Ordered my refills over a week ago to be safe, they text me it’s ready days later which is fine, I ordered it a while ago because they’re slow. Show up to pick up my prescriptions and they have 2 of the 3, the other one they’re out of, but they can order it in and have it tomorrow… well if you can have it in one day’s time, why didn’t you do that last week when I ordered my refills? What a joke of a pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere!

This is more like a Super Kroger, it is a lot bigger than most of the Kroger I am use to. Im not a big fan of this Kroger I mean its ok they did have the vegan steak strips, I was looking for, but they need to keep an eye on baskets, theyre wasnt any left when I entered the store forcing me to get a cart which I didnt need, since I was only grabbing a few things. I also didnt like how crowded it was at 900 am on a Sunday morning, Im use to going in and out real quick one reason I try to go to the store early in the morning. Now this is a pretty clean and stocked store I gave a 3 star for my personal reasons, others may not have a problem.

The customer service counter is always closed. 80% of things I go in for are out or not stocked. I have to go shopping 3 different times to get one grocery list completed. Management is horrible. We live 2 minutes away but drive 25 to shop at a different business. 1 trip and done. If you run out of something every day that you order 5 of, how about ordering 10?? You would think you are in the business of making as much money as possible. Terribly run. Horribly managed.

Kroger used to open at 6am. This is absolutely ridiculous! I dont understand how yall are even in business! I am never shopping at Kroger again. Ill go to Walmart. At least they care about their customers

I really like shopping at this location. However I have been having to sop at the McCain location because I can very seldom find an electric cart that runs properly or is charged. Very disappointing. I had a stroke and cannot for a long distance.

We bought pork chops went to eat them two days later they smelled bad. I called them and they said just bring them back, we did. However the young woman at the check out said that we had to have a receipt. Well no we didnt have one by that time!So theres that. Also I have bought nectarines they werent ripe so put them in a bag for a couple days, they didnt ripen the got moldy, also bought a small watermelon--- guess what; it was bad. Im just disgusted with there produce and the service we got.

The last few times I have been to the store they only have 1 MAYBE 2 checkouts open. I actually asked the store manager today as he walked by if they could open another checkout. He mumbled something that sounded like, yeah yeah yeah and kept walking. Of course nothing happened. I bagged my own groceries because there wasnt anyone but the young man checking me out and he was busy texting on his phone while scanning my groceries!!!! By the time I was leaving the TWO checkout lines were going up the aisles. I can remember going to the kroger on camp robinson a while back and they were short staffed and the store MANAGER was actually helping checkout and bag groceries. I believe I will start going to the camp robinson kroger from now on.

Be sure to check deli food thoroughly. I found a fly in the baked chicken

Angel in Pharmacy was the worst tech i have not encountered. So worried about going home. Watching watch, announcibg she was going to leave. Didnt help lady at window with expired coupon and left in middle of transaction without even an explination . The tech that realized she left and didnt even finish was able to get a valid coupon. Lady was so happy she was almost crying. Wow

Management there doesn’t seem like they care about how the store looks or their employees. They kept calling people upfront who should be stocking shelves. It’s not on other departments to cover for other departments. Kroger management needs to start treating their employees better because it’s unacceptable to treat the people who help your store run horribly. Management do better please.

Employee almost runs into you… you say excuse meand they say nothing back. Not the first time I have experienced this here. I usually never write reviews but this is a constant. If you come here don’t even say excuse me or I’m sorry or at least don’t expect it back. Terrible manners

Huge selection, good prices, and good service.

If I could give zero stars... I would. Pharmacy is a joke, cant do anything right. I hope you like waiting in line because they have one cashier at 6pm on any given day.

Two stars only because the produce is half decent which is better than most other stores in the area. I’ve had bad experiences mostly with online ordering/pickup. Had to wait over an hour on multiple occasions and was treated terribly by the manager when I tried to get my groceries. Would not recommend ordering online unless you are prepared to wait a LONG time!

If I could give zero Stars I would. Call this store after calling McCain to see what flavors of Kroger frozen yogurt was available. McCain only had vanilla. After being hung up on three times by someone name Zane I asked to speak to a manager. I get a manager named Ms. Curew who is very rude who told me its not her job to go up and down the aisles to see what flavor ice cream is available. One would think this is your store Brand yogurt so you should be able to look that up Im just thinking!!!#wrongjob#whotrainedyou

10/5/20 around 9:35am. I have literally been standing @the counter to get a money order for 15min. Not only did all the associates walk past me like I was invisible the person behind the desk finally came out with the Loomis guy. Walked past me without saying a word like I will be back to help you. 9:57am finally got some service. Just do better!!

I love kroger and boy is this one nice! I only ran in for a few thing before they closed I will have to come back in and check it out again soon. Try some of the yummy food they have

This is by far, my favorite Kroger location! The fresh colors of fruit just scream good health!

