This review is not about the cleaning. This review is about the front office. I called to schedule a cleaning, The attendant made the appointment for 8:30 AM. I told her that 830 was perfect but they had to call me, because I needed to give them the code to get in my house as I wouldn’t be there and wanted to talk to them before they did the job. I waited to go into work, as I cannot take my phone into work, until 850 a day of the appointment. What I came back out to my car at lunch, I checked my email and there was a bill in my email for $700. I immediately called the company And asked to speak to a manager as I knew I needed to discuss the situation. I told the manager that we had made the appointment and I had asked him to call, but I did not get to talk to them that morning so I wanted to know how they could’ve gotten in my house to do the cleaning they just charge me $700 for. She then put me on hold to contact the person who did the cleaning. Evidently he called at 8:51, and since he couldn’t reach me he went to the apartment and another contractor allowed him to come in. She saw absolutely nothing wrong with what had transpired. Never once apologized for the Fact that everything I had requested during my Initial appointment making had not been done. As a matter fact some of the very important work that I wanted them therefore did not get done because I did not get to talk to the vendor before he went to do the job as I had additionally requested. I gave her numerous opportunities to find something faulty with what transpired and she saw nothing wrong with it. I realized that I would probably need to talk to someone about her so nicely said thank you and hung up the phone. Less than five minutes later I got a return phone call asking why I hung up. I explained that since we were done talking I had said thank you and hung up the phone. This woman, who I am not sure if it was the manager I previously been speaking to or the person who work the front desk, yelled at me that I needed to pay my bill. And she was calling to take my payment. I was still at work, had just received the billing for that morning‘s work, and there have been no discussions of the bill when I called earlier. She raised her voice at me and said we did the work you make the payment. I explain to her that I would make the payment but not right this moment, and the manager and I had not discussed the bill so that was not the problem.The billing was not even part of our previous discussion. She yelled at me a few more times to pay the bill, I repeated I just got it 10 minutes ago. Unbelievable.

I truly appreciate the prompt and professional service that was provided by DuctWorks and the Two HVAC Technicians that did the work was OUTSTANDING... I couldnt be more pleased... With the circumstances of a sick love one... You guys went above and beyond while also making the job priority!!! A/C stopped working all together after hours with 3 children in the home and the thermostat registering over 90°. Without hesitation a technician was at the house within the hour. The repair guy did the job okay but was upset because I asked what the total was and he said $531. And I asked for everything, the total job and he said yes. Once the job was done he said the total was over $700. That is not right.

Ductworks hands down is the BEST HVAC Contracting company to work with. We have a rental unit and the AC unit went out while we were on vacation. The first contractor came out and insisted the unit outside was fried and he would have to replace the entire unit in the tune of $4,800. He said he could start right away! I thought that was high and called Ductworks. They treated me like family and went out within hours and told me that they could try to repair it instead of total replacement. Wow, what a concept ! They had us up and running that very same day and only billed me for a very reasonable amount. Quality, prompt service, with honest pricing. What more could you ask !

Needed a condenser replaced and Trevor from Ductworks came out and had it done in no time. He not only spent the time to explain what he was doing but also gave me some tips on how to maintain my system. On top of that the cost was less than he quoted. I cant say enough good things about this company. In the past year I have recommended them to neighbors who needed service or new units quickly and they responded. This past week I called them at 8:30 AM on Tuesday. They were here by 9:30. My neighbors unit was 18 yrs old and had not been serviced in at least 3 years. They explained the problem to her and suggested they could service/do some repairs to it and it may last another year. My neighbor decided she would rather have a new unit. They figured out what unit she needed based on where her condo was located, ordered it and installed it Thursday morning - just in time for this cold weather. For no charge, Trevor did an in-attic evaluation of our duct system following a rodent infestation to determine if any ducts/insulation had been damaged. He also replaced, for a very reasonable amount, three air duct ceiling registers with ones with adjustable vanes to redirect air and eliminated drafts in part of the bedroom. In addition, he provided a lot of valuable information about other aspects of the system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will call on Ductworks again for HVAC service.

Chance would have it that I walked by this business while coming back from lunch. Now I’m thinking, how lucky could I be? I had been pondering for a few days who I was going to get to help me take care of an issue regarding my HVAC. From the time I meandered into the store front, they were at my place in less than 15 minutes, remedied my problem in less than 15 minutes, and were gone. And, went above and beyond regarding another issue I had that I actually did not know I had! Courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and very reasonable rates...an all around super experience!

I really couldnt recommend these guys more. The owner really took the time to explain the advantages of the Trane system over the less expensive models I was also considering. In the end it made too much sense to go with the Trane. They even gave me multiple options to finance. Couldnt be happier. Also, the maintenance contract was a waaay better deal than the competition. Camerons guys are highly trained, certified, and are even better at customer service. I wish I could give them 6 Stars. Highest Recommendation.

Ductworks heating and cooling did an outstanding job on replacing our 20 year old carrier system with a brand new Trane System. They built us a strong platform to set the outside units up 4 feet off the ground and replaced all ductwork, boots, regulators, electrical, Freon lines, returns, and thermostats. A total turn-key installation. Before the install, we had uneven temperature upstairs and downstairs, bad air quality, the units ran constantly, high utility bills, and noisy outside units. Now, it purrs! The system regulates the heating and cooling so evenly throughout our home, the units hardly run at all - energy efficient! The quality of the air is so much better. No more headaches and sneezing. It’s like we have a brand new house that’s 30 years old! Cameron, the owner loaned us a portable a/c unit during the install that worked great. His team was so professional. Everyone was trained and they worked quickly to get the job done, but doubled checked everything to make sure it was correct. After a week, Alex came by and inspected the entire system and it was perfect. Tracy was the lead tech and Trevor came out to assist on a Saturday also. Everyone was so respectful. Kao, Cameron’s son did a great job building new air return boxes and ductwork. The whole crew was great ! Highly recoomend this company !!! Tracy installed a new dryer exhaust system for me which is awesome now. 5 STARS PLUS.
