This UPS store is simply the best in Palm Beach Gardens! Luis, the manager, is the best ever! Hes personable, helpful, and knowledgeable and deserves recognition for his over the top efforts to help me, while serving others at the same time! I had three very important documents that needed to be notarized, witnessed, copied, and mailed. He inspected each page, making sure all proper protocol was followed, and because of his efforts, he found an error and assisted me in downloading another document adding the appropriate page and, because of that scrutiny, I was able to finish my legal documents, meeting the stated guidelines! Copies were made, and send, leaving me thoroughly amazed at his work ethic and expertise. Recommended without reservation.....

Excellent customer service. Well staffed, too. (I believe 3 people were working at the counter). I love the fact that UPS now offers USPS choices. I was able to make the choice between the 2 on the package I was mailing. As my order was almost complete, the employee told me that they sell stamps, too. I bought some. UPS made my shipping experience awesome. They also had well stocked shelves of mailing envelopes and other supplies.

The staff at the N. Palm UPS store is terrific. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The handle my mail and packages. In 3 years with them there has never been a mistake.

Im a huge fan of this store in particular. The staff are always courteous and kind and give off the impression that they want to be there. They offer a ton of options for shipping and packaging which is one of the many reasons that theyre getting 5 stars today. I encourage you to stop by if you havent already and give them a chance to wow you like they did me.

Convenient location. Never crowded so there is minimal wait time. Staff are quick and efficient. They are able to take care of all of my shipping needs.

It was as easy as driving over to the store and returning a wrong sizeitem to Amazon. Amazon and UPS contracted for returning items.UPS does the work and Amazon emailed a scanned label. UPStakes it from there. Quite convenient.

A+ OUTSTANDING! I went there to have several items shipped. Many wouldnt fit and since they needed to be custom packaged, the shiping rates were upwards of $200 per item. Well the guys here were able work some their freight magic to get my figures down to a more earthey $30! Insanely solid packing jobs. Incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable, too. Normally I dont expect much from the ups store tbh but these guys have raised the bar. Now I go out of my way just to patron this store. Recommended 100%!
