Car buying comes with a lot of anxiety, especially used car buying at the moment (and especially if youre a lady shopping solo). From the first time I came in I really liked the vibe of the people here. Everyone is so genuine and talks to you like a real person. After everything was said and done I would 100% buy a car from here again! Bryant was my salesperson and he was all-around fantastic. He took so much anxiety out of the process and really made me feel like I mattered. After other dealers I dealt with I am happy I gave these folks my business.

Leased a new 2021 Nissan Sentra I truly like the car, had to mentally fight to get the comfortable payment but that’s comes with the game. Sales guy was very nice even though he put the wrong inspection sticker on my new car, called back manager said when I come to pick up my plates they will put the correct one on. And the finance lady don’t remember her name was very nice she also made me feel very comfortable working out the deal. This was my 1st time buying a car at Nissan in Plainfield and Will definitely come back to buy another car. I brought 5 Nissan trucks from Nissan in Springfield over the years but I will return to Nissan in Plainfield very professional place and made me feel comfortable.

This customer promise means nothing. I’ll never send anyone to this dealership. They negotiated a lease deal with me and after making me spend my entire Saturday with them, at the time of the payment, they told me there was some miscommunication and they could not sell me the car. They ruined my day, my entire family’s mood, and my trust in their commitment and word. I have never had such a terrible experience!

I went to this place for the first time and could not be more impressed from the second i walked in I was immediately taken care of! The GM Nasser greeted me and impressed me with his excellent customer service. The sales man Abdul was friendly, kind, honest and thorough. He was ready to answer all my questions and had no problem to show me basically their entire show room. Their finance department was the best in comparison to any dealership i have went to. ( And by this point it was a lot) GiGi in the finance department took very good care me. Again some of the friendliest nicest people. Really not satisfied with how this dealership work. There are some hidden charges which they are not including in deal at the beginning( like Documentation, DMV, etc. ). Also financed my car for which they did hard credit check unnecessarily, just to check customer reliability ( Not trusting on numbers which customer provided) and then applied for finance from finance company where they also did hard credit check (which is all bank does - no issue for that ). This leads to 2 hard credit pull for just one loan application which is kind of stupid.

Had an appointment today and was ready with 1000$ on hand to put on deposit for a car Ive been looking at for over a week now. This was going to be my third trip over. The only reason I didnt purchase the car on the second was due to being pressured to pay more than $6,000 in fees on a car listed online for 12,250. Even with that knowledge I was still very interested and just needed time to think it over. I noticed this morning that the Carfax.com page for the vehicle said sold. I called the dealer and no one knew if it had sold or where the keys were. Hours later and eight phone calls after getting no update, I got in contact with MJ ( hes awesome and not at fault) he explains to me that the car is sold and that even he hadnt known. Im not mad at my salesman or that the car is sold. This is on the owner. CONTACT the people scheduled for your vehicles if you decide to sell them. And for the love of car sales...update your sales department. I dodged a bullet here!

I went to Nissan of north plainfield after conversing about 2022 Nissan Pathfinder with MJ, a sales rep. I had previously looked online for this car which happens to be at that particular location. MJ was awesome. He was patient and very knowledgeable about my car. He gave us Play by play of the buying car process. Big waste of time and overall shady dealer. Called up bridgewater Nissan the next day and they gave me a price for the exact same truck for $2k less over the phone before we even negotiated. Stay away from this dealer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. That’s how poor our experience was. I’ll give 1 star knowing the car we bought is what we hoped for. But the customer service was the worst I’d ever seen. For being a huge dealership they do not have it together. They play games, avoid phone calls, and give you the run around hoping you’ll give up. I will never buy a car from here again and I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a car from here to keep looking. From the salesman all the way to GM every person was condescending, unhelpful, and rude.

Not a great experience. Frendy was nice and knowledgeable but when it came time for a deal, him and sales manager couldnt beat any competitor like they promised. You would think buying two cars would give you more flexibility. However, this turned into a condescending lecture from the sales manager, Sean about how making one deal is better than trying to get two cars. Kind of embarrassing. I ended up with Nissan World of Springfield. Beat the price on both cars for over $30 a month and included a year of maintenance on BOTH. Better yet, they were down to earth, honest, and friendly. Watch out for advertising scams. I called to inquire about 2 - 2020 Nissan Altima’s. I spoke with Jesse, Jennifer and Maya to schedule and confirm my appointment and the vehicles I was interested in. My wife and I drove 45 minutes only to find out the vehicles I was interested in had severe damage from hail. Please note these vehicle stock # begin with the letter F. I guess that means fake or fraud. My sales person apologized a d told me the manager was speaking to Jesse, Jennifer and Maya about the issue. But not once did he have the decency to personally apologize until I was walking out the door.The old saying “if it’s to good to be true, it probably is” applies to there advertising. I guess it is their sales strategy is to entice you in with F stock number vehicle advertising and then try to sell you another vehicle. Be aware!!!

