Fine in the store, walked out and slipped on the pavement...broke my shoes, cut my knees up. Broke 2 toes and possibly a few little bones on the outside of my other foot. Still cant walk, super embarrassing. Be careful its slippery!

This is my MOST favorite grocery store...The Publix @ Heron Town Center rock!! Just to give a shout out 2 all of the employees who make my shopping pleasurable...inc Joe, Glenn, Cynthia, Ian...just to name a few...Theres so many...

Prices are way to high. Wanted to buy a Star Fruit. One Star fruit is $5.00 for one. Last year you could buy them for hardly nothing.

This location is our favorite super market for 5 month every year. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff are among the most helpful and courteous weve ever encountered. Its so nice to be recognized and welcomed as regular customers.Please tell me why customers with Canadian cell phones cannot download the new app. Were a significant part of your customer base in the winter and likely very important to your bottom line.My wife and I have the self-scanning and payment app for Sams club. So theres no good reason that I can see why the Publix app is not available. Please reconsider. D⚓KUPDATE:All it took was a single email message to Publix Customer Service and they fixed up the issue regarding access to the app. One of their I.T. reached out to us and they opened it to all of their customers. Wow! What service. Upgraded to 5 Stars. Thank you Publix.

Staff was great. An employee in line behind me to check out heard I couldnt find an item and left the line to obtain the items for me. Cant ask for kinder service than that!

I feel really good in this business. Somebody always comes to help, everything is neatly sorted and the prices are a bit high, but I also get better quality.

My neighborhood local Publix... Probably the best publix employees outside of Lake Land. Theyve never complained when I walk in 5 minutes of 10pm to grab a quick item of something (dinner, snack, drink, friendly smile, etc...). Sometimes Ill even professionally shop the store. Never an issue locating items, one of the best Delis and Bakeries outside a local family owned and run shop, super helpful employees even when you know where something is and are heading that way youll be asked if you need assistance finding anything. Though they tried to lock me in last night and help with restocking, they did let me out to go eat :)

It was okay I mean all the food good but if I follow you around like youre going to steal something if you have a backpack on, since I walked everywhere I need a backpack to carry my wallet water the works.

Good place to get a home cooked type meal. The service is good and the portions are huge...

Publix is a nice clean store. The people working there are always friendly. The deli counter serves up great sandwiches. The fried chicken and shrimp are excellent, even the cocktail sauce is very good. Cant beat the convenience either :)

Even though this was not my regular Publix, I was able to navigate the store as if Id been there a million times. As with most Publix stores, it was very clean and staff was extremely knowledgeable.

Have patronized this supermarket for the past few years. People think they are pricey, but thats because they have a wide selection of QUALITY goods. Their produce is shipped in fresh each day.

Good selection of products but prices are really high for the same products you can buy elsewhere.

I have never seen a dirty ryn down Publix. Their stores are the result of happy employees who pass it to the customers. It is worth paying a few extra dollars. I observed the employees spraying and cleaning down after each order. The pharmacy is busy but the wait is pleasant. If you havent had your flu shot head for Publix. Publix is right across from Walmart. I have a friend who summed up the difference between the two: Dont expect friendly people and great customer service from Walmart, and dont expect cheap prices from Publix, because you get what you pay for. I shop both. But shopping at Publix really is a pleasure.

My experience, at least every time I go there, the staff are always helpful and kind, the store clean and always tidy, and best of all, if I need any assistance with finding something, whether they have is or not, the staff/associates/management are always willing to help me find what I need, whether its in their store or not. To this day, Ive NEVER had a bad or negative experience there.

Love Publix however as always I asked to have my bags to be packed lightly( brought more than enough) however when I got to my car once again had to repack as they were way to heavy. Would suggest baggers are trained to realize as we get older our strength is not what it used to be, yes some baggers are very good and will even help you to your car but we still have to get them in the house.Thank you

Always clean and usually decently stocked. The only complaint I have is that there is no gluten free section. All the gluten free food is mixed in to the shelves which makes it very difficult to find without reading every single label or looking for the purple circle on the price tags. There is a very tiny section with some bread and chips but you would think since that is there they could put some of the gluten free stuff there or designate it bigger.

Wonderful store with a variety of items, pleasant staff that are more like friends, and stock my favorite coffee creamer all year when most stores only carry it seasonally. Two thumbs up.

They sold dry ice a couple of years ago, hopefully they still do.

This publix is my favorite one to go to. Its the cleanest and its modern looking. Other publix locations ive been to (in nearby cities) look like they are stuck in the 90s. This publix is open until 10pm. Other publix stores close at 9pm. The employees are always very helpful and kind. They sanatize everything. Theres always good deals on products, like buy 1 get 1 free. The publix plaza has other good stores to visit. U can get ur groceries then grab Chinese food or Italian pizza or even chicken wings

I gave the girl I ordered from (Shipt) a check for 5.00 tip, so thats why I didnt give an additional tip when you asked me to. She did very good. Got it to me fresh and she called me when they didnt have a product so I could ask for something else. Next time, I will give the tip online when asked. I love your service.

Don’t usually shop at this location but because our sub maker Rose and cashier Dawn we had a very nice shopping experience. Rose made our subs and was extremely polite and kept up positive attitude while dealing with other sub makers and some confusion with online orders and walk in customers. Receiving courteous service at most establishments is a rarity so I appreciate her positive attitude and courteous service they both exhibited today.
