I havent had the experience others have had, as Ive never experienced anything other than quick, friendly service. I live right down the street and have been to this location over 10 times and not had a single problem or complaint. Customer service employees are always friendly, nice and helpful. Maybe theyve read the reviews and are trying to change their image and reputation. Either way, Ill keep using them.

In my opinion, just about the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.After waiting my turn, the clerk was unwilling to wait 30 seconds while I opened an email for the information and helped the person behind me. While I was waiting, the clerk and the next customer openly mocked the customer who was in front of me who was had a hard time... while that customer was still in the store!I left without my issue resolved and my packages unshipped. USPS or UPS will be my first choice from now on.

Manager or whoever was working here at 530pm seems like it was to much to ask to hand a FedEx package to the driver who was right there at the site picking up the packages. Rude and just a typical employee who can care less if a customer is happy or not.

Looking at the majority of the other reviews, it appears that my experience was vastly different than others here.I happen to have visited in the evening within the last hour before closing. The store was empty save for me and two employees - one who was on the phone obviously dealing with a customer who had a delayed package and the other who was sorting some packing materials in a small back room.I was quickly and cheerfully greeted by the young gentleman who was working with the packing materials, and asked to wait a moment. A minute later he finished his task and asked about my business. I told him that I was there to pick up a re-routed package for pickup and he immediately found my parcel, confirmed my ID, passed me my package and sent me on my way. In total, I was there less than 5 minutes.And who doesnt mind quick and painless?

The company I work for had to overnight a proposal to TX. I called the store several times with questions, and they were helpful each time. We had to have several hundred pages printed, and they were able to expedite the process. When my boss went to pick everything up and prepare the order for shipping, Geo made sure she was taken care of. We appreciate his excellent customer service.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Do not trust the personnel at this location to service your shipping needs! I have generally had good experiences with FEDEX shipping, but this store needs to be avoided at all costs. They refused an important package that they told me they would accept; now I have spent a great deal of time and money to try to reroute it. This has Undoubtedly been the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I can only hope my review helps at least one person avoid the trouble I have experienced. I encourage the owner to evaluate the professionalism of his staff or otherwise leave the shipping business altogether.

I can only agree with all the bad reviews. The young women who was on duty was a terrible service customer representative. I cant believe a company such as FedEx would allow this person to wear a FedEx logo. I know FedEx well and being from Memphis, I know them to be a company that lives and breaths quality, i was trained by them.Nothing but excuses, no help, and the most dismissive CSR I have ever had to deal with.

The customer service at this place is abysmal. The man I spoke to was super unhelpful. I asked about shipping diagnostic specimens and first he told it couldn’t be done. When I called my boss (bc we use FedEx all the time to ship to and from our lab!!), and went back in to explain, he said “oh yes, FedEx does that, but not here”; when I asked where, he had no idea and was super rude. He was very curt to people in front of us (loudly saying “do you have an account, no? You’re gonna need an ID...etc etc). He does not need to be working at the front desk in customer service.

I sent a an important shipment next morning air that was not delivered. Fed Ex customer service said that the store it was shipped from had to change the delivery address. The worker at this store was rude and unhelpful. He said he could not help me.

I ordered Etsy invitations and needed them printed but had no idea how. Went to Office Depot down the road and they didn’t help me at all. I went to this fed ex and they were quick and were able to help me easily print my invitations. They knew what they were doing and were fast. I will be returning there for printing needs.

I am at the Fed Ex location often for printing. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful.As other reviewers noted, it is a busy store and there is often a long wait - but other times I walk in and am out in minutes. Can’t blame the staff for the long lines!

Not coming back here again. They didn’t verify a zip code and didn’t set up the email address so that I could get the tracking information. Two times, two different guys handled my order and both had poor customer service.

This is a busy office that is run very very poorly. The team is nice....however, they are simply not well trained and struggle with long lines of customers. The wait efficiency ratio is negative. Someone could make this location into a star Fed/ex Kinkos...... right now I simply avoid it. Thank goodness the same services are available at Office Depot just one mile away. PLEASE become more efficient!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. A lady with neck length grey hair ignored me first of all. When the next customer in line pointed me out, she waggled her fingers at me to come forward. I explained I needed help sending an important document to a Title Co., showing her a lable theyd sent me. She looked at it for a long time then asked if I had their account # or an account of my own, telling me it would cost around $10.50 or more if I wanted it delivered in the morning. I pointed to the label showing her where the Co had a bar code, etc. but she had no clue if it was paid for. She pointed at the envelopes saying, Theyre over there; right in front of you. I asked if one was more expensive than the other and she said No. When I asked if it was guaranteed, she looked pained and then shrugged. We talked a bit more and she looked lost - it was all taking too long with no confidence in the service. At that point, I told her Id drive to the next FedEx location for help where they could answer my qs. The client behind me was aghast, and apologized for the abysmal treatment she saw me receive. I drove to Indiantown Rd (theres one inside the Walmart) where I showed the friendly rep the label, she told me it was already paid, smiled and gave me a receipt. Took 45 seconds. Worth the drive to I/town.

