Update: Traded in my pickup 2 months ago. Bank loan on the pickup still hasnt been paid off. Whenever I try and contact the accounting department Im told that the person who handles that is not in or that the check will be mailed out soon. Check still hasnt been mailed out. Very unprofessional. Dealing with them has turned into a headache.Traded in my GMC Sierra for a 370z. Kareem helped me out. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great experience.

Hello I have been trying to get in contact with anybody at this location.I have tried all the extensions listed.Yet nobody has answer the phone nor has returned any of the phone messages that I have left for the past 2 weeks.

The staff here was fantastic. Chris my sales rep was great. He knew my situation and didn’t give up until he was able to get me in a car that suited my needs. There were no tricks or blurred lines. Great experience

I got a call stating from Lourdes that I was approved for a loan on a car. She gave me the sales pitch and stated that even if they don’t have the car that I want on the lot they can always get it for me. I told her how much I had to put down and what kind of vehicle I was looking for and she assured me not to worry and that she would “work with what I have”. I ask her how much I was approved for and she said that I was approved for $27,000. Great, so I drive an hour and a half to get there, then she doesn’t even come out.. at that point, I knew something was wrong. She had a very nice gentleman come out and tell me that they can get me in a car with a co-singer and that I was in fact NOT approved for a $27,000 loan. I walked out VERY upset at the fact that I was scammed. I wasted my time and my gas driving all the way there because she sat there and lied to me on the phone. I understood my credit isn’t the best and I needed a co-signer (and I could’ve done that’s but at this point it was the moral of it) but if that was told to me on the phone, I would’ve gone somewhere closer and not driven an hour and a half because of false hope. The nice gentleman felt so bad and apologized on her behalf for her informing me wrong and he stated he “didn’t know what she was looking at.” He then said he was going to inform a manager but no manager has called me. I’m not one to sit and write negative reviews but I don’t want anyone else to waste time and get scammed like me. Lourdes is a liar and a scam artist and a coward as well considering she couldn’t even come out when I got there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

This time I went back, they knew what I wanted, my credit is a lot better now and they offered me a 4 year old vehicle with WORSE terms and higher payments than before. Every time I am forced to bring my car for warranty repairs they never fix whats actually broken, damage my vehicle and use my car for illegal and illicit drug activities!This was going on under old ownership and CONTINUES to this day under new ownershipIf you like Mitsubishi go to ANY OTHER DEALER!!!!!!

I honestly don’t have the most perfect credit. I filled out some forms on the website and was called shorty after that I was pre-approved for a loan. Honestly I thought this was just to get me into the dealership to later find out there is nothing they can do for me...I WAS WRONG! We went in told them what we wanted to pay and we got just that! Didn’t take long at all. We got there around 10:15am and were don’t before 1pm! Raul was great! Super friendly and attentive! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car...

I bought a vehicle here and in the beginning they were attentive. The first car salesman acted like it was no big deal and didnt really showed me like he cared about my needs he looked middle eastern/ Indian, I didnt care to remember his name because he wasnt really attentive or make any memorable impression. The second person that showed me different options, is the one that earned my business, his name was Warren. Afterwards when I tried to get a copy of my bill of sale for insurance purposes it was nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I finally had a return phone call and whomever I spoke to said they would send me a copy of my bill of sale, but failed to follow through. I called repeatedly for days until I finally had enough and physically came in. When they see your pre approved for a loan they hound you, and when the deal is sealed thats it. However after the sale Warren did keep in touch, but I changed my phone number, because of Warren he is preventing me from leaving a one star review. Other than that no one answers the phone when you call, or is your call returned in a prompt manner. I pressed every key to get any department and no one picks up. Im surprised they are still in business,

I have a customer that bought 2015 infiniti from here and within days had issues. It needs an engine. They can not get ahold of anyone to give service records so Infiniti can honor their warranty. It seems you may have picked the wrong person to screw because I am helping them now and I have already found much info on where the owners went. You can screw people and hide but sometimes you screw the wrong person and you have done just that!

