About a month ago wife and I came into Mazda of Palm Beach to test drive a CX-9, carbon edition. Needless to say, she fell in love with it, however we were unable to purchase it at the time due to us being in the process of buying out our old lease (long story). The manager, Ben, came over, spoke to us, laid it out straight in regards to the monthly payment and purchase price for our car which was more than fair. We placed a deposit on the vehicle, which locked in our numbers, and we kept in contact with Ben, ultimately scheduling to come back today (8/28/2021) to do the deal. Even though our initial contact was a month ago, Ben kept his word in terms of purchase price and what he would pay us for our trade. We came in, met with our salesman, Josh, and got the deal done. There was never any back and forth or bait and switch tactics that are all too common in the biz. Our finance guy, Gary, took care of us and explained all the option upgrades as far as maintenance plans, etc, and got us a good package deal. In total were out the door in under 3 hours which is typically unheard of when buying a car. I would absolutely recommend Mazda of Palm Beach for your next vehicle. Buying an older used car is a wee bit daunting - but I’m super satisfied with my experience with Mazda Palm Beach. I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Civic they had. Nicholaus, the sales rep, was super easy to work with and I didn’t feel pressured in the slightest and was given time to process and ask questions before the purchase.A week into owning the car I went to start it and it wouldn’t turn on. Of course I’m panicking because - well, this is the scary thing of buying older cars right - plus I understood that I bought it “as is”…I called the office in the morning and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have to wait minutes going through prompts to get to someone - you’re connected to someone right away. This nice woman got me an appointment early that same morning to bring it in.Once I arrived I met Gary who was so kind and easy to work with. They gave me a loaner car free of charge with absolutely no hassle. They called later that day and said it needed a new battery and they would take care of it free of charge. When I came back it was a simple swap and I was out the door and my Honda Civic is running great.I really appreciated their efforts and customer service on this. I felt like even though I didn’t buy a new Mazda from them - they valued me as a customer and they valued their own business and ethics. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I love my new 2021 Mazda 6, Carbon edition. I had to wait for this car because was sold out a day before of closing the deal. But salesman Craig and manager Ben step up to get it fast. I had the best AND the worst experience at this dealership and unfortunately I have to rate it according to the latter....I came in with my husband on Friday (6/18/21) just to have a look and everyone we met with was helpful and friendly (big thanks to Cesar) and the staff did their job so well we ended up leaving with a car!!! Overall very happy, with the feeling we did a good deal.Now the bad part: we came in again a few day later (Sunday afternoon 6/20), for a few minor things and to ask about the price protection pledge: we found the exact same car listed on their website for $500 cheaper... After explaining the advertised price (with picture to support) and asking about their best deal guarantee, the sales manager came out of his little office to tell us you should be happy with your deal, get out of my store, and I dont care I have lawyers. We were SHOCKED!!!! At no point we were either rude or pushy with them, just asking about matching the advertised price. I have no word for that ONE rude person, unfortunately it had ruined my whole experience at this dealership. Dont even think Im gonna be back for service.... No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope management takes appropriate actions.EDIT after owners response:None of this was actually explained to us while we were there. Id rather have had a calm conversation instead of being barked at. I am in no way misrepresenting what happened. What about apologizing for this rude behavior instead????

I cannot brag enough about how great Lincoln in the collision department is! I recently purchased my pre-owned BMW at this dealership, and was rear-ended 2 weeks later. The BMW dealership doesnt do collision repairs. Lincoln handled all of the details and delt with the insurance company, he made the process so easy. Was the most interesting of starts but we stuck with our guns and insisted we worked with Mark Korakas in finding us the right CX-5. Mark not only showed us other trims but was able to work a deal for us in these odd times. I had been in the market for a new car (buy or lease) and I hadnt been able to decide on a vehicle make or model. I had questions and concerns about my credit (which was fair but still wasnt sure on certain things) and also had a certain monthly amount that I couldnt go over, so I wasnt the easiest customer that couldve walked through the door. I was referred to Matt Sage in Sales at Mazda of Palm Beach and that first day of going to see him to speak about getting a new car, I had an appointment with him to do so later that afternoon and before 7pm I was leaving in a new 2021 Mazda3, which I love!!! He made me feel comfortable since the very beginning and was easy to speak with about all my financial restraints and concerns and he was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose the just the right car for me! I appreciated his knowledge and experience during the process, as hes been with Mazda for years and really is a great spokesperson for them. I even had my cell phone battery die as I was trying to get my auto insurance set up and he went and got me a charger and offered to help me do it on his computer if any issues with my phone charging. I am a high anxiety person, I tend to worry too much, over think everything and somehow assume nothing is going to work out for me when it comes to bigger things like this and I was greeted and treated with a response of grace and calmness about a process that usually is a more stressful one for anybody, and his demeaner helped me out so much and made this process as smooth as possible. I am thankful to him and to everyone who helped me out that day and since then at Mazda of the Palm Beaches. I am fully satisfied with my car and feel lucky and happy every time I open the door! Most dishonest dealer on the planet. I called about a specific car to confirm they had it in stock. They told me they had the vehicle and I went in to make the purchase. No negotiation as I was willing to pay full price. They told me they would start the paperwork and to come in. When I arrived they said the car didn’t exist. They tried to sell me three other similar cars. I refuse to buy any car from a blatant liar of a dealer. Run don’t walk from this dealer. Go to AutoNation where they don’t play games. These are your stereotypical old school liars.