I saw a car through TrueCar and they send me a deal but when I went there to do a test drive, the sales person was telling me that he can work out a deal for me. But without giving me any options or without any reasons came back and told me to look for cars some where else as if we dont know that option..

I went online to check out the 2020 frontier midnight edition. I have a current Rogue lease. I did the estimate calculation and the price was $400 a month (cheaper than what I currently pay). I was contacted by Ali a manager who talked to me on the phone for 35 minutes. Telling me we can get that deal done and to come in at 10:30 am. I was very impressed by how personable he was.I got to the dealership at 10:20. The manger was not there.. strike 1 .. in fact he never showed up for the time I was there. The truck was not ready or in an easy spot to get out for a test drive. I was introduced to Kelly who was very nice and read all the notes on my file from the manager. She pulled the truck out and allowed me to test drive.I was impressed by the truck. When I got back I said let’s make a deal..a manger Anthony introduced himself and we talked for a few minutes. He said the same, we can get that deal done.After patiently waiting for the paper work to be done. I was shocked when the monthly payment was $592.00 a month ( almost $200 more than discussed ). They suggested leasing, which I did not want at that price was $560 a month. Again $120 more than my current payment. At this time I walked out. I understand that I still have more than a year on my Rogue, and an estimate is not a concrete number, but $200 is a huge difference..Strike 1 for the manager not being thereStrike 2 for misrepresenting the deal discussedStrike 3, 35 minute drive and 2 hours of my time taken to find there was no deal to be made.

The most TERRIBLE car service experience of my entire 60 years of living.Typical sleazy dealers - paid for a tire change and DIDN’T EVEN GET ONE! Talk about a dealership that stands above the rest. This dealership went out of there way to do all they could to make sure I left satisfied. All workers where professional and acted with knowledge and went out of there way to make sure my needs where taken care of.

North Plainfield Nissan has great customer service and a team of highly skilled and customer-oriented staff. The dealer Kelly went through the whole process and was able to show us the brand new 2020 Rogue Sport. With her and the manager Ali’s help I was able to get a great lease deal on the 2020 Rogue Sport. I would recommend this dealership and specially dealer Kelly Ochoe for the purchase of your next Nissan vehicle.

I think instead of being surprised with associated taxes and fees. It should be put to the fore front when the total price of the vehicle is being explained. After I left my sales associate to sign documents I was hit with a $2k plus increase. Adding an extra $100 to my monthly amount, which I think is not fair to the customer and left a damper to my experience.

I purchased a certified Nissan Murano S on March 23,2017. After they checked my credit, we agreed on a deal. Went upstairs to sign the paperwork, completely different deal. They tried to make the payment 40 dollars more. Ali the manager came upstairs to the finance office and tried to sell me on the new deal, so I started to walk away, then all of a sudden the original deal was available. But now they are not honoring the deal. I was supposed to get a remote start installed as part of the deal but no one will return my calls or emails. But the worst part is the radio has no SD Card. I have spoken to VP of sales Faqia R. several time, but she just lies to me and tells me someone will call me back to resolve the issues, no one ever calls me back. It wasn’t until three days later when I finally got a hold of Ali, he said the SD Card was on order and he will have my salesmen Javier Rodriguez call me to schedule the remote start install, but still no SD card. Javier won’t return my calls or emails.

Do yourself a favor prior to considering this dealership and take a look at the Yelp reviews. Dishonesty and deception seem to be a common occurrence.As part of my lease agreement, I was given free oil changes for the duration of my lease, along with a one-time detailing. Even though these additional elements were in writing, the dealership will not honor the agreements. All messages to the GM Nassir have gone unreturned.I recently shifted from being a long time Bridgewater Nissan customer, and would highly recommend them over dealing with these business practices.

