Horrible customer service, the man who I assume is the owner of this establishment has a negative demeanor towards the customer, every time I go to this store he follows me around as if I were to steal something and thats extremely uncomfortable. This man never smiles and has a mean look on his face. Theres a no return or exchange policy even if the item you purchase is defective.

They stay open later than most hair stores, but dont waste your time or money. Selection is limited and hair quality is 👎

Cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful!! Highly dont recommend
