This pharmacy is a joke. Understaffed and rude. I’ll be changing pharmacies after this experience

The masks they sell for your health and safety are just for looks. No medical grade masks. They dont prevent the spread of covid-19. Dont waste your money.
I had an appt for my 2nd Covid shot, and 6 days before I was due to come in I was in a awful auto accident. My leg was broken. I called the pharmacy and asked if they could help with a wheelchair or to come out to the car. I was asked to come in a little earlier than my appt and Kim the pharmacist came out to my car to administer the shot! You just dont know how much this meant to someone who has gone thru so much in one week. I want to commend the whole staff at this Walgreens Pharmacy for putting me first and treating me so wonderful! Thank You All!!!
They take their phones off the line so they don’t hear them ring. Terrible
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying for 35 min to get through to ANYONE at this location. The system has hung up on me 8 times. Was on hold for 10 min at one point. And now currently on hold again for almost 20 min.Completely unacceptable!
The pharmacy has new staff which has a god complex. Trying to override the medicine a physician prescribed and mistakenly gave medications to someone else and won’t admit it. Pharmacy staff is rude and the pharmacist hides when a question needs to be asked and help is needed. My family members and I are switching to another pharmacy soon. Would highly suggest you go somewhere else until they get their issues worked out.

I have a valid Rx. The store states they screwed up and no refills??? Really??? It clearly states 1+ refills on the label!! They want me to come in and give it to them. No. I will go to corporate, the news, ect. This is not a strong medication. Its not a pain med or anything like that. This is totally unacceptable!! I waited over 45 min on hold only for some pharmacy tech to refuse to allow me to speak to the pharmacist and she hung up on me instead. All I wanted was my refill . Brought a prescription for simple prenatal vitamins in and was told it would take 24 hrs to fill thought that was a little crazy but whatever.Still arent ready 48 hrs later so went up there they have no apology for me and am now told noon time today.So going on my 3rd day with no prenatals.Very upset.
I have been trying to contact the pharmacy and store since yesterday afternoon and it is 3pm now. Ive been on hold for 30 mins now and the same amount of time every other time I have. Im very displeased with this store. Do not recommend!!!!!!

The drive thru pharmacy takes forever minimum 20 minutes some times that long before they even acknowledge your there.
Didnt have the decency to call us and let us know they dont have my prescription. Said it will be ready in two hours. They were rude and said it was a busy day, which I get.... But a phone call takes two minutes.
Good Evening, I had to contemplate posting this review because I do no like posting negative reviews as I know how harmful they can be to businesses. Today I had an experience at this Walgreens that I felt I must share as not only was the pharmacist on staff MARK VANN abusive in his power to decide to fill my rx or not. He personally regardless of Walgreens policies or GoodRX he refused to fill my RX unless I paid full price without GOODRX. GoodRX price 38$ store price I paid was 99.99. This pharmacist assumed I was some junkie as the script was adderall and even after my doctors nurse called him to give ok he said no, knowing that I could pick it up in two days but was moving and the RX could not be transferred. From a conversation with me and because of the particular script he took me for a junkie. Knowing nothing about me how I am on medicaid, foodstamps and SSI and 62 extra dollars in a week of meals for me not him. He is discriminatory and unfit to properly access a patients medicine as I have been on med 9 years including that one. For the last four months I have used GOODRX at Walgreens and paid around 40 but becuase I now know continuity of care and loya;ty to customers is top this stores top priority. I called corporate and express outrage and how I respect them as a company and this man lack all the qualities you want in a employee htat makes conditions on meds because he wants too. I get seizure med too what if he would have been in another bad mood and left me without medication unless I paid full price 400, lyrica, I would have a seizure. In 34 I have never been so disrespected by a pharmacist that. Walgreens you need CRM because this right here shows depending on the pharmacist your whole opinion on a company can change. Matt, Mike, whatever your name is I am coming in for my 62 dollars tomorrow. Take you it out of your pocket because you had no problem worrying if I got my med before moving or the price. I have a BS in Finance, I have had a career. you know nothing about me but what your computer says. But the Sheriff here hate when homeless people in group homes get told they can have their med unless GoodRX isnt used. We will be showing up tomorrow with the coupon and your explanation why I couldnt use it when my nurse called you to say fill and I call and you give me an ultimatum, 100 or none. Corporate will be speaking with you as I spoke with them for over an hour today and they looked up my account. And the money is the least of it, youre discriminated against me. I went to this pharmacy last night to get my tamiflu prescription filled. Im from out of town, so I knew being a new patient and gathering my information would take a little longer. I gave the tech all of my information, she said 15-20 minutes. I was sitting in the chairs in front of the pharmacy the entire time. 40 minutes go by and the tech calls me up.. turns out it wasnt even started yet because there was an issue with my insurance. Why she didnt get me before, i have no clue... I was the only one waiting! I am a pharmacy tech so I know theres more behind the scene stuff that they do and have other prescriptions to fill besides mine but I was waiting in plain sight for 40 mins before anything was said!! Then another 20 minutes to put the label on my box. An hour for tamiflu when they said 15-20, thats ridiculous. Not to mention they have their bins with everyones prescriptions in them in plain sight! I could see peoples names and the drugs they were taking... HUGE HIPPA violation!
Purchased medications. Wanted to use my goodrx card. They didnt us it. They used my insurance. Called for them to change it. Their response was have to call you back. They didnt know what to do. Paid 110.00 shouldve paid 40.00. I will no longer use Walgreens
15 people in line with one cashier. Other employees just standing around looking at the line. When wife suggested one of the idle workers check someone out in the photo department (shes worked in retail for 15+ years) all she got was a nasty look and snyde remark from the employee. We will be using CVS from here on out.

Very friendly nice people...sometime there is an annoying wait for scripts...I have never been to one that is any different with wait times...so..thats my take!
