Forever Tile recently installed laminate flooring in two bedroomsand tile in two bathrooms for us. The work was completed quicklyand the installers cleaned the areas well to finish the job. The workerswere polite and the floors turned out beautiful! Kelly Nowlin scheduledthe work for us, and it was a pleasure to work with her. The price forthe work was very reasonable and we will use them again when needed.

We were totally satisfied with our purchase of flooring from Forever Floor & Tile. Our initial meeting with Ted the owner was relaxing, every step was explained and all our questions were answer to the fullest. No pushy sales act! Next was the visit to the showroom to select the flooring, the saleswoman here again was very informative and made our choice easy. The final phase was the installation, Alex & Jacqueline were unbelievable. They were prompt, neat and courteous. I’ve been working toward updating the flooring in my two condos (~1300 sq ft) for about a year, and finally got it done this week. I replaced *all* the flooring throughout both units. It involved taking up all the carpeting and the original tile as well as the carpet/tile baseboard, putting down the new flooring, and painting and installing new wood baseboard with quarter round. The only old flooring that wasn’t replaced was under the HVAC units and under the dishwasher, which was my choice because of the extra cost that would have been involved in disconnecting and reconnecting those pieces.After a lot of research, I decided to go with Karndean LooseLay Longboard luxury vinyl. First, it has 20 mil wear layer which was toward the upper end of the range when I looked at different materials. Second, the pieces don’t lock together like other vinyl floor systems, so if a piece is damaged, I can pull it up and replace it relatively easily. Lastly, the material is waterproof, so if it ever gets wet, I can pull up the pieces, let everything dry, and put it all back.I got 3 quotes, and Forever Floor and Tile was the lowest. I’m normally very leery of the lowest quote in these situations. However, the sales person knew what he was talking about, and online reviews raved about them, so I went with Forever Floor & Tile.They showed up just after 9AM on the first day and went right to work. I checked in a couple times, but things were moving along. They ended up being a little behind schedule on the second day, and brought in extra people and stayed late a couple days to make sure everything was done on time.I was nervous going into the project, given the amount of money involved and the fact that it would be a significant visual element in the units. Now that it’s done, I’m very happy with the results. It looks much more modern and up to date, and I personally prefer having consistent flooring throughout the units.There was a moment during the installation that stood out to me as an indication that going with Forever Floor & Tile was the right move. The first was the flooring around the HVAC unit. It sits in the corner of a closet, and I had assumed that they would leave the original tile in the 5” space between the HVAC and the wall. However, they removed that little area of tile (I’m not sure how they even got to it) and replaced it with the new flooring. They did such a good job that for a moment I thought they had somehow gotten the vinyl under the HVAC. The only way I knew they didn’t is because the HVAC drain pan sites a little higher than the vinyl tile since it’s still on the original tile.I definitely recommend calling Ted at Forever Floor and Tile if you’re getting quotes for flooring.

We chose the Innova LVP Georgetown for our condo flooring. Kelly was very helpful in showing us aspects of this flooring. Yes there were delays caused by Covid, but these delays were made up for after seeing the finished work. We could not be more pleased. The new tile shower that replaced the shower/tub is fantastic. Once again Kelly was spot on with informed advice. A word about the crews that did the actual work. Andrew did demolition, preparation, and reinstallation. His work was neat and completed quickly. Leo installed the new tile shower. He matched up the tile squares so that there was continuity throughout the entire shower. He is an excellent tiler. The three person crew that installed the flooring made sure the base was level and leveled any low spots. They prepared and installed the flooring in a day and a half. To say we are pleased with our experience with Forever Floor & Tile is a definite understatement. They are rated 5 stars in our opinion. We will and do recommend Forever Floor & Tile. They are EXCELLENT.

