Brought in some clothes for dry cleaning, told me it’d be ready Monday come Monday not a single staff member there,and today I was told it wasn’t ready

It was horrible!!! I went to go wash there last year the washing machine did not work... The owner was nice & pay back the money so I continue to come wash with no problems...today I came to wash I was using 5 machines 2 of them werent foaming they werent washing so I waited for them to finish & the clothes were still dirty & smelling like sweat so I went to go tell the owner he told me maybe something was wrong with my detergents...I went back to talk to him the employee said he wasnt there so he rudely came & said that there wasnt anything wrong with the machines & he remembered me from last time why I came back to wash here againI felt so helpless and humiliated like I just want to seat in the laundry for hours wasting my time so I can get $2.00 from him, like Im playing games... I wont ever recommend anyone to come to this place theres no customer service.

I bought a scratch ticket and i win $20 and they dont paid me the money
