Well located and easy to notice while driving, this Family Dollar Store has a little bit of everything. They just started selling cold beer. Pretty amazing for a Family Dollar store. The price is reasonable.Theres always someone to help you. A visit to this location is really worth it.

I just went to Family Dollar Store on 14512 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami First of all, I didnt get a greeting!! Second of all..The prices Dont match the item.. I told the manager which his name is Alex, He was very rude and obnoxious.. No customer service skills at all.. Not along with not giving me the price what the label Says.. He stated to me that this is not his fault that the item was in the wrong place and that he is not going to give me the price for what the label Says... I stated to him This is false advertisement.. He stated so what!!! He is a very rude manager!!! and dont need to be working there!!! and dont have any customer service skills!!!

Very unorganized and very rude manager. I come here all the time as i live around the corner... yesterday they had a sale through coupons that i couldnt find in the app.. turns out, they were expired though they were still displayed all over the store. I asked the manager and all he did was tear down the price. I go to the front to wait on him and he never came because he was laughing amd chatting with a customer (of his own race) when i didnt even get a smile from him. I asked him if he was going to honor it and he simply replied nope and walked into his office. The guy waiting (maybe he was an off duty employee) and he said hes usually nastier than that.. you caught him in a good mood i find that ridiculous to behave such a way and not honor prices displayed. Ill just go to another one... horrible customer service

You have stop at family dollar. Wow. I was able to get so much for five bucks. Great store.

Lets be honest! Family Dollar is a place you go to for nice things that are low in cost. As well as you find certain brands of food that may not be sold at other places like Publix! This location has always had the worst customer service from the managers to the staff. I do not rate customer service based on how friendly people are. I rate customer service based on how much youre willing to understand what Im asking and try to help me! This location from the managers to the staff are unprofessional. You have a manager who will quickly tell you I dont know and walk away. Or youll have a staff member who looks at you and say I dont know let me ask the manager and its the same manager who doesnt know anything. My experience today as of 09/13/2018 has been the worst!!! I was trying to get information on an item that I purchased. As Im waiting in line, I noticed the teller is speaking to other customers but she keeps replying back in Spanish. I did not understanding why. Until I get a chance to ask her about the item that I purchased and shes replying back to me in Spanish and Im looking at her telling her I dont understand what youre saying.? She starts pointing at a sign related to what I purchased. So I asked her you is there anyone else working here with you so I can speak to them? She says Im the managerand alone. The line is to the other side of the store. How in the world does a place of business doesnt have a second person working to translate if needed. She handed my item and waved for the next person to come up. REALLY! Every customers walking out is trying to understand what in the world is going on?! If thats the case Ill go to another location.

My experience for today 2/28/2019 was good because I lost my receipt but the manager exchange the items for me.

Do not believe the pictures posted. The store looks nothing like the pics. The store is so unorganized and is always full of rodents. Someone kills the roaches and leaves them in the floor and they are huge roaches. The older lady at the register is rude, speaks nothing but spanish and is veeerrrrrry unprofessional. The young guy speaks a little English, ive observed him to be impatient with multiple shoppers and is unapproachable. I definitely would not recommend this location.

If I can rate this family dollar a zero I would... very ghetto, unprofessional they use garbage bags for peoples groceries, no shopping cart. The workers over there are disrespectful... no horrible Customer service they get mad when you ask for help when items cannot be found just horrible....👎👎👎👎 worst one ever.

The Store Maneger Alexander is a hot mess.. I dont understand why Family Dollar would hire someone like him. I guess because he has the store manager position he thinks he can talk to people any kind of way. He looks nasty and DIRTY. What happened to clean environment! The store it self was nasty... Dead Rats on traps. Ugh... But thats still not the problem... I have been a customer of this family Dollar for about 3 months.... I have shop at other family Dollar and never has this problem. The Store Maneger Alexander is so rude and very inconsiderate. I walk into​ the store to purchase some items. But I walk into the store with other bags from another store. His cashier ask me to leave the bags at the front. But she didnt take my bags from my hand she ask me to put it in a shopping cart and that she would watch them... After I shop for my items and paid for them I noticed my bags from another store was missing. It has food in there to feed my kids. Im a struggling parent thats trying hard. I dont steal but to have something stolen from me it hurts. As I noticed my bags where missing. I ask the cashier wheres my bags? She said oh if its not there go check each lanes to see if someone​has that cart with my food in it... I said excuse me thats not my job to do that.. I need to speak with the manager. Thats when his rude nasty guy came from the back with his rude mouth TALKING about thats not Family Dollar problem because I should have took my bags to my car and instead of giving my bags to the employee... I DID called the cops and have a report number.. because if I was someone that walks into​ Family Dollar stealing you guys would definitely press charges against me.. so Im doing​ the same. I would never go to that store as long as I know that rude guy Alexander is there.

I love the place it was clean and i saved money

A horrible and unprofessional location! Will never ever return, one of the store associates asked my daughter to leave her mini backpack at the counter which contains her money and wallet in it. I did not see a sign where it says no backpacks are allowed. I just turned around and left the store because I will never patronize a store that makes me or anyone Im with feel insulted. As me and my daughters were walking out he yelled Have a Nice Day I do not like sarcasm.

Store is completely unorganized, items missing prices, unstock shelves and a very rude unprofessional store manager.

Cashier Alex very unperfesional and rude was on his phone the whole time and wasnt helpful at all.

Horrible!!! And I say it for the supposed maneger, called Alex, very cocky, rude and arrogant that he is !!!! The truth is not vocation of service .... It does not know how to treat customers.
