Funny enough the deal guy is really nice and personable. Never thought Id make a remark about a storage facility in such high regards but it was actually a good time. The rates were understandable and appropriate. Mostly good business is about the people and the product. Both were great.

Great place, great price, & great service. I highly recommend. I stopped in with no notice and walked out about 20 minutes later with keys in my hand. John was very courteous and expeditious in getting me set up. The building appears to be new and well kept with great security features.

I had a great experience. This my second time renting a storage in years, So I was a little flustered. John was so helpful when I lost my lock that I bought. The space is clean and organize and the customer service was excellent. eventhough, I only dealt with John both guys working there had a great personality. There were two guys working a younger and a mature male.John Is the Mature male. He was patient he showed me different options. I was having a rush day and Felt overwhelmed, but he made things a little better. I felt safe at this company and Will refer friends.

One of the best storages I have ever done business with. Very polite and understanding. They don’t treat you like the old fashioned ones. Very elite ! This Storage complex is amazing. The staff is incredible. So professional, polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. I had rented at another facility and the security was awful. This place has the worst customer service ever!!!!! first off I should of ran when I couldnt start an account online but I gave the benefit of the doubt and called to process my rental. Once I did 7 days later I could not get there to move in due to unforeseen circumstances that was totally out of my control not only could I not get someone on the phone to help for more than 5 mins but when I did I got disconnected every time. This whole charade started at 9 when they opened and 2 to 3 hours later I was ready cancel account because I was told by one of the customer service reps that I could cancel the account and open a new one with someone who could actually come to the office and pick up the access material. When I came time for the actual cancelation I was told that I could get a refund before the unit was rented to me 6 days prior. They did not refund not even half of the money. They were very unprofessional. It was my luck that their system kept failing but I was assured that it would not happen more than one time. Who wants to have their valuables at a facility that doesnt have a reliable system, TERRIBLE customer service. If you choose to youre doing it at your own risk and I wish you the best. They are plenty of other storage facilities around them that you can choose so RUN.................................................................................................................THEY ARE LUCKY THAT THIS DIDNT HAVE ZERO STARTS!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

We needed some extra space when my son moved back in temporarily. This facility was great. The interior and exterior were very well kept. The management team was very helpful. Most of my dealings were with Nicholas Gonzalez who was exceptional to deal with. A great experience.

My experience with StorQuest has been GREAT! Gertrude was my first impression... she was so sweet, very professional, informative, thorough in explaining availability, pricing & promotions, and all about their property in general. With several different options, she was very patient with my indecisiveness, and extremely empathetic to my situation.After tentatively reserving my unit, I called customer service twice a few days later with additional questions and they were also very nice and helpful. (I wish I had remembered their names) The day I went back in to finalize, Jonathan was there to help me and he was terrific too! Despite being a very busy Saturday, he took the time to show me the unit again so I could be sure it was what I needed and was very quick to get all the paperwork done so that I could start moving stuff in the next day. He reassured me he would be working that day also if I needed anything. Every contact I had with StorQuest, especially starting with Gerturde and ending with Jonathan. Their positive energy is contagious and they are an asset to the company! I would definitely recommend StorQuest and this location!

Storquest in north Miami they are awesome..super clean. The whole building is super clean. As soon as I walked in Gertrude open door with a face mask on and help us out straight to the point. She did an awesome amazing job on explaining on each storage that will fit for my stuff. Gertrude is very friendly very nice very helpful and she got us in and out. Store manager John also was there and he help out with some boxes. This place is great, brand new, clean, good lighting, and full security technology. Most of all, the service is really good! They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The company. however, should be honest about the measures. The 5x5, was a 4x5, although they kindly found me a better one. The staff is trained to say that the website lets you know that measures are approximate, but missing a whole foot...really? The storage units use special lock (your regular lock from home or home depot will not work!), which they could also inform in their website and not charge you an extra 20$ when you are there with your pile of stuff! Once they fix these things its definitely a 5 star place.

Unfortunately for me I have had to move quite a bit over the years. Not only sometimes the moving experience isnt good but when you get to the storage facility sometimes its even worse. I have to say in this case its just the opposite both John and Nick have outstanding customer service skills and they go above and beyond what one would expect and every facet of the operation. They were super helpful when I arrived and also when I had to make the change from a larger to a smaller unit they were right there with every step of the way. I will recommend to any of my friends and anyone reading this looking for a storage place that because of the actions and service here at this particular StorQuest I would highly recommend anyone the store the storage with StorQuest. This place is everything you want from a storage facility and more. Everything in the place is new and spotlessly clean. Its safe yet convenient with very reasonable pricing. And John, the manager on site, is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to insure you have everything you need and are absolutely satisfied. I highly recommend them!UPDATE: 6 months after moving my stuff in, i receive a letter that the monthly rent suddenly, for no apparent reason was raised by 20%. Obviously i (and likely most costumers) dont want to deal with moving to another facility, so i just have to eat the extra cost. Im pretty sure theyre counting on that... Not cool.

StorQuest has first-rate service and is very clean and secure (it is a brand-new building). All the folks that work there are very helpful and friendly, and John, the Mgr, is super-professional and accommodating. Also, the place has 3 entrances, so very easy to get to your unit... Ive never had to wait for a cart or elevator, really easy access and parking. Which is what you want in a storage unit! All-in-all, a super place and super value!

I have been trying to cancel my account for the past week due to moving to four hours away. Was to told at this location to empty it out and leave lock on there. If finished after hours call and they can do it over the phone. Impossible the store does not answer and only a call center picks up and they tell me they cant do it only the store. I get transferred only to go back on hold to the same call center. What a headache please avoid if you can if you want to cancel. Now I think I have to drive four hours to cancel.

Staff is very helpful and motivated. I can tell superior customer service is important to them.

Dont waste your time. I turn my key in on August 25th but they still charged me for a unit for September. Now its so hard to get in contact with someone so they can stop charging my card every month.

Of course regulations had to shift due to COVID however, walking into the facility for the first time, there was a line with just one person tending to one customer at a time. Although limiting customers makes complete sense, having just one employee is risky as it facilitates burnout and therefore a potential decrease in customer service, increases the potential for lack of efficiency all leading to customer dissatisfaction. I have to say, you are VERY fortunate to have the employee at your NE 125 North Miami location. He clearly had A LOT of people to tend to but was very clear with customers as soon as they walk in. It was very apparent that he was working as fast and efficiently as he could and he had a great disposition, very friendly and warm by the time he was able to tend to me. Mind you, my moving truck and movers who I pay by the hour were already there and the wait was close to an extra 30 min. Because of him, it made the wasted time & money ok. HES EXCELLENT. Dont wear him out!
