Their move-in prices are the best but they raise their prices every 5 to 6 months. Other storage places raise after 1 yr not every quarterly. Started payin $66 n now 1yr 5months later Im payin $176. Never have carts unless u come between 6a-10a n their gate ALWAYS broken left or right one. All tht price raising n no money to repair a got damn gate. So these other reviews must be their friends/staff cuz them reviews not tellin the truth. Im not a friend but a real life customer n thank God I found an apartment n Im takin my Im stuff out SAP not ASAP!!!

Had a really great experience here. Great service. Came a bit late and they didnt close the door on me. Attended me last time and with a great attitude. They helped me in as many areas as they could help me with (unit pricing, right unit size for my needs, locks, everything). The building is very well kept and nice for what it is. The prices are very competitive with all the other storage facilities Ive been to. I definitely recommend this storage facility. The only thing I dont recommend is buying storage materials such as boxes, tape, etc. Get it at home depot, it will be significantly cheaper. Overall, I very pleased.

The store manager helped me with my stuff about 20 min before closing with a great attitude....I say this because most employees get annoyed when customers come close to closing time and are rude and not helpful. He quickly explained the policies and how the insurance works, showed me where my storage unit was and how to open and lock it and made sure I left with no questions unanswered. he helped me bring everything up and put it in the storage unit and made me feel welcome as a new customer...I am SO grateful for his kindness and great service overall as I was going through a lot that day and it felt as if nothing could go right.. I had furniture and other belongings stored here for almost two years and could not be more satisfied. The temperature control and cleanliness were top notch. None of my furniture even had a speck of dust on it when I took it out of storage. Super helpful and friendly office staff. Great experience!

We had a reservation which we made online and when we arrived there were already two people in the process of being helped. Vonnie acknowledged us and swiftly assisted everyone herself in getting set up. She was so friendly and professional that the wait was easy (even with a kid in tow). We were not only impressed with Vonnie but with the facility. We have to drive 25 mins to get there but it’s worth it. The storage is spacious, secure and air conditioned at a price that could not be matched by anyone around and trust me we searched! We have paid more for a storage space where we had to climb a ladder to load our things on a second story space. We are grateful to have found this space.

I actually was visiting a friend who was going thru a hard time. Had his things stored here. At first customer service was great. But then they flipped on him. Said he was inhabiting his unit, which was completely false. I know because we stayed in a hotel while I was visiting. Tried to show the managers including the district/area manager. They terminated his lease without cause or any court or anything. It said in his contract that it would resort to default. They said they had rights to do so. I believe they need to update their contracts since they say this is a frequent thing. Also, that area manager needs some training. How does one determine how long you can be in a storage you pay for, if youre only there doing the access hours? And the place was really nice. Sad to say this is something their customers have issues with. SAD BUSINESS PRINCIPLES.

Robert assisted me with my storage unit. Very professional, answering all of the questions I had, and clarifying anything I was confused about. He walked me over to my unit so I can take a look at it, even helped to make sure I knew how to use a cylinder lock (first timer here). Great location. Wish there were more spots for cars to drive in and stay dry. But we only ran into that inconvenience once, which resulted in a car leaving as we were packing, so we lucked out.

Today 4/20/2016 I went to Uncle Bob due to the bad service that I received from the so call Professional Storag 2151 N.E.163rd St. North Miami Beach,Fl(REALLY) theirs nothing professional about these people at this location but think God they closed. I met Nicole who was very -very sweet and patience took her time to show me around and the different units that she had available. Because of her friendly service I will stay here and I am very much happy with her and the location as well very (CLEAN ).

I went to uncle bobs storage and was assisted by Nicole. This woman went above and beyond for me and my family. She stayed past closing to ensure my family and I were able to store our things. Normally when stores are closing they watch you with a aggravated look upon there face but NOT Nicole she took her time with us making sure we understood everything. I just moved in the building is a bit old but you wouldnt really notice updated with an elevator and trash shoot . The landlord Mr. Butler lives on the property and any issues that may arise would be taken care of immediately and hes a truely nice guy and works hard to keep his building in great shape and the apartments are nice i didnt really like it at first and thought it was smallwr than the apartment i was moving from but its all on the way you set your place up now I cant wait until i finish setting up it will really flow when im done
