I felt very comfortable leaving my beloved and older piece of jewelry for a repair. They did a great job and it looks good as new. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family!

Just picked up my rings and they look like the day I first got them!! Can’t say enough good things about Eloquence Jewelers. I called eloquence jewelry today all worried because I have been so sick with vertigo and I hadn’t been able to get my mothers wedding rings fixed earlier in the week also keeping in mind it was Mother’s Day weekend. My trueGood friend Charlona took my moms rings to where I had called earlier today I spoke with Angie and Janine and after explaining to them that my mom is in a nursing home with beginners dementia and Saturday was my parents anniversary however Mother’s Day will be 3 yrs since my dad passed. After explaining everything they spoke with the owners said they would have it done by Friday. So I can give it to my mom Saturday my parent’s anniversary. They have no idea what this will mean to my mom and also got a silver chain to go with pendant I had already. They all are truly compassionate and professional. Thanks so much for making my moms day.

Eloquence is my go to jeweler. Everyone there is wonderful, polite and customer-oriented. Additionally, their repair services are great. They have done repairs that others said could not be done. I also like the fact they are not chain or a mall giant.I always feel confident in the quality of their fabulous offerings.

Just called and asked if they had a moment to answer a couple of questions. To my surprise she said, no we dont, we are really busy. Thought she was kidding and wait for her to choose a different response. There was silence followed by can you call back on Tuesday (I was calling in a Friday) . What ever happened to putting someone on hold or jotting down their number and offering to call back? Will not be bringing my business there.
