Publix is a Fabulous place to shop! The employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If we are unable to find what we are shopping for, we can ask for help and an employee will come to our aid. Thank you Publix. Plus, the stores are very clean. They also offer BOGO (buy one get one free) which beats competing companies pricing policies.

I love my Publix! I recently visited another Publix in the area and realized how great this one is. Thank you for going out of your way to serve the customers and make us happy! The cashiers and baggers are always so helpful and friendly. I have also noticed how much smoother the deli has been running lately, as compared to in the past years. Thank you for making changes that needed to be made. My favorite items are always stocked and the bathrooms are always clean! You do not realize how great you have it locally until you have to go somewhere else and you are disappointed.

This Publix is the closest to my home, but definitely one of the best places to go in, get what you need/want, and get out. The entire store is clean and well lit, the staff are always very friendly and willing to help you out with any and all questions, and the prices are well worth it. I suggest, in my opinion, that you come on by, and see for yourself what all the hype is about. Every Publix is different, even in the same city.

Outrageously over priced unless you take advantage of the 2 for 2 specials. I noticed a good 1.5 to 2 times more expensive than a kroger or Walmart on many items

They have a great selection in their deli. We ordered several different meats and cheeses. All had to be sliced. Casey was great and a pleasure to work with.

A+ Store is always clean! the employees go out of the way to help you and have conversation. Management is ontop of things! This is a model store and how all publix and the supermarket sector as a whole should operate.

I really enjoyed shopping at this store. I usually dont go to this store since Ive moved from that area but was in the neighborhood running errands. I was pleased with the flow and experience. It was quiet and organized and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

There are more publix stores that Florida has zipcodes, and this one is pretty much identical to all the rest. The food quality is good, but the prices are higher to match, and the bakery is to die for! Doung better than Than Walmart when it comes to staffing as not only have they not moved to automatic checkout there is nearly alway some smiley kid packing my bags for me. Keep up the good work Publix, you ALMOST justify the extra cost of shopping with you.

I called the customer service desk at this location today and a lady picked up. I asked if they had any deals on 12-packs of Coca-Cola products this week. I was told to give her a second and she would transfer me to grocery. After being on hold and ringing for 2-3 minutes the same lady picked back up and I asked again if they had any deals for 12-pack Coca-Cola products and her response was hold on one second I’m really busy. She then put me back on hold immediately and then which she hung up on me after 10 seconds on being back on hold. Because this employee was sooo busy and could not take 30 seconds out of her busy morning and look up the current in store promotions in the ads paper. I made sure I took the time out of my busy morning to drive to a further local Publix to buy my groceries and get the Publix “consumer relations corporate office” phone number which I just got off the phone with. Will not be shipping at this location again and will be driving out of my way to a further Publix for groceries for now on.

Loved getting my husbands vaccine while I shopped the Bogo sale.

Was totally disrespected by the assistant manager or so they say, who happens to obviously be a member of the LGBTQ community, became belligerent and disrespectful to my elderly mother because he didnt know what kind of cigarettes she was asking for, then proceeded to throw then on the counter and says I dont smoke its not my problem, my mother is old and had multiple eye operations, i then walk into the store to let him know the difference between the pack we needed and the pack he gave, instantly said Im off work at 10 pm sweetheart when my boyfriends here, and he was simply allowed to stand at the service desk on his lunch break and argue with me, definitely would deter from this store, the Publix on Sumter is far more enjoyable to be in nobody even apologized for the inconvenience or his behavior

Very well stocked store and very clean love shopping here only for one problem I am from ny I wish the store would carry margarita stick pepperoni Walmart carry’s it but even they cannot keep it in stock trust me all the snow birds would love to see it in the store. A pizza isn’t a pizza without margarita pepperoni hopefully some day very very soon they will stock it they already carry mozzarella cheese from Buffalo new York it’s awesome now all we need is the stick pepperoni and i will neverLeave home again. You just cannot find the great food like margarita pepperoni in sunny Flordia. Yes excellent excellent !!! in everything except:However today I ordered a hot meatball sub and it was terrible! This is the second time I have ordered from this PUblix a hot meat ball sub and both times had to throw them away.It seems they do not heat the meatballs and sauce.They just heat the bun together with the cold sauce and meatballs and of course the meatballs are quit cold along with the sauce UGH!Other Publix stores heat the sauce and meatballs first and then toast the bun if customer requests a toasted bun, which turns out excellentWhy the difference?Yes I did request the sauce and meatballs to be warmed first but was told this is the way it is done???
