Not friendly and gave me wrong information about the 5g sim card up grade . Stated that I needed to purchase a new phone! Found out that the owner gave me false information and have just upgraded my phone.

I was not satisfy with the assistance of the Mgr, I was looking to change my phone for another Samsung and told me dont have it and gave me a Motorola, that was terrible, it was full of businessadvertisements and send me continues soundNotifications....on this days somebody enter my account y send a message to a friend ...Finally could solve the problem.......

Mr. Manny at this store provides Excellent customer service along with a smile. He takes his time to listen to your needs and go above and beyond to pair you with the best technology or accessories to meet your needs. He is so helpful and patient. I recommended him to a family member out of town and he drove to do business with him. My family member was so pleased of how well Mr. Manny took care of him. He just couldnt stop talking about it. So P.S. to Mr. Manny supervisor if your making a decision of employee of the year. You should really consider him he deserve it.

Worse experience I have dealt with in a store. The did not welcome me when walking into the store and when I asked for help they ignored me and didnt even help with what I needed. I have left boost mobile due to this experience and and will be taking my business to Verizon where they at least say hello.

Great customer service!!! I went in about a week ago to re-connect my new iPhone and I was greeted by Manny as soon as I walked in. He was very courteous and helpful. He also explained how to transfer my data using iTunes and I was able to do it when I got home with no problems. I had gone to another Boost Mobile prior for help and they were going to over charge me!!!! All I needed was a new SIM card. Thank you Manny for your help!