Just purchased my vehicle 2 days ago but so far nice experience. Dealership was recommended to me by dear friend who is in the auto repair business. He was very happy with his purchase here and for that reason, I ventured in. Earlier that day had been to another dealership down the road recommended by a family member. They had minimal inventory and did not seem interested in helping me with a purchase. Lake Park Mitsubishi (Andrew M.) was very helpful, and went above and beyond to point out numerous vehicles and listened to exactly what I wanted in a car. Finance department was helpful with finding me a loan which worked within my budget. Manager (Mark) went out of his way to be sure everything had been taken care of and even inspected the car before I left. This was a no pressure buying experience and I will definitely recommend the dealership to friends.

This is the worst dealer ever. I traded in my car for a new one and they STILL haven’t payed it off. This is making my credit plummet. Customer service is horrible and no one is returning my call or trying to resolve my issue. I even went there and they said they would take care of it and they never did. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.

Very disappointed with this dealership I purchased a car from Mitsubishi August 15th and instantly had issues with being told one thing and another happening few days later the problem was resolved but more things kept happening (there fault).... I traded in my old car and was waiting for the payoff to be sent out as I am trying to purchase a house so my credit is pertinent right now weeks had gone by and I could see on my credit as it dropped the pay off wasn’t sent out yet and I started receiving calls and letters .... now 3 months later THREE MONTHS my pay off has still not been sent out in receiving even more letters stating I’m overdue and late on payments I keep getting phone calls and my credit is continuously decreasing ... wow that’s what you get when you trade in a vehicle at Mitsubishi ... oh ya and you get lied straight to the face .... I did go in and call about this issues a few times and when I went in I was told to my face it would be sent out the next day that was a few weeks ago... terrible terrible customer service will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and the problem is still unresolved

This is the second time I have bought from North Palm Mitsubishi. Highly highly recommended. They dont play the games most dealers play they are straight up and will tell you what they can do. Amazing owner and team. Always a pleasure to work with NO PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT NO HEADACHES!! In 2016 I had a 2009 dodge caravan was upside down in it. They got me out of it and into a new 2016 outlander with 3 miles on it. For $50 more than what I was paying on the van. Also it was not on the back of the loan like all the other dealers around wanted to do. This Wed my husband came home our 2003 dodge had water leaking into the engine. We didnt Hesitate we went to North Palm Mitsubishi. They got us in a 2017 Dodge Ram with no trade there was nohaggling no fussing just an AWESOME experience.

Honestly this dealer is so bad they need negative stars. I purchased a 2017 used F150 from them. I was provided a clean vehicle history report on the truck, and verbally told the car had no accidents. The Truck was lifted and had aftermarket lights on it from Deez Trucks (another extremely disreputable business) I spoke with the sales person; test drove it, and spoke with the mechanics from Deez Trucks. Everything appeared in order; there were no obvious defects with the vehicle so I purchased it the next day. Not long after purchasing it I found the front axle was damaged and the front differential was leaking. I took it to ford ant they said it was because of the lift. Than I noticed paint peeling from inside one of the door jams. I ran another vehicle history report and found the vehicle had been in a major accident. Additionally the front brakes began grinding badly. Turns out the brake pads had also been installed incorrectly. I went back to the dealer and was told they would “look at it”. I did not wish for them to work on the car, as it is clear their technicians are incompetent at this point. I spoke with the manager and was advised that they would not be doing anything to rectify this. They even ignored the letters from my attorney on this subject. Now they claim that they didn’t know about the cars history, however they purchased the car wrecked and rebuilt it. Attached is a photo of what the truck looked like when North Palm Mitsubishi (G and L Cars) bought it. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER.

