Loved the customer experience and service by Chris. Chris is likely the next regional manager for Miami. He was thoughtful, careful, and knew every need that a customer would have regarding iPhone 12 and all the relevant technology. He was patient, and kind answered all my questions and he was extra special to my mother who also came with me. Please ask for Chris when you go. The best customer service I have had in years. I hope AT&T appreciates this top performer.

Our experience was great! At first, Isaac provided us with basic info that we needed. Once we came back to do the necessary switch we were helped by Willie. He was just so polite and helpful. He answered all the questions and doubts that we had when it came to switch services and gave us all the amazing deals that we qualified for. When we went back it was 40 minutes to closing and he patiently took care of everything(all of our lines ) which took us about 2 hrs with no rush and just told us everything we needed to know. Overall, I have zero complaints. Everything was a breeze and felt like a great decision.

Because I am the guy who usually complains about bad customer service, I needed to tell the manager at the AT&T store on Biscayne Avenue in North Miami what a great job his employees have done for me. I am not a particularly tech savvy guy, and I had a very old iPhone that needed to be replaced. It was an extremely tedious process because I had not updated my phone in years. Yoslan spent several hours working on my phone and making sure I didn’t lose anything. The next day I had to go back because I needed help downloading the back up information from my old phone. Tamarian remembered me from the day before and very quickly helped me through the process. Both of these guys could not have been more professional, more helpful or more pleasant. While I spent a great deal of time in the AT&T store over two days, I saw most of the staff interacting with customers and providing customer service that was much better than I typically see. Kudos to the whole team at the AT&T store. You guys are the best!

Manager of the this store, Javier, threatened me because I was upset that I need to wait close to one hour to pick up a SIM card. He also talked to me inappropriately and telling me that he will throw me out the store and I am a senior person.Poor management of the store. They need to have a fast line for people that comes only to pay, to get a sim, etc. It is not fair that they need to wait one hour while employees open new account or selling and setting phones.

Customer service was terrible. We had to wait outside until we were finally called in once we got called in they said they were gonna be first. Then took 2 more people before us. We have been here for over an hour and haven’t gotten anyone to help us. Terrible service

I visited the store today with the idea of purchasing an IPhone 12 Pro, which I actually left the store with 2. My visit there today was very satisfying although I spent a little more than I was planning on to. I was taken care of by a gentleman by the name of Willy, he also had a co- worker with him that he was training. These 2 gentlemen were the most professional guys I have came across in a while. Willy was very helpful and respectful and most importantly well mannered at all times, he explained everything detail by detail and waited until my son and I finished downloading everything into our new phones. Although the times we’re experiencing with COVID the visit at this location was no regret at all.Thank God for having some good people in the world still.

Isaac is a very customer centric individual who treats each customer as if he/she is the only one that matters. We have dealt with him on at least 4 four occasions and each time we feel like royalty as we enter your business door and glance upon him approaching us to offer his assistance. Incidentally, it is never a straight forward situation but he uses his expertise in the phone area and calm disposition to make it seem like a walk in the park. He is indeed a professional who the company should recognize as a true human capital asset. I am so delighted to have the privilege to write these comments on Issac who embodies your business strategy and never pushes a product on the customer but first identifies a need and matches your product to that need. I have told my son to ensure his colleagues and friends who are in law enforcement to switch to your company this month as you launch a meaningful strategy to capture that segment of the market. Issac told us about it and while persons may not be able to visit his location; the bottom line of the companys finances will reflect his salesmanship.

I came to this store with a rather difficult issue and the employee that assisted me couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. he was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient — and he was able to fix the problem. He even went out of his way when he didn’t have to. Needless to say, it all ended well and I left the store a very happy and satisfied customer thanks to the wonderful AT&T team member who helped me out!

I recently went to this store and my experience there was actually enjoyable. Alberto was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions. Will definitely go back again.

I was not receiving an audible noise on my iPhone SE (which was set up correctly in settings) when I received text messages. I went into the store and was told by a sales person that this is because the phone recognized my face and therefore would not notify me audibly. I was told, even if the phone was face up two feet away from me, it would recognize my face and not send a sound and that it needed to be face down to receive a noise for incoming text messages. Fortunately, when I disputed this, it was fixed another way. I am concerned because if another person was told that information, they might believe it and not receive important messages, such as from a doctor, work, relative, or friend.

My experience in the Asheville NC store approximately 4 months ago was the most horrendous experience I or anyone would ever have to endour. I was thrown out of the store because of giving my opinion about COVID 19 to a sales rep that asked me my opinion and didn’t like it. Managers backed up the sales person not the customer. The reviews of that store support my statements. AT&T is better off restaffing the entire store. It would be beneficial for its reputation.My faith was restored once again by dealing with this stores manager Eli in this location. This is a manager that is patient, provides excellent customer service, cares about the customer.Do not lose this manager because she is the right face for AT&T.

Chris helped me out and was super helpful and patient. Left with a cheaper bill and a new phone. It was honestly a pleasure and was pretty happy with the whole experience. This was in contrast to a smaller non corporate store that didn’t want to help at all. I will be coming back to this store every time I need help.

Came in to the North Miami AT&T store after my 9 year old iPhone died. I was pleasantly surprised that Rob made my transaction smooth and painless. I loved his knowledge of the devices and services they provided. I would definitely recommend going to this store if you’re old school like me.

Covid guidelines were followed. Quick and easy entry/exit. There wasnt much people and my dad and I got taken care of. No problems to note.

This has to be the best AT&T location. The staff are supper friendly, kind and extremely helpful. I was having some issues ordering online. It got to a point of being frustrated. But has soon Willy and Peta started to talk to me and explain how they can fix everything, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I got the device I wanted, also got a student discount I wasn’t aware I was able to get online. Which really help being a full time student. The store has a very wide selection of phones, tablets and related items. They offer Internet and Cable / Satellite TV. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking.

I visited the store just to get a quote on price, but Peta was so helpful her sales skill was excellent. Walk in the store with no attention of getting a phone. Because she was so so helpful and knowing how to sales, I end up leaving the store with 4 phones, just to show you how good she is at what she does. Now I dont want to go to no other AT&T but the 1 she works at. AT&T needs to keep her at all cost. I have never given a 5☆ before, but Peta definitely deserves it for being carrying, helpful, the best sales person I have ever met. I visited this store today after my 2 yr old grandson threw my old iPhone into the pool! NouNou was so patient with me and taught me how to use my new iPhone 11 even though I came in close to closing time she was still as sweet as can be! Very disappointed in this days events...This past Friday, 8/21/2020, I went to the AT&T store at 12599 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181 to purchase a new phone outright. I met with Ms. Manoella and went through the process of verifying the account - good so far. Manoella had a nice disposition and approach but was unwilling to even attempt to resolve the issue that followed. I then told her of my desire to buy the phone outright (SG Note 20 Ultra 5G) and was told that I had to pay off the other 3 lines before I would be allowed to purchase the phone. I re-explained myself thinking that maybe she misunderstood at which point she restated the same thing. I told her that I did not want to finance the phone and she stated that I couldnt buy the phone without going through their finance procedure as she stated. I told her that I would contact the Executive Office to let them know how disappointed I was in this new policy. I spoke with Ms. Terrell from the AT&T Executive Office at length to let her know. They missed out on the sale. Best Buy was a 10 minute transaction in and out - unlocked I dont have to deal with all the AT&T bloatware.