The guys did a fantastic job installing our new floor. They were very respectful and helpful in moving the furniture, cleaning everything up after the project was completed.Since the weather was questionable, they used half of my garage to cut the flooring. From the moment you enter the store, you have an excellent experience. We had our kitchen back splash and a counter accent wall tiled. Oliver was our installer and his workmanship is EXCELLENT. I had been looking for new flooring for over a year shopping several stores Lowe’s and Home Depot also. Then I just happen to stop in to Forever floors and talked with Ted . He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and the price at first I thought it was a little high but when you compare it to the big box stores and after they measure your carpet or flooring when they add all the other extra things that you need like furniture moving trim thresholds removal of old product etc. the prices come out about the same. The huge difference is attention to detail having someone you could actually talk to who’s going to be there you’re not just put in a system to wait two or three weeks for someone to measure your carpet they take care of it all promptly and make it simple. So if you’re looking for flooring I would highly recommend Forever floors don’t waste your time going shopping around you’re really not going to save any money in the long run but you will have a lot more hassle to deal with. I will definitely be going back to Forever floors when I need additional flooring. It was a Pleasant experience Working with Forever floors

We are very pleased with how the installation of our new wood floors turned out. They look great! The Forever Floor install crew was very professional in how they went about their business and we felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing. We were pleasantly surprised that they completed our master bedroom, walk-in closet and two additional rooms in just one day! They took extra care moving our furniture and coordinated with us to make sure that furniture was put back in its same place. They took all our old carpet and padding away as well as making sure all areas were cleaned up. When they were done, they made sure we inspected their work to make sure we were fully satisfied. We were also very pleased with staff in-store in their knowledge of flooring products and helping us choose which wood to install and their follow-up after the install. Our experience with Robin, Ted and the entire Forever team was positive right from the start. We had been to 4 other flooring companies/dealers before going to Forever. In our minds, Forever blew them away! There was no comparison, starting with the friendly welcome we received from Robin to the impressive knowledge she demonstrated regarding the different flooring products to helping us with choosing the right flooring based on our needs and preferences and ending with Ted coming out to measure and providing us with a purchase and installation price that was significantly better than what we had received from others we had been to. She and Ted made us feel special! And then when the installers came to install our flooring, they couldnt have been more professional and efficient. They had to move furniture and remove carpeting/padding before installing our new flooring and when they were done, everything was spotless and totally organized. For a number of months I had looked for Luxury Vinyl Tile to be installed over ceramic tile. I checked out Big Box Stores and local Merchants to no avail. Ted Bolli and his installation crew at Forever Floor and Tile did a fantastic job taking out our existing engineered wood and rug flooring and installing new tile flooring. It was a relatively big job including Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Foyer and two hall ways. Ted worked to get us a fair price and the completed job looks terrific.Ted helped us pick out the Tile which looks like real wood, down to the texture and grain patterns in the tile. His installation crew was very professional, cleaned up each day, and completed the job on time.I dont consider myself to be easy to please but Ted and his installers exceeded my expectations.

Fast work -Very unexpected when compared to the other NMB companies we checked out. Ted got the ball rolling the night we walked in Sat. and Floor was in place and finished by the following Fri. So less than a week. One place took our order then there was going to be a 6 week wait after, plus $2000.00 plus more money for the same wood and quality. Another NMB flooring didnt even call back after we requested our estimate. Teds original estimate was slightly higher then the actual cost so what a surprise for the additional savings. The moment we stepped into their showroom we knew we were going to have them do it. EVERYONE was EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY way. Ted the owner is so personable and easy to talk too and takes pride in EXCEPTIONAL work that his staff provides. He comes to your house and goes over everything. We instantly knew we would trust him and his staff with the job.Robbie the designer is FANTASTIC as well as Alexis who also helped with the design in fact the first accent tile she showed me I said I didnt have to look any further because we loved it. So between all of them we came up with the perfect look.If you are looking to do bathroom renovations please have trust in them as you will not be disappointed. They havent even been open for 6 months and we had complete trust in them.The two young men who did the job we can not say enough about. I may not have the names correct but the head guy was Daniel and the one who did most of the work was Joshua. Both EXCEPTIONAL. I have never seen a more precise job and in our opinion the job was done to PERFECTION! JUST A BEAUTIFUL JOB!!! We are so glad we had trust in them to do the job right. My wife and I recently upgraded our new home with a kitchen backsplash. Ted and his sales staff (sorry I forget the sales ladys name, but you were wonderful) were very professional and extremely helpful in helping us pick out the best color and design for our backsplash. The installer Oliver did an extraordinary job. We love it! Of all the upgrades weve had done, this one was the very best bang for the buck!