This place is horrible. The people are unprofessional. They tried to make my car payments higher by lying to me, saying it was because of my tag then he changed it around and gave another excuse. First he was being nice but after when we rejected the car he was rude and wouldn’t even look at us in the face. He was wearing slides and basketball shorts inside a dealer. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend this place to anybody... I initially went in to refinance the vehicle I owned and ended up getting out of a bad situation and into a newer used car with a lot less miles and much lower interest. The service provided to me was great, not only during the experience, but also after the fact as well. I noticed a rattling noise a little while after I bought the car, they took it into the shop and repaired it, no questioned asked. Chris and Ben are great, as well as the snack guy Steve. When the time comes to make anther purchase, I know who Ill be going to first!!

Gabriel Rodas worked with us, found a car that fit all of our needs, and fit our budget! Weve had it for a couple months now, and it has been great! We traded a Nissan Altima and got a Nissan Rogue. Now our Altima lender is calling us telling us of late payment when North Palm Mitsubishi is supposed to have bought the car out. They already sold our Altima so what’s the deal. Now no one wants to give us a call back to explain what’s going on.

Nice to see my extremely disappointing review removed for the pack of lies. Lied to again as i totaled my 3 month old eclipse, rear ended, they say it my fault? The courts will decide and Lyft like this dealer ship dropped me and sold a dangerous Outlander main computer faulty. But upon my trans union credit report R&B auto finance was paid $40,000 for my totaled eclipsed. Then has employee lie as owner as what was i talking about. Credit reports lie. Not a dime from gap insurance. I was told Fran took care of it. At the vey least my part $5400 from gap. $40,000. Attorney General will love this. Buyers beware liers like a worn suruk rug.

If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would. This dealship trampled on my credit by not paying off my trade in car. Purchased a car from them in September and in November my trade in was still not paid. Do not buy from this shady business, you will regret it 100%. As a note my entire family purchased cars from them in September and not one of the 5 trade in vehicles were paid off in a timely manner.

This dealership is very dishonest. The Management is horrible as well. Guy and Nick are, in my opinion, SHADY! They sold my girlfriend a vehicle with frame damage, then lied about it. The lender called to verify that my girlfriend had knowledge of this frame damage, which she did not. They told her she needed to return to the dealership to sign the wavier regarding the frame damage before they would fund the loan with the dealership. My girlfriend did not sign any forms, and told the dealership she no longer wanted the car. A day or two later the form was somehow signed by someone who was not my girlfriend. THAT IS FRAUD. THAT IS A CRIME. Do not do business with this dealership. CROOKS!!!!!!!! She has filed a police report, so stay tuned!!!!

Ok. I was told by a sales person i needed to get a new car to use rebate as a down. I was ok with this. But then he said my incone was great i just needed a cosigner for credit. Not income. He them txted me rudely that i needed almost 5000 down. And a cosigner. Not mentioning my dad? Then he txt me if i did why would i not tell you. So it was neg equity. But my income was good. Went from i just needed better credit to now equity.And not to mention they sold me a lemon car 2 years ago i was told there was a warenty and there was none. Never will i give them another chance. Sales people are crooks and rude.

Purchased a Lexus a month ago, I am out of state, the car arrive but not tittle, been trying to get a hold of the dealer, but not answer, called at different times, but nothing. Pretty scary, I just reported to the BBB, my next step will be filling a complain to the Department of Law and to the Used Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. I need my Tittle.

Sold my information to telemarketing companies. I test drove 1 car at the dealership did not buy it or any vehicle from them. I get non-stop calls from telemarketers and letters in the mail offering me extended warrantys for the car I test drove.

We brought the car in because it was shaking in the back- they said the front roters needed to be shaved down and that would solve the problem. That did NOT solve the problem- the car is only two years old and the brakes are fine! The problem was the back tires needed to be balanced. We called the dealership- they will not do anything about their mistake and mis-diagnosis. We will never go back there and I will tell everyone I can not to use that dealership.

