one simple question! What are your hours of operation! If you can’t answer that your not the man for the job! Manager of this 711 you may want to screen again who you hire! This is ridiculous!

Bathroom doesn’t have toilet paper, drink shelves were empty,need restock. When told the manager he acted nonchalant they don’t care. They just want they check

Theyre carwash has a fragrance in the soap that if your ac is on and set to outside air makes your car smell SO clean!! 5 stars just for the car wash.

The staff are rude and seem to be more concerned socializing with each other than dealing with customers. The store is usually untidy. They lost my business for sure. Wawa can get my money from now on.

This location is disgusting. Their food license should be removed. The coffee station is always disgusting the bread treats are hard from being placed to high in the heating shelf and even behind the counter is so disorganized. The front counter is covered in layers of dust and food crumbs. Frozen pizza sitting out on top of piles of paper, scanner on top of the pizza. I visit another location every day for work and that location made me judge every inch of this place.

They never sell most of the cigarettes,the staff hide it for the deal, so bad attitude,

I just had to call the cops because a guy at the register with dreads threatened me refused to bag my items and when I asked him for a refund he refused to give it to me

Nasty customer service, expensive and the mecanic shop, sucks. Ill never go there again.

You’d think they’ll tell you their card machine is down before you pick up a bunch of stuff but nahhh they don’t