Generally, pretty decent. But don’t do pickup. Might as well grow your own produce/raise your own livestock…you’ll be done quicker. Seriously, over an hour wait/wrong items. Do NOT do pickup.

Not too friendly at the night shift, the woman at self checkout at 9:50 did not like that the scanning machine due to items not scanning. And then she had the nerve to tell the security guard that she “loves working the night shift”, if you don’t need a job please stay at home and file for unemployment!!!

Their pickup service is a joke. You get it a day in advance, have a specific hour to pick it up. You show up, and it takes over an hour to receive. Ive done this twice now. Thought maybe Id give it another shot. How hard can it be, grab the cart with name on, bring it out, repeat. If its not ready, why are we here on a specified hour.

So far great Kroger!!, Clean and Cashiers are nice.

Yolanda, in the deli section, was so friendly and helpful! She introduced us to a great selection of meat! It was a pleasure to speak with her - such a great experience.

Prefer using Kroger and their card. We also use their credit card almost exclusively for all purchases in order to max out gas savings. My only drawback is getting them to stock a few items that we regularly purchase. When we have to go to other stores we then, of course, end up spending money on items we otherwise would have spent at Kroger. Otherwise they are the best. I believe that if they could expand a store by 8 to 10 thousand feet they would be able to take away a lot of dollars from their primary competition.

A very nice variety of fresh produce and bakery items. The store is clean employees friendly parking more than adequate. Kroger is a chain of grocery stores that follow the same style of store which is pleasing to the eye and easy to find what you are shopping for. Aisles are wide and easy to move about. All and all a nice store.

Customer service was so patient. & nice to me. Today was a hard day for me but he was sympathetic to my frustration & made me smile again. He didnt rush me or make me feel like I was a bother & I felt way better when I left after completing my business. Thank you for being interested in providing personable service.

Clean and well stocked. Use the digital app for the 5x coupons and save a ton. The peak hours are between 4 and 7 weekdays and 10am to 2pm Saturdays and after church Sundays. The store is always staffed well though. Parking gets a bit tricky of you go during the rush times.

This store is conveniently located for my shopping needs. In the self check lanes the cashiers are pleasant and Im able to complete my transactions at a fast pace. Variety of choices are available for healthy eating diets. There are many more advantages of this store, but I cant name them all. Remember to get your Red Box movie on your way out!!! HAPPY SHOPPING!!!

This particular location of Kroger in the North Little Rock/Sherwood area is the best of the local Kroger. This store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are generally friendly. At high peak times, the store can get very busy. I love the selection of items and the organized shelving. Very good store.

The store is good but the pharmacy is horrible! They are always short handed (or at least that is the excuse they have used on my past 3 visits). The ones who are actually working NEVER smile or act like they have any customer service acumen at all! I am always told the wait will be an hour but its more like 2. This past time I was told an hour...came back in over 2 and still had to wait!?! I think from now on I am just going to use a smaller, more friendly and certainly more expeditious pharmacy!!

I would love to give this Kroger 5 stars. But I can’t until they can teach the employees who bag groceries not to put raw meat with anything else. Every time we go it happens. I had to correct the employee who put raw chicken in with fresh fruit! he didn’t understand why. But you need to teach your employees this stuff.Update: 2 years later we had to do the curbside pick up and they still can’t seem to understand you don’t put raw chicken in with fresh fruit. I guess they win because I still shop here 🤷‍♂️.

I shop Kroger for items on sale because their regular prices are high in my opinion. The produce section is usually neat and well stocked. I appreciate not having to wait very long to check out and having my groceries bagged. The staff is very friendly.

Always has what Im looking for, plenty of selections. I live in central LR and drive to NLR location specifically because of this. Not only better prices, but bigger store meaning more varieties. Meat department and bakery are always exceptional when needing assistance. Sushi bar and gas pumps are also a plus.

Used to love this place. Now, it is always out of whatever it is I really want. Plus, you cant even get a fountain soda there anymore because the darn machine doesnt work and hasnt worked for about the last five times I came to this store. If you are trying to find a new product, forget it. I think dollar tree will have it before this Kroger does. This store is going downhill fast.

This is one of the best Krogers. They have a large gluten free and natural selection and even have a small kosher section. I go out of my way to shop here.

I placed a clicklist order that was for a donation of around 2800 items. The gentleman at the store called me, we talked through a plan, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100% ready for me when I arrived. They had a team there to help load items up and it was the absolute best experience I could have asked for! Thank you, Kroger team for your awesome and hard work! It is extremely appreciated!

