All of the mechanics there were kind, hardworking, and focused. I truly felt taken care of! Couldnt recommend the team at this location enoughI spoke with Trace, on the phone, before coming in and it warmed my heart how helpful and accommodating he was. He triple checked to make sure they had the tires I needed before I drove out there, and helped me from start to finish.Trace had genuine concern for what was needed for my vehicle and took the time to explain how it worked, without overly pressuring me to buy what I just cant afford at the moment.11/10! Came down on a Saturday for vacation.Sunday I Noticed my f250’s front passenger brake/rotor was grinding. With this being our family vehicle I needed it looked at ASAP. Called a few other places and no one could get me in. Called jiffy lube and spoke to Andrew at there brake shop, he was very professional, very friendly. He was up front with pricing, how long it should take, and he done everything to the tee that he said he would. He got parts delivered new rotors and new brakes for the front, installed in under a hour and a half. Was cheaper than his quote also. Highly recommend all these guys, everyone was awesome to deal with. Thanks Andrew for gettin us back on the road ! Jiffy lube give this guy a RAISE !

Came in for an oil change and the Service Manager Mike offered their headlights restoration services. I thought the price was very reasonable and it could be done the same day in 20 minutes. Also they did not push any unneeded services on me. Thanks NMB Jiffy Lube!

Wow such great customer service, it was my first time visiting this store and Thomas and team were great. They explained everything to me, and what I needed. I usually drive 30 mins to a shop in Conway but after receiving this great service this team has now made me a repeat customer and the place I will be going for all my car service needs. Arrived 11:45, Jordan greeted us and took our vehicle information he was nice! Andrew came by a few minutes later and popped the hood and check on something with flash light. Then we pulled forward and stayed in the car while Ulysses hooked up the oil evac. Next Greg started putting the oil in the car. They changed my oil filter, oil, and replaced my windshield wipers. Guys were nice, but if you are wanting quick service not sure I would recommend this one. Left store at 12:55. But maybe it was an off day. I’d probably give them another shot.

Ive always have good customer service here. Theyve had computers down before and some wait time but Ive always appreciate that actual interaction with the staff.

Excellent service! The staff takes the time to explain the repairs you need to you. Staff are professional and polite. Super fast service! (Even on a Friday afternoon when everyone else either cant take you or are trying to hurry up and get out.)

They got our oil changed ok and were very polite. The three star rating is because I needed a tire rotation and called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate. After they started working on the car they informed me that their lift was in another bay and they couldnt get the tire rotation done. Super disappointed. Especially since I called ahead of time and was assured they could do it.

This location is very trustworthy and honest. Our family takes 6 vehicles to this store for all our maintenance and repair needs. They are far more reasonable and capable than most of the repair shops in North Myrtle Beach. They are atypical of what you expect from this type of business. They get an A+ from me!

Everyone was amazing. Very personable, friendly, and fair. My son needed an oil change and they noticed the front tires were balding, and showed us the problem. We decided to get new front tires. They didn’t upsell on rear tires. Need brake pads as well and will return to get those soon. Quick turnaround and honest service. Hands down best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever gone to.

I appreciate the guys taking time to change my oil... its not a lot of places that will let me bring my own oil filter and change my oil due to the type of car I drive.

Excellent service. The gentleman in charge of the bays was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I could have waited days to get an appointment at my usual place, I will go to the North Myrtle Beach Jiffy Lube from here on in. I didnt even have to leave my car and it was done in minutes.

Services were not done as paid for. Oil was just recirculated! Checked my oil after driving off the lot a it was just as black as I came in! I had to go to a local auto store to fill in the coolant. Only thing I could verify different was the air filter, which costed extra....Havent used this company in quite some time and it hasnt seemed to change despite the different location...

I had such an absolutely amazing experience with the guys at jiffy lube. Jesse, Andrew, all the other guys not mentioned and the manager Mike were so helpful and very inviting. If I were a north myrtle resident I would definitely choose this jiffy lube as my main servicing center! Great prices and fast service!

They didnt put enough oil in my vehicle at last oil change. When my vehicle started acting strange we checked oil it was bone dry. I wasnt even due for next change. No oil on engine block hood or myy driveway. No blue exhaust either. Everything was A OK by my mechanic EXCEPT NO OIL. Called and spoke to manager named Mike who called me a liar and said iIneed to call corporate because he didnt have time to listen to A woman complain about things she doesnt know about. Never go there ladies.