Ive always bought buy owner, but because of certain circumstances that wasnt an option and leasing was a better way to go. I was extremely nervous, but man I am so happy I did. I also own my own small business close by and have been working a ton. They helped me view cars and making my purchase a breeze on getting everything done in a quick and efficient manor. I went on a Sunday so it was relatively slow. However, the staff were very polite and they even offer coffee and snacks at their complimentary coffee bar. They have an espresso machine that has a ton of flavors to choose from.

I was shopping for a used Ford Ranger on line and found a nice one at Mazda of Palm Beach. I live in the Daytona area and wanted to learn more about the truck but didn’t want to drive two and a half hours to just look at it. I emailed the dealership and got a quick response from one of the salesman, Craig Vitti. He answered all of my questions and even evaluated our trade in a combination of texts, emails, and phone calls. I decided to buy the truck but couldn’t make it to Palm Beach for a few days so he held it for me! When we arrived at the dealership the truck was clean gassed up and ready to go. After a quick test drive the paperwork was quickly prepared and we were back on the road in our new truck in no time. I highly recommend Mazda of Palm Beach and especially Craig Vitti in all of your new or used car needs. I know I will!

I bought a 2012 Mercedes Cl550 from Mazda of Palm Beach last month. Had it delivered to Chicago at night? I had the vehicle inspected at two Mercedes dealerships. The car has almost $9000.00 in repairs needed. I had a talk with Jason Brdar who seemed like he wanted to help. But now Jason doesnt answer his phone. Never buy a car from these people.

Came in today to see if we would get a good deal for our trade in and we did. On top of that we encountered a very helpful and friendly staff. Our sales rep Gio was excellent. He listened to what was most important to us and delivered. The general manager Ben C. was also very helpful. He understood our needs and kept his word when he mentioned he would do everything he can to make it work for us. The finance officer Rodney was also great. Overall, everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place itself has a very elegant and clean feel.

I messaged this dealership to find out about their warranty services and Danielle S responded in the live chat. All they did was pressure me for my number and urge me to call in to the dealership and then promptly dismissed me from asking any other questions. Saying have a wonderful day I took a screenshot so you can see what this person was saying. If they are unwilling to engage with customers through this messaging service then they shouldnt have it at all.

Angel helped me out with purchasing a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport and he was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process, I was impressed with the fact he had worked in service previous for years and that made me feel more comfortable with the purchase process itself. He told me he is somewhat new to the sales force but regardless of experience he was one of the best sales people I’ve dealt with in any industry, not pushy at all great guy and I’d recommend anyone who goes there to ask for him based on the service alone.

I have been a customer of this Mazda location for 6 years now. I have serviced my two Mazdas during this time with them and just leased my second car from them. I have given indications of this dealership to people who ended up buying a car from them. This review is based on my most recent experience.I went to the dealership with my wife and 2-year old son to discuss the return of my previous lease and see their offers for a new lease. And my wife an I had agreed that we would only get a car that day if the offer was really good. They gave us the offer we wanted, which was NO MONEY DOWN and a monthly payment that we thought was good. However, the contract they drafted and gave to us for signing was very different from he one we agreed. They used my lease return as a down payment, even though I said twice that that car was not to be used as a trade in. When I was signing the contract it was late, the dealership had already closed and it was past my sons bedtime. Therefore, I rushed and didnt pay too much attention to what was written (my fault). But there were two things that the salesperson (Joshua) said during our conversations that got stuck in my head. First, when my wife asked about the deals they sent us in the mail. His answer was: Those are just to get you to the dealership. Then, after we had already signed the papers and were getting in the car, my wife asked if a feature that our old car had was also present in the version we were buying. He didnt know about that feature and answered: I dont know anything about these cars. Im just here to make you buy them. So, that day I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about my lease return and how we didnt get anything from it. And that they probably made a mistake because it was late and we forgot to mention it. But upon close inspection of the lease documents, I saw that they used my lease return as a trade in/down payment. So, instead of no money down, I actually payed over $5,000 as a down payment with my return. Something that not only was never discussed with us, but I also said two times that I did not want to do. My wife and I feel cheated. I admit that it was my fault to not have paid attention in the contract I was signing. But given the circumstances (late and past my sons bedtime) and considering how long we have been their customers, I did not expect such dishonesty and disrespect from them. I went to the store and talked to one of the sales managers, but he said that there is nothing they can do. I called and was told that the general sales manager would get back to me. It has been a week and I have not heard back from them. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer do any type of business with them.