Cant hold a package more than 5 days is ridiculous. Must call FedEx They pick it up take back to there FedEx center and then bring it back the store will hold it for 5 more days. No wonder our country is so ****** up it all starts at the bottom and works its way up.

Be prepared to wait a long time regardless of how many are in line ahead of you. For some reason there are always 5-6 employees behind the counter but only one actually serving customers. This is the slowest fedex store I have ever experienced.

This place is not worth 1 star. Go try Abacoa Plaza UPS Store for great fast and friendly service. Waited 30 min at FEDEX and gave up. Took 2 minutes at UPS. Will never go to this FedEx again.

I had a terrible experience here! I was completely ignored. I waited for a very long time in the office for assistance and no one asked if I needed help. No one assisted me and after waiting for more than half an hour of waiting for help, I left. Their service is awful and I recommend no one come here.They dont even deserve the 2 stars they got.

I waited for more than 15 minutes there were a dozen people in line and many others came and left when they saw the problems with counter service. The fedex girl was packing one customers order in a large box. She let everyone just wait . My normal experience is that the fedex employees check in the customers waiting to drop off and receive a receipt for the shipment. They usually make boxes and shipments during a slow time in between customers. To make over a dozen FedEx customers just wait is unreasonable. I left after 15 minutes in line and was unable to ship my packages.I received a call from Theresa at this office. I explained what had occurred and she was looking into the incident on Saturday 1/23/2016 at 2:45 to 3:05 pm.I did return on Sunday and was in and out in under one minute receipt in hand no lines. Excellent!!

They are a mess! I have been using them for a few years for my business needs and they seem to be consistently under-staffed. I sent in something to be printed, they sent me an email saying it is finished and here I am waiting 15 mins later. Unreal.

I was here yesterday (Friday) and with four employees working, only one was on a cash register. This person took care of payment for packages, as well as payment for copies as the automated system was down. The line was out the door!Of course I forgot to print something and am back at 8am on a Saturday (which is when they open). Three people are waiting outside at 8:13am. Lights arent on and doors are locked.

It looks like Im not the only one experiencing these issues, I walked in this store and stood in one of 3 lines. When it was my turn the 2 employees behind the counter didnt even acknowledge me, then they both waked away to do things in the back. I was left standing there with another customer, we were both appalled and eventually walked out. The worst part was that the manager in the back area with the 2 other employees was giving orders and directing them with no regard to the huge lines and only one person at the register! How can people who base there business in serving people be so oblivious.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store. FedEx is a good company, this store is a disaster zone. Where is the yellow tape?To start, this particular store does not understand customers service. Last week I was shipping a package and the width was 4.5 inches. The clerk very matter of factly said we round up to 5 inches. As it turns out, it raised the price by $10 of the entire shipment. I guess I can understand that but her attitude was questionable at best. Although I was weary of the store, they had a special on a print order. I places a print order at 8PM November 30th. The online FedEX said the store would contact me with pricing and completion. I thought it was weird since it was not a custom job. I called the store today December 1st. They said they had the order and it would be done shortly. They said the price was double what the special was. I said their site had a 50% off special. The lady said the order had to be picked up on the 30th. After a back and forth she said she would honor the 50% off (it was on their website) but would not honor the additional coupon I put on the order. So I turned up an hour after it was promised. I was not done. 30 minutes later they finished it and the work was unsatisfactory. Manager apologized and said she would redo it herself. 3 hours later I went back to the inconvenient store and it was still screwed up. Manager was still there but would not come to counter to apologize, instead another clerk did that.No way to run a business. Stay away from this store!

I have never in my life seen a group of more lethargic employees in my life as I did at the North Palm Beach, FL Fed Ex location. There was a line of half a dozen customers and 3 Fed Ex employees. One worked the register while the other two just stood there. All I needed to do was pick up a package. Corporate should really evaluate the management at this location. Very pathetic.

Read the reviews this place is awful. There were 3 employees and a manger on the floor all doing nothing when I asked to print less than 20 pages they said they were too busy at the moment and would need 24 hours to “complete the order”. Looks like ex-convicts work here, needless to say no high school education. How does this place stay in business??