Went here and financed a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 2020. The guy that worked with me is Trevlon Hamer, he was phenomenal! Didn’t have any issues, process was super smooth and easy. He broke down all the numbers/prices to my understanding. When wanting to negotiate a better price he spoke to whomever to give me a decent deal (and honestly the dealership already had the car at a decent price but he managed to get it lower). Even when waiting for certain documents or processes he kept conversation so the process didn’t feel that long. I strongly recommend Trevlon and this place and will forever remember this experience, I walked in with a smile and left with an even bigger one along with leaving with my dream car. Thank you so much to the dealership and Trevlon, I’ll definitely keep both this place and person in mind if ever looking for a car again.

Be aware!Good salespeople but dont go there seeing their low advertised price. Once you choose a car then they will come at you with all kind of fees that you never heard of. Adding $4000 plus just in fees.. I am.not talking about tax or registration. What the hell is a non-tax fee? Destination fee for a used car?! Reconditioning fee?! One of those fees was $1485 and I asked about it and general manager explanation $499 is collision protection insurance I said I have my own insurance..then he said we will cut you a check for $2500 if the car is totaled. And if you pay cash, I can take that off. What about the rest of $1000 to which he replied that are some other fees..So buyer be aware about the fees galore!...

I had problems getting a car but finally everything went smooth when I met Ali!! He’s a great guy with even better personality! Hard to meet genuine people nowadays but if you need someone to talk to he’s the man! Thank you so much for making everything smooth and easy! Will definitely be sending the fam over to you!

STAY AWAY! Defrauded us out of over $5,000 during a pandemic. We came in on Friday night, left a partial deposit and agreed and signed for a price on the vehicle. The next day we return and the bill of sale reflects a price $5,000 more than what we agreed to! Very disappointed in this dealership. We worked with Nayah Edmonds and the manager Maya. Now noone will take our calls. I regret coming to this dealership and will never do business here again. I wish I would have checked the yelp reviews where there are instances of them doing this very same thing to other customers. Its sad that during a pandemic these people would swindle a young family with small children. They are heartless! If you value honesty and good business shop elsewhere. Take my story as a cautionary tale! Also they have a D- with BBB and many open claims. Do not get robbed by these crooks.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. We went in to see a vehicle which was advertised as certified on North Plainfield Nissans website. When we arrived we test drove the vehicle and were ready to make the purchase. We sat down with our sales rep and began discussing the vehicle. The car was not certified! After being in the business for 10 years I asked Bryant to have his sales manager come over, to avoid the back and forth. The GSM, Antonius Kyne came over. Antonius tried to tell me their vehicles are advertised as Certified Ready. Which was not true, then he proceeded to say the fine print says that and ask if I read the fine print. Which again was false. Theres a lot more in between but we ended up walking out for the dealerships false advertising. This is illegal and would also be an issue with the manufacturer if reported! I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, as it was a huge waste of time and they tried to deceit us!

Malik the salesperson that helped us was very professional and courteous he made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated as to what was taking place. Miguel the finance manager was also very professional and courteous. He and my husband developed a great repoire and we are extremely satisfied customers.

I have a 2008 Nissan with 196,000 miles and the transmission was giving me issues, so it was time for a new car. I knew I wanted another Nissan, as the one prior to this was a 2005 with 199,00 miles and was in an accident and totaled. I drive 136 a day round trip to work and home. She gave me no real issues at all.So I shopped around dreading to deal with buying another car and all the slimy dealers. I saw a car on North Plainfield Nissan’s website and gave them a call for details. I spoke to Andrew the used car manager, then Sam the general manager. They told me all the details over phone and set me up an appointment to come see the car. When I got to the dealership I dealt with a gentleman named Manjit, he was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel any pressure at all from him, I highly recommend dealing with him! My last two cars were SL models, which means fully loaded with leather, sunroof, navigation everything. The Model I was looking at was a step down the SV. I took it for test drive, the seats are so comfortable, great pick up, and still had all the bells and whistle‘s without the leather, navigation or sunroof. It just came off a lease so it only had 29,000 miles and was certified. I made my decision and bought it! The process took about two hours, so we told them we would be back and went to grab lunch at Aroggas down the street. It was painless, Sam, Andrew and Manjit made it such a great experience, everybody was friendly from the minute I walked through the door. I would highly recommend North Plainfield Nissan for your next Nissan or use car vehicle. It was definitely worth the trip!
