Avoid these stores at all costs. My girlfriend and I went to get the LG V60 here as they were advertising $400 off for two phones with upgrades. We were told that the discount would reflect after a billing cycle or two. We waited a month or so with no reflection so we we called the store. After weeks of back and forth communication, apparently the employee neglected to tell us that we needed to have an unlimited data plan when upgrading to get this deal. It was finally escalated to Verizon themselves and they are refusing to honor the promotions now. We basically got screwed over because it wasnt clearly explained including fine details on how the promotion worked. Kind of feels like a car sales lot. In the future we will be going to Best Buy or an actual Verizon store.

My experience with Verizon was outstanding. The sales representative Jeff Fingar was exceptional. Jeff was very warming, pleasant, informative, and patient. Jeff was very concerned about satisfying all of my needs. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that I was confident and pleased with all of my cellular service needs. We need more Jeff’s in the world today. Thanks Verizon and Thank You Jeff! I am truly happy to be a Verizon Customer.

We had great service from Jay. He explained every avilable option for us and got us the best deal we could get. We did not feel rush nor did we have to wait in line, like at mall store. This is the second time in 3 years we have visited this store. We have recommended it to friends, and they agree the service is outstanding.

Last week I visited the cellular sales store in North Palm Beach.. my husband and I had to purchase new phones. Its hard enough to have to do this during a pandemic..we were lucky enough to have two wonderful Verizon sales associates Megan and Danny..I cant begin to tell you how reassuring it was to have two caring people help us.. I would highly recommend Cellular sales in North Palm Beach. As Verizon customers for over 20 years... Danny and Megan are a huge asset to Verizon corporation.... Thank you again for all your help...

Dont use this place ever, unless you want to be charged for products and services that you didnt ask for and werent told about. I got a new phone at this location and was charged a setup fee without them telling me there was one. They also signed me up for a phone line for my watch without telling me. It is an independent retailer, not a corporate location, Dont use this store!

I went here a few weeks ago because it was the only Verizon store open due to COVID-19 and my phone was broken. It is NOT a Verizon corporate store, so if you can, avoid it at all costs. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After choosing the phone that I wanted though, he asked if I would like him to help me set it up. Of course I said yes. I paid for what he described as taxes and fees that were a normal part of the transaction, but upon review of my next months phone bill with Verizon I saw that I was being charged their standard $40 reactivation fee when you add a new device to the line. Because I thought I paid this in the store, I chatted with a Verizon representative online. He told me that the fee charged in the store was a $35 Device Set Up fee which is charged when the employee helps set up your device. I was NOT informed about this charge, and while I appreciate the employees assistance, Im sure I could have figured out how to set up the device on my own and would have like the opportunity to make an informed choice about how my money was spent. Especially during these difficult times when many people are struggling with income, you would think that the business practices would reflect a policy of transparency and honesty with their customers. I would not recommend going to this store if a corporate Verizon store is available nearby.

I am very grateful that I came in and I have spoken to Sean. A lot of problems that had not been resolved through a phone conversation were corrected by him. All the systems I wanted in place were implemented and he also helped me find out what area code is needed and what needs to be done to call internationally while on vacation to be connected properly. Now I dont have to worry while Im on vacation. My experience was seamless and my time was well spent. Im very grateful for his patience and expertise. I came in with a few questions on my I phone 7 and ended up leaving with a 10R phone. I was very impressed with Clarks manner in how he helped me with my questions. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I questioned him with regard to my options for upgrading and changing phones. He was not pushy and I didnt feel pressured to upgrade. I left with a new phone and will continue to be a customer at this store!

As such, I require the highest level of service and I feel that I received nothing less than that under Reids care! I would recommend anyone with Verizon and especially those without to head over and speak with Reid. It was a pleasure doing business at this location. I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with my experience... That is not something I am able to admit very often!Reid did it again! Came to this location for my new phone and left very satisfied. I normally expect to spend at least 2 hours whenever I visit a Verizon store but Jason was as quick and knowledgable as any. Him and his brother Anthony actually made the experience enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My husband and I needed assistance trying to set up a new email in order to not share messages on our cell phones. There were no other customers during the half hour we spent talking with a young man representative who was flippant, disconnected and offered little assistance. Instead, he spent most of his time rolling his eyes and showing a disrespecting attitude when my husband had difficulty understanding his brief and spotty directions. Then we were promptly dismissed when he said, “ I’ve spent enough time. I’ll have to now charge you $35.00 if you want to continue since I’ve spent enough time with you.” As a result, we left thinking how his display of insulting and totally inappropriate behavior should be addressed by management. It was an unnecessary and poor experience indeed!

Went to this store to have my SIM tray opened and to buy ear buds. Had a great experience and decided to upgrade my phone and my dad and aunt also got upgrades and new tablets. The young lady that helped me was super knowledgeable andwilldefinitely seek her to do business again. I had an awful experience, everything the reps said I would get as a promotion for switching to Verizon was a lie. I was promised a $200 gift card and half off the new phone but after many conversations with the Verizon and Cellular Sales customer service it looks like I am not getting any gift cards/rebates. It had been discussed in length that I would get back $200 to pay off the phone with Sprint. I was also told I would be receiving a $50 rebate as a promotion for buying the S8, that also wasnt true. So now I am out a couple hundred dollars that I was counting to pay off Sprint with and the customer service associates I have spoken with havent attempted to do anything to help or correct the situation. I really regret leaving Sprint, who I thought had awful customer service but Verizon has shown themselves to be worse so far. Extremely frustrated and upset.

Go to a real Verizon store, not this place. Everything takes forever! Nice guys that work in here, but just make sure you have hours of spare time before stopping in. My wifes phone number was ported over from Sprint, and the phone that she bought didnt even work when we left. We were told it would take about a day for it to work. At this point we were waiting in the store for an hour before being helped and we just wanted out get out of there. Calling 800 numbers to get your brand new phone to work is annoying. Not a positive experience.

Service is great but understaffed. Waited 30 minutes just to buy a phone battery. Expected to at least have a kiosk to check in and make product selections. Not the place to go to buy accessories. The wait time is rediculous unless you need sercice, then they take their time with you.
