I love the Pharmacy staff. Theyre like family!Knowledgeable, courteous and methodical.

I have been call the pharmacy all day & the call is not going through. Please fix this

The pharmacist always takes her time explaining side effects and instructions about his medications.The staff is very nice and always eager to help their customers.

The pharmacy, I drop off my prescription and Monday to be pick up on Tuesday, only to fine out that they only had 20 in stock at least that was what I was told, the wait was a.never ending one so I left and told them I will pick it up on Wednesday. On Wednesday when I return only to fine out that they actually had 19 tablets in stock and I had to pay the same amount as if I had gotten the full no the supply 30. This is ridiculous. Why dont someone pick up the phone to say that they were out of stock at the initial stage after two day of waiting I still havent received what I wanted.

I would like to give the pharmacy staff my gratitude for their services yesterday 4/21/18. I just had a knee replacement and I had a prescription for a week that no one had the medication available so I was passing by and tried my luck low and behold they had it available and were very courteous and professional. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP and advice wonderful pharmacy. The Walmart I made the review for was in LAUDERDALE LAKES wonderful pharmacy staff and fast too and very good consultation from the Pharmacist

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and I LOVE It. All the personnel are very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, yesterday 08/26/2018 I too was a victim of Steve. He is the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever met. I simply asked what was that day of the week my medication would be ready for pick up only to told I DONT HAVE A CALENDAR! He needs to learn more customer service instead of his slick rude unprofessional actions. If a patient has questions they should be answered politely and professionally not with rude answers. I spoke to management and my medication actually ready for pick up today not on September 2, as he stated. :( Hopefully is will be addressed. He could use some side training from Brandon, whom I have never had an issue with and is absolutely awesome.

Horrible service. This location is not careful with the medication they dispense. They give expired medication with incorrect dosing instructions and have excuses for everything. The staff is rude, incompetent, disrespectful and lazy.

Steve the pharmacy tech, was rude and condescending.I had 3 prescriptions to fill out. They didnt have one, and the other two Steve said were not covered by my insurance because of the type of prescription pad it was written on!!! My daughter just had her tooth pulled and was waiting for me while I went back and forth with this jerk. This was a Sunday so I couldnt call the insurance to confirm. He said I would have to have the doctor send another prescription on an acceptable prescription pad. I was so disgusted at that point that I just paid out of pocket so I could get my child the medication that she needed. Hey steve, learn some customer service skills and watch out for karma.

Steve the pharmacy tech that works there needs to learn more about customer service. If a patient has questions you shouldn’t be rude or give slick smart answers.
