The rep here Jr. has unmatchable customer service skills. I spoke to him over the phone and he patiently broke everything down to me to perfection. I don’t stay close to this store but it’s worth the travel.I came into the store today and noticed his tone and recognized it was the guy I spoke to weeks ago. I normally don’t write reviews but it was a must.People feel good spending there money with good people/ great service.

I was having some connection issues and service problems with my phone today.. so I headed over to my local T-Mobile store on US1 in North Palm Beach.. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers Sean N. who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very kind and patient,he answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the most important person in the store.. he also checked the outages in my local area to confirm what the problem was and when I got home I was having some connection issues with my Wi-Fi and I called back the store and Sean graciously helped me over the phone solve my problem and get reconnected to my Wi-Fi.. I cannot say enough nice things about this guy.. if you ever go to the T mobile store in North Palm Beach.. I highly recommend that you speak with Sean .

Absolutely loved this Branch Miguel and Andrew were great even the technical team that works in the back Customer Service was top notch. Other stores should replicate their customer service not once did any of them say we dont do that here. Been to 5 different stores from Clewiston to North Palm Beach by far my Favorite one!!

Dont call the 800 number if you are having several issues with your mobile home and mobile devices!! Go to the directly they took care of our problem in under an hour. Excellent customer service. And I will neverever call the 800 number again because every time I did which was I have spoken to well over 10 different people just in the last two weeks at T-Mobile. One night I spent 6 hours dealing with an issue but Ive been having over and over again and the supervisor that I spoke with had promised me that I was put at the top of a list to get the whole home 5K Wi-Fi cylinder device. Well that never happened found out last night that I still had to order the device or be put on the left and also the device wouldnt be available until the September 25th 2020 earliest and the latest being October 15th 2020 todays date is the 28th of August. But we went to the store T-Mobile store today and lo and behold what has device shipped to us by the by the 7th September. Now thats me just does not make any sense. But definitely go to the store awesome people to help you out the best they can, and knowledgeable.

My partner and I went into T-Mobile to switch her cell phone # from AT&T over to my Sprint account. Andrew displayed exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining the process. He also provided an update to my bill and gave us a tour of the new iPhones. He was very patient and he did not pressure us into buying anything extra, which is pretty awesome! The color of the phone my partner wanted was not available. Andrew conducted a search and found the phone located at another store. We were planning to go get the phone, but Sean politely asked us to wait while he retrieves the phone from the other store. While waiting for AT&T to transfer the phone # and Sean to return with the new phone, Andrew and Randy continued to ensure that we were ok with the wait and asked if we needed water or anything else to make us more comfortable. I have been with Sprint since 1999 and I must say that this was the most pleasant visit in a cell phone store Ive ever had. Thank you all so much for the wonderful visit and customer service. We really appreciate it.

Id ask for him if you are looking to upgrade or start new service. He knows all about what the company is offering. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great prices, awesome customer service. They were so helpful. Buying electronics can be expensive and taking your time to test them and ask questions is extremely important to choose what suits your needs and budget. They were patient with me and offered great recommendation when I got overwhelmed. Love it!

I spoke to a lady from this store named Danielle and she was honestly rudest person I have ever spoken to in customer service. As someone in customer service myself I was terribly disturbed by her attitude. If you need help with your apple products, do not go to this store because she claims she is apple certified. Frankly, I do not believe she knew what she was talking about. I am extremely disappointed with my experience from today.

Horrible service EVERY TIME we come in here! My family members complain about this service too! I wish there was another close store I could visit! It begins with the condescension of the “decipher” at the door who really needs customer kindness training. Just off the bat, can’t get in the door good without cutting into assimilated. When a statement is implied but not clearly stated he needs to have a CLUE and utilize class and drawing inference skills for clarity! if he has any! It’s as though you need them and you are annoying if you come for any other reason than to spend money on a new phone!

Be careful when you go to this store. Every time I have replaced a broken phone at this store over the last 10 years, they have changed my plan without my consent. The latest transgression just recently occurred, and I received a bill a few weeks after a phone replacement that was almost $100 higher than my plan was before I went into this store. I went in to just turn on a new phone replaced by my insurance. The process was fairly fast, but I feel I was taken advantage of. I had to spend over two hours last night on the phone with sprint last night to fix what they changed/messed up. Watch your back at this store.

I had a great experience at this location. Nate was great at assisting me with my needs. He didn’t miss a beat. He helped about 5 difference customers at the same time. He was very professional and pleasant. He didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with me because I can be a bit much at times. My overall experience was an A+. The entire staff was professional and pleasant but Nate definitely went over and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family! I will follow Nate to whatever store!

Even though I have two other Sprint stores closer to me, I prefer to drive to this store. Every time I visit this store it is packed but they way the employees are organized and how they manage their customers its never a long wait compared to others stores. Even if one day it is their service is awesome so its worth it.This last time I went to upgrade both of my daughters phones to LG. I was greeted and helped by Frank T. he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He totally exceeded expectations, Thank you!!