When my husband and I drove into the parking lot, we went to start looking for a certain suv. A lady came up, very friendly and introduced herself, Maria is her name. Long story short, she was a great help. The car, we thought, we wanted really wasnt for us. She found us the perfect suv. She and the other sales people in the office were awesome! We live in Missouri and my husband found a vehicle online at this dealership. After hassles with paperwork, such as them telling me I could not be on the title because there was a lien, which there was not, we paid with a cashiers check from our credit union. This should have been our 1st red flag! My husband flew to Florida to pick up the vehicle. He was told that out of state sales had a different location for inspections, our sticker would be mailed to us in approximately 2 weeks. Driving it back the transmission went out, we had it towed home. After numerous unanswered calls and over a month STILL waiting on the Title, oh and no inspection sticker, I will be hiring an attorney. My personal opinion, do not purchase from this dealership.

Sit there for 4:30 horas,waking out with a 300.00$ bill and the car problem unsolved. I not recommended this place!.WATCH OUT FOR A RIP OFF. Also some guy name Cristofer call me pretending be some Mitsubishi CEO interested to help me with the complied when he really works at the dealer. What a shame!.

Great people... Pristene, Mifflin, Dean, Sevon, and mechanic Mike were all amazing. Been putting off buying a new truck for a while because I didnt think I would get financing do to a not so great credit score. I was wrong. They were able to get me a loan the same day.It is a high interest rate, but is reasonable for my current situation. Now I can rebuild my credit score and get a better rate in the future.I bought a used truck and noticed a few issues during the test drive and initial inspection that needed to be repaired. Sales team sent me to mechanic Mike who is an awesome Dude and fixed the problems. Didnt expect such a great experience. Honestly, I feel like I made some new friends. Thanks Guys. Great place to buy a car.

Very odd, I spoke with someone via email, he gave me a specific price on a vehicle. (written proof) When I came in they were trying to sell me the same car for 2k more than the discussed price. When I told them I wasnt going to buy it for more than the agreed price, they looked at me like Ihad three heads. WHY WOULD I SELL YOU MY CAR FOR TWO THOUSAND LESS THAN THE STICKER PRICE. When I got up to leave, they told me theyd work something out for me meaning call my bank and get me approved for more, so they could sell me the car at the price THEY WANTED. I was already bank backed at financed for well over the sticker price. Very strange. I hope to never have to go back there again.

Where to start, There are many great employees here, The main ones Id refer would be GABE, GUY, and JOSIE !! These men have worked with us non stop, and got us into a suitable vehicle (Which I love so much!) for our family! This place is like family to us!! so everyone should go to Lake Park Mitsubishi and buy a car!!!!!

They tried to sell me a car with a clutch completely blown. I had them replace it with what I thought was a NEW clutch. Turns out they put in a USED clutch and now, 12,000 miles later my clutch is done. I called them to get this resolved and they told me that it wasnt there problem and acting like I didnt know what I was talking about. Completely dishonest. I would NEVER recommend someone to this awful dealership. Im not paying hundreds of dollars to fix a clutch that was supposed to be brand new. They have no problem screwing over their customers as long as they get their money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

Beware of this dealership, very dishonest! I was in the process of buying a used 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and gave them a deposit as I was told by the dealer the car was in good condition, and there were absolutely no issues with the car. I was also promised the missing trim and sagging liner would be fixed. I scheduled an onsite mechanic inspection the day before the car was to be picked up. The inspection showed significant electrical issues.The navigation/radio system would not turn on. There was a very significant oil leak from the engine which made the car smell like burnt oil.The computer showed several error codes and part of the memory was erased. There was rust and significant rust stains in the carpet due to water coming into the vehicle. The trim/liner were not fixed. I was told I would receive a refund but it has been over 2 weeks and the refund has not been made. I have sent them over 7 messages, no reply.

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to, they bait you over phone, make you waste time coming in, then have a con artist try and pawn a random car on you that was never discussed prior. Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

Worst car buying experience ive ever had in my life. DO NOT buy here. I was lied to about several different things. One major being that my financing loan REQUIRED a $2,500 service warranty. The warranty is also USELESS. Theyll do and say anything to get a sale. Its hard to find honest & professional sales people but you definitely wont find that here. Also- in the first year had to replace all brakes/tires and clutch. Good luck Lol
