Colleen and the installers made this ENTIRE process FLAWLESS! We were able to explain what we wanted and Colleen was very knowledgeable about their inventory showing us several choices. Within a day or so, a professional from WFC was there to measure. The following Monday installers came and WOW - they did my whole house in three days. Two men who were complete pros, and so nice, kept in touch on my cell, took care of my antique furniture and finished earlier than expected. I cannot rave enough about these installers! Tried to return an unopened box of vinyl flooring today from last year’s condo renovation project here in Little River. Presented the receipt to a gentleman who said there we bought it on clearance and they don’t carry it anymore. So nothing they can do.The box was worth maybe 40 bucks. Maybe they could have offered a credit to bring us back into the store. But to tell us no, forget it, doesn’t fly in my book.In short, this vendor saved a few dollars and Permanently lost us as a customer. And we talk to our neighbors. Great job fellas.

Walked in and they did not even acknowledge us looked dead at us did not say a word. A white couple came in about 2mins after they were greeted and helped. So we left out and they looked at us and turned they head and said nuthn again .....poor customer service

First the guy that measured our house came in didnt talk or explain anything.when the installers came they told me that the computer played out a plan for six desperate seams I told them it was unacceptable and if I was told that I would have ordered a wider rug. I called the store and was told the owner was on vacation and I had to talkto the manager will.he was loud and obnoxious telling me I was stuck and hung up the ophone on me. My wife called back and he was rude and obnoxious with her and also hung up on her. So I went to the store and explain ed to susan the problem and she took care of it. I now have a rug with no seams.because of the service I got from will I will never purchase there again.

Product is beautiful, the installation was horrible!! Shattered our sliding glass door, replaced with a much cheaper glass than we had! And no discount for the aggravation, inconvenience and additional cost to cool our home!! Dont recommend nor would i use them again for installation!!

We live out of town and worked with Colleen to pick out LVP flooring to replace carpeting in two bedrooms. Our expectations were to have it installed in March on our next trip to the area. Unfortunately, we had to cancel two installation appointments due to the Covid-19 concerns. Will and Colleen both worked with us to reschedule the installation for a May time frame. The three man installation crew arrived at the time frame we expected and made short work moving the furniture out of the two rooms, removing the carpeting and preparing the floor for the installation. Each person on the crew knew their tasks and worked liked clockwork to complete the job. They also were meticulous in keeping the areas cleaned up while they worked, and left the whole living space spotless. We found the prices competitive with other flooring stores in the area, and were floored by terrific experience. We would highly recommend Wholesale Flooring. Thanks to all!

They were scheduled for 2 days but because they worked well together they said they would finish in 1 day. We needed 2 rooms of carpeting and were having a very hard time finding a store that provided good service. After several failed attempts at other businesses we finally went to Wholesale Flooring. From the sales staff to the installation the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and efficient. The installer (Tony) arrived right on time and was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business.

We had spent a lot of time considering floor options for extending hardwood flooring in our home. Stopped in at Wholesale Flooring and very happy we did. Friendly and professional folks who were eager to support our project. Will, our sales person, was right on top of things. The quote we received for flooring and installation was $1500 less than an alternate quote we received for the same exact flooring. Tommy, the owner, came out to measure and the project was scheduled quickly. The install team of Mark, Kat and Amanda did a great job. Well be back for any additional flooring needs.

Both the selling and installation experience was a pleasure. We worked with Greg in picking out our product. He was very patient and helpful, bringing many samples till we found what we were looking for. They came out and measured the work area and agreed to install the new moulding. Not all flooring companies were willing to do that. We had one issue with the installation. Upon ripping up the old flooring, sections of the gypcrete came up. As a result they had to relevel the floor which took an additional day. The installers did a beautiful job. They moved all the furniture and appliances out and back without a scratch. The floor looks wonderful. I would definitely use Wholesale Flooring again.

Be careful when ordering to be sure it is really what you want. We purchased some very common tile from them and needed to return it within 2 months because of a reason that was out of our control. It was edging for a common white subway tile, it was only one box, but it was about $230. They REFUSED to take it back, even for a store credit, despite the fact that the place where they picked it up is local, and it being a very common tile. Their excuses made no sense. Highly recommend you purchase from a company that will work with you and accept a return, most especially when you are willing to use a credit in their store for a future purchase.

This Company was just wonderful to work with when I was looking to replace the 40 yr. old carpet in my Condo with a new floor. They assisted me and the wife with selecting the right flooring and quoted a decent price for the job. They did a terrific job on the install and it looks fantastic. I would recommend them to all my friends for flooring or carpeting.

Very happy with our recent carpet replacement project! Just one room but it was handled with all the attention of a large project. David was great to work with from helping to select the material, arranging for the site visit to measure, following up with a quote and scheduling the installation. Just one small strip of material left over, unlike other friends who have gone to a big box store and had enough left to do another room or large closet. The Wholesale Flooring company responded quickly to our need to have an ocean front condo re-tiled between rentals. They did an excellent job of getting materials quickly even in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. After shopping around at the major home improvement stores, on a recommendation I stopped in to Wholesale flooring. I met with their decorator Robbie Marie. She was just what I needed she came to my home listened to what I was looking for. On one return visit she had picked out the perfect laminate for my home. Their pricing was terrific. within two weeks they had the installer come and they were also terrific, they had a major job of taking up the ceramic tile, then sanding the floor they got it done in record time plus their cleanup crew did a spectacular job.