Far and beyond the worst customer service I have experienced. Sales man was very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I was trying to make a simple payment and I was told to just call customer service and that they couldn’t do it there although when I was there a week ago I was told u could do just that. This sprint store cussed me out because i though this was my moms phone number and a lady picked up who sounded like her and she cussed me out and said dont call again and hung up. My mother and I went into this store last Saturday. We had a fairly simple request to switch my mother to my Friends and Framily Plan. Wendell not only took care of this in a short period of time, but he was able to give us advice on how to make both of our accounts even better. He was able to find us savings we were not aware of! BUYER BEWARE! I have been with Sprint for years as they are cheap BUT you can NOT trust the people in this store. Every time we go in for any reason we leave with all the phones on the account having equipement protection plans miraculously added. The last fiasco was we went in to BUY a used Iphone for one of my kids. As in heres some money, give me a phone, thanks By! We were told we could not do that. We would need to sign up for a lease and then call and cancel that and pay it off. NOPE! After a half dozen phone calls with all the excuses in the world I ended paying twice as much as what they advertised this phone for on their web site.

On Thursday, December 22 we waited from 1:20 until 2:20 pm and along with about 12 other customers waiting and waiting; we walked out of the store. This is not the first time or second or third bad experience. We ended up at Radio Shack in Jupiter, FL and they were excellent and less price than the Sprint Store. Get fed up-- find a new supplier.

I have been there twice and always a mixed bag. This is a corporate store, but you can never rely on what you are being told. They will say one thing with Sprint online, and something completely different when you get to the store which has been a major inconvenience for me in the past.I recommend you call the store and verify what you have been told by Sprint online if there is any uncertainty. Could save you a trip!

I walked into Sprint today ready to buy a new phone for my son. We waited patiently as Javhon the sales manager helped another customer. When we were finally attended he showed us the phone I bought it and he told us to have a seat as he charged it and activated it. After about 10 minuets he gave us the phone back. All set he said, but he didnt finish his job and didnt fully activate the phone there was a data block on it little did we know. So we had to drive all the way back to sprint from home to get it fixed. Once we got there we waited 20 minuets to be served! He was talking to this women about switching to sprint. So I was fed up with this gentleman as he walked out with the woman to her car! I ended up just returning the phone and being done with it. Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years now and they lost me within 5 minuets.

After having such a bad experience in the Port St Lucie store I came to the North Palm Beach Sprint store and had a wonderful dialogue with Jose Mendez and his associate. I wish I had come to the store first I would probably still be a Sprint Customer. Do not go to Port St Lucie they are terrible theyre rude theyre absolutely one step away from being vicious.

Had an issue with my Account, initially worked with the Manager Tyger and he helped get it setup. Only ordered my phone from the phone. Well they caused my account to be fraud blocked. After much grief I went back to the store and Andrew took care of my account, got my new phone and set it all up. I live in Boynton and work in West Palm. Believe me its worth the trip.

I have always received 5 Star service at this store. I actually dealt with that same gentlemen Andrew and the repair guy Tay, they took great care of me and my broken phone. It was replaced at no charge to me due to my protection plan that was recommended to me. I actually showed the guy your review and he told me that there is no way anyone who asks to speak to a manager wouldnt be allowed to do so. Please get your facts straight before you go internet commando on these people. Also please remove your photo it almost broke my new phone screen! Go see those guys at the North Palm US1 store they will take great care of you!

Little sense of urgency to solve my problem. Even though I am a long time customer, it was as if my problem was not theirs and I spent 2 hours on the phone with the Philippines. The worst customer service. The employees are standing around talking sports (last week they only wanted to talk about what kind of food they wanted) and not trying to help any customers (3 male employees). This is my 3rd time in this location in a year and my last(in the last year is when the service fell). The 2 female empoyees woderful. I am probably switching to verizon after this experience.

Worst Sprint store ever !!!! I watched and heard Eric their sales associate take over an hour with one customer to activate a phone and sell one case. It took this long because he spent most of the time flirting while people stood there waiting. When asked how much longer it would be he laughed an winked at her while offering his phone. Im just giving good customer service. After an hour and fifteen minutes, he announced to customers that were waiting well you can wait or leave while still laughing and flirting. When we were leaving he was laughing.So, I left with my 82 year old aunt to go to the Sprint store in North Village Square on 45th street. Where Christian H. sold a new phone and activated it in fifteen minutes. Then helped to walk my 82 year old aunt out the door. On 45th street they know what customer service really is.

I have been a customer since 2007I received a galaxy S7 on 9/28 and spent the next 4 days trying to swap it out for a different model.I have decided to leave sprint due to the many difficultiesSupport and many services have left the US and are in Mexico now.I can no longer in good conscious keep them as a carrier and keep giving them my money.Support in every aspect is horrificthe Samsung phone are so bloated and locked down I will not buy them again.All the while corporate execs are raking in hundreds of millionsI have had enough....

I understand that the iphone 5s is backordered but to take preorders and not have the common courtesy to update your customers everyday is not customer service. Very rude and unprofessional, got a phone call about a free upgrade, went in and told there was a $30 transfer fee, whole time trying to sell me on unwanted products, made clear from the start I just wanted the upgrade, last minute they informed me that there was an additional $100 upcharge, so my so called free upgrade became $130 upgrade, I walked out then.
