Our family stopped by Comics and Collectibles on the last day of our vacation in North Myrtle Beach and I’m so glad that we did! They had an awesome selection of vintage Star Wars, Ghostbusters, NES, Turtles, Masters of the Universe toys and collectibles. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we visit Cherry Grove!

Ive purchased items from HoH on 3 different occasions via FB live auctions and havent had a bad experience yet. All the items were exactly as advertised, fairly priced, and arrived quickly. Each item was packaged securely with plenty of packing peanuts and bubble wrap to keep my purchases safe and prevent any damage. The owners are both fun and great to work with. They even remember and suggest items they know Im interested in adding to my collection. Overall, House Of Heroes is a great dealer of quality comics, collectibles, and fun!

This place is a trip down memory lane. Such a great variety of 80s and 90s toys. Shawn is knowledgeable and very friendly. If you even remotely like retro toys this is your place to stop.

Cool comic shop. Has more toys a and memorabilia then comics (maybe 4 long boxes). Tons of 3rd party comics and keys. Lots of kiss memorabilia.

Really nice small comic book store. We took our kids in and the owner was kind and answered all our questions. We ended up purchasing Pokemon cards, two ninja turtles action figures, and 3 comic books. We will definitely be going back!

What a great little shop. Solid selection of pop culture / comic / sci fi / rock and roll / weird / etc. ephemera spanning decades, including a quality rack of mostly rock records all in good condition and fairly priced. Most of all, the guy who runs the place couldnt be nicer - I was there with my young son and he was so absolutely cool to him and me and we generally just had the best time browsing and chatting. If youre looking for a shop to get a cool gift you cant get elsewhere at a fair price at a shop run by solid, good people, look no further. Well definitely be going back. My son is STILL wearing the Kylo Ren mask we got there! Wish Id gotten your name, but THANKS for making my sons day!

We walked in right at closing and he let us look around as long as we wanted. Friendly and very knowledgeable

The owner was very rude, constantly pressuring us to buy something, even stating a previous experience where he had a customer ask a few questions and then not buy anything, which made him very angry. We did find some cool stuff though.

These guys are THE BEST!!! Great prices, great selection and much much more! We have been coming here every year and it has easily become our favorite comic/collectible shop. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door and were always greeted like were family. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! If youre looking for vintage toys/comics I highly recommend them!!

You are a very nice friendly guy and have a nice collection. One of our main attractions when we come to the beach is your store. However, this year there was a sign closed, which was cool the first time we drove to there . The sign stated you would be open on the next day, we drove my little guy back out and still not open. We drove by and peeked a 3rd time and it seemed to still have sign up.

On vacation and had to stop in. Super nice guys would recommend Id your in the north myrtle beach area!

We visited this store May 20th. Very pleasant experience the owner was very knowledgable and the more stuff I bought the more he worked on a price. Great stuff great small business. The Star Wars collections was awesome I bought a dancing Jar Jar and other things exactly what I was looking for thank you House of heroes for a good time and great conversation.

They were closed. I know it was New Years Eve but it was mid day and there were other businesses open. 12 noon to be exact. Door locked and no one inside.

They sell used disc golf discs! The search is over. If youre looking to try out the new Splinter City course in the Market Commons district or hitting up Socastee you gotta stop here first and pick up some discs! Prices vary averaging between $5 to $13 based on condition and build.

Best vintage toy store in South carolina! They have everything including G.I. Joe, Thundercats, M.A.S.K., Star Wars, TMNT, Masters of the Universe, and tons of obscure vintage toy lines too! They also have a great selection of comic books and magazines. If youre into music they have a great vinyl record collection. This store has something for everyone!

No brand new releases, but plenty of back issues, old and new figures and pops. Support the local comic shops, and stop by even if youre on vacation.

Fantastic vintage toy & comic shop. Six Million Dollar Man, He-Man, GI JOE, Star Wars, etc. If you grew up with it, youll probably find something you had at one time (or always wanted)

Lots of stuff. Very expensive. No dollar bins that I could find. Also store had an odd smell. It was like incense or something.

Nice people with an interesting collection of everything Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Malibu, etc. Will be back!

Skipped beach time on Saturday to come check this place out. Hours posted online, and on the store front state Saturday 12-6. We arrived at 12:20 and waited until 12:45. Store did not open, and there were no messages posted online or on store front as notice of a change in hours. Unacceptable.
