Went into this store to buy a new controller for my ps4 and they didnt have one in stock. They have the boxes on the wall but they are all empty. If you dont have one, why have empty boxes looking like you do. Thats very misleading. You have to order online. You would think they would have SOME in stock for their customers that come into the store. The lady behind the counter was super nice and looked up some online for me so now I have to wait a week to get one. (Other stores were sold out too). Plus, when I ordered online I wanted the white one (had 2 in stock) and put it in my cart and was proceeding to check out and then all of a sudden it said it just sold out...seriously?? It was in my cart!!! So, I had to go with another color. So frustrating!

Great staff, im a frequent browser . I buy here and there. But really just like to take a look at things. They are always friendly and never bother me unless its a hello or do you need help looking for anything!

During pre-ordered of ps5 instead of serving customers that were waiting, the employee was talking away to a customer that had his pre-ordered which screwed everyone That was waiting they talked for a good 2hrs like come on really never again Gamestop.

This store had to have the worst customer service Ive experienced at a GameStop. I went with my teenage son while we were on vacation to see if they had any XBOX One controllers, as we had left ours behind by accident. We walked in and we were the only ones in the store. The associate never acknowledged us. We walked up to the counter and he was squeezing what appeared to be a stress ball and still didnt acknowledge us. Once I got his attention I asked him if they had any of these controllers and his response was a very frank Nope, guess I need to order some. I completely understand being out of stock of something especially during this time, but the employee clearly didnt care at all about the customer or providing any sort of customer experience.

Standard prices, youre not getting any deals here, but youre not getting ripped off either.Store was pretty busy the day I visited, but seems like every employee in the store was contractually obligated to check if I can help you with anything? I know its to prevent shoplifting but still, felt a little uncomfortable.

Made the mistake of calling this locations today 03/21/20. The cashier or Whatever she calls herself “Kimberly D.” Answered my call by saying “Thanks for calling Game stop, what do you want?” My reply was “excuse me” and her reply was “yes, what do you want?” ..... being from the south I had a few words with her before she hung up the phone. I will be contacting upper management on her and the way she speaks to others :)

Sold me pre own game that wouldnt load on PS4. The phone number goes straight automated and will not connect on any of the stores .Says employee with customers at the moment. Beyond furious .

I checked online to see if they had a pre owned game before I got there and it said that they had it, and when I got there they had the dlc and it was 10 more dollars, never going here again.

Been here twice and both times Andrew has been rude and unhelpful. Very snobby too. I rather drive to the other game stop then be in a store where the MANAGER refuses to help people and acts like he is the king of games or something.