This is the face of the Manager from Kroger. I went to the costumer service desk and waited for 3 min for someone to come, but no one came, I ask a person if anyone was there to take my money, they told me that the person in charge of costumer service was on a brake, I asked if there was anyone else that can help and they said no. So as Im walking out I see this 2 talking so I asked if he was the manager, he replied yes. I told the story to him and he said, yep thats correct (instead of saying that he could help) I started to walked away and I said that I would never come back to the store and he said OKAY!!! As he wave me. Rude, sarcastic and with no sense of costumer service, I will tell everyone that I meet how I feel about this place. I bet with the way things are going there, theyre gonna be out of business soon.

I really like enormous variety of products at Kroger. However, staff at Walmart Neighborhood are much nicer & more helpful. There was an unusual bad smell in the refrigerated section. Not sure what was going on there.

I know that a lot of people are using the Pick & Pull, but I waited over two hours after arriving and calling with my information. They had one young man doing all the delivery for the first hour and a half, then a second person joined him. They lost our name once and we had to call and tell them again. Disgraceful.

This is the best Kroger in central Arkansas. The produce selection is out of this world. Organic, dietary needs foods and specialty items are fantastic. The meats are vast and fresh.Loving this Kroger

Kroger used to be a fun place to shop - as much as one can grocery shopping. Digital coupons used to help but now most digital coupons are for items not commonly used OR for clickit/pickup orders only. Seems that shelves are never fully stocked no matter the time or the day. Sorry but just not Kroger as it once was.

Great selection of broad range of food. Friendly Kroger associates. Prices competitive.... Easy access from main highway.

Consumers have access to electric carts and are able to reach all goods. Doors are able to be reached from carts and products obtained from carts. Employees available to assist consumers with their shopping needs.

Older store so things arent where you think if you shop at newer stores. Dont let that fool you they have more selections on meats, bakery and produce. Brands that you dont find in newer stores

SHOPPING WAS A BIT CROWDWD, BUT THAT WAS OK! WHEN PUTTING AWAY MY PURCHASES AT HOME, A MEDIUM JAR OF MOUNT OLIVE BABY DILL PICKLES WERE NOT PRESENT! I WILL CALL THE STORE TO ASK THE CASHIERS STATION WHERE I CHECKED OUT IF THE PICKLES ARE THERE!

Fresh produce, workers busy assting customers all over this well cleaned and organized. I pass up other krogers to shop here. Large sign on each aisle indicating products. My favorite Quit cashiers. Quality food. Try it you will like it.

Employee at seafood / meat counter refused to give me butter drops that are on display in case.... said they are only for the prepackaged meals... then why do you have them on display?

Like any grocery store they have their fair share of holes in the shelves, but the store is always super clean and the shelves are faced which makes the store feel very aesthetic.

Generally a good shopping experience. Plus it is worth downloading the Kroger app for the digital coupon deals. Saves money & the app will store to the memory card/SD card.

Love to go there just to look around and see what is on sale and the new meats. Great place just to hang sround and meet people.

Went to pick up an rx at the pharmacy and as usual it took 15 minutes to pick it up (was called in and ready for pickup) because only 1 person was waiting on customers. A lady was at the counter when I got there and we were the only customers. I wanted to check out 3 bags of chips and a birthday card and evidently the pharmacy is only allowed to check out 3 items. I have used 2 different Kroger pharmacies when I lived in Little Rock and never had poor service like I have since moving to Sherwood and started using the Indian Hills Kroger in NLR. I will be switching to another pharmacy that cares more about the customers and are willing to pay for more help.

For the love of Pete teach your baggers to bag in cloth bags, to keep products together, and have energy. Kroger in Conway on oak maybe tiny but the are rock stars

This place almost never runs out of stock. I just hate going to the store and having to ask them if they have items in the back. I know if I go here they will have it ! Good job!

Normally this is a great kroger to shop at. Im starting to question a few things tho. Past few times i have seen alot of frozen (supposed to be frozen at least) foods just sitting on pallets in the middle of isles, as well as thrown in baskets at the front of the store. I would think those things would be a priority to get put up. That would probably explain why theres ice built up on icecream containers that are in the freezer already...to the point you cant even read the labels.

Click list parking takes up all of the close parking & Ive started doing most of my shopping at Walmart even though Kroger is a mile from my house. Walmart is 6 miles away, but parking is a 100 times better. Less than 1 star if I could.

Not sure whats up with this Kroger, but over the past four months or so, the produce shelves have been nearly empty every time weve been there, as well as the natural and organic items in the frozen and refrigerated sections. Very disappointing.

This Kroger used to be a great store with excellent customer service. Over the past few years they have been on a steady decline. You never know what will be dropped from inventory and they seem to be unable to keep shelves stocked on a regular basis. We had to start going to wal-mart for alot of items that . Ive requested items and have been assured to be stocked by management 4 separate occasions and not once did management do what they said they would do or call me to let me know otherwise after leaving my number (these were brand name items walmart carries).We need a fresh new store to come in and be customer focused .