The guys at this location were great! Fast, courteous, and professional and they had a great comradery with each other that was great to see. Everyone had a great attitude and the manager was great at keeping everyone happy and entertained. Ill definitely come back for my next oil change.

Stopped on a busy Saturday but still had great service. Ulysses greeted us and kept us informed through the process. Manager Mike kept the place humming. We are new to the area and have only used this location twice, but this is our go to place.

Mike is a Spot on Mechanic. He can diagnose and give you a great deal. Hes very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable also threw in discounts for Oil change, Flushing my Coolant and threw in fixing my burnt fuse free.

They up charged me for the service. They never quoted a price until done then hit me with upcharges for synthetic oil. They new I was from out of town and would not be back.

Jiffy Lube in North Myrtle Beach.-Tyler: amazing manager and great person, he had the mechanic stay a little longer just to fit me in so I could be safe on my trip back to College. He also checked in after to make sure I was satisfied with everything.-Andrew: very knowledgeable on my car, did a great job with my brake fluid, and was fairly fast considering the work that takes. He also gave me updates on my car after as well as suggestions for future visits.-Jaylen: Great people person, he made me feel comfortable about my visit and helped me understand what was done with my vehicle, made sure to run down the list of other services provided, and suggested ones for me based on my vehicle status. He then got me checked out and on my way.I would 10/10 recommend going there to a friend. (ps: some of the employees have awesome cars so that was a bonus)

$110 for an oil change. They didnt discuss price until after my oil had been drained so I had no choice. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do not go here. I sent my wife today for a simple oil change. The technician tried to update her several times and so she called me to confirm and I told her to just get the oil changed. The manager came out and told her that he was extremely worried because she needed a complete coolant flush and she felt like this was urgent on our 2015 vehicle so she allowed it. They have tried this on me all 3 times that I have been there. Buyer beware. These guys are a scam and guys DO NOT SEND YOUR WIFE ALONE.

Not as in the past. Very disappointed. Techs were were going from one car to another without finishing the one they were working on. My car sat idle for 20 minutes waiting to get fill with oil. Person that checked me in did not tell person working on my car that it should include also a tire rotation. I was there for over an hour and a half.

Jiffy Lube In North Myrtle is very professional and informative I have been taking my vehicle and work vehicles here since I moved here 5 years ago. Very affordable. They dont vaccum out vehicles any more or leave a flower but I still love going there. And recommend them.

Ive always wanted to drive my car into their garage and I finally got to do so. They have stay in your car service and offer AC from a portable unit to keep you cool while they service your car. I was only there for an oil change, but they also offer tire cha gas too. Unfortunately they only do this during the week which is inconvenient for people who work during the week.

The staff and the ENTIRE team at this store are Wonderful! The atmosphere of this place makes you feel comfortable, safe, almost like your at home. They generally care about YOU and EXTENDING the life of your vehicle through Preventative Maintenance. 10/10 all across the board. They offer multicare and tons of other services for a GREAT price and expert quality!!!

Sent our teenage son to have a basic oil change. They sold him services that were not needed. He is 16 years old and they took advantage of his lack of knowledge. Charged him $125. Left several messages for the manager to return our phone call and no response. Sent an email to corporate and they offered to credit his debit card back and they agreed the services should never have been offered to an inexperienced teen. Corporate office however was amazing in how they handled the situation on their end.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. I like that I could stay in my car. The techs kept me well informed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

From the moment I drove in, I was greeted like a regular customer. Michael and the staff were amazing in the way they did their job, the way they made sure I didnt need anything, the way they explained various services I may need,...even the customer area was clean and welcoming!! They were true professionals!!!! The NMB Jiffy Lube is the best!!

The workers are excellent. I had a simple tension pully put on.Waited 3hrs on their delivery man to bring the parts from right up the street.Delivery man bought the wrong part twice.A while later another guy bought the right part.Took exactly 5 minutes to put it on.$54 part i was charged $121 just for the part.$18 for use of shop tools and $55 for labor.This place is a RIP OFF...The WORST SERIVE i ever had...

They were incredibly helpful during my time of need. My tire was losing air rapidly and they were the only place open past 6pm. I am lucky to have found them. They helped me immediately and were so kind and courteous. Would absolutely recommend!

So much so that I brought back my vehicle within two weeks to have the transmission cleaned.
