Great selection...always clean and well stocked...great crew always friendly...run by Robert who is a wonderful manager

As a single mom, budgeting is huge and customer service goes a long way. I live up the street so I come in daily for cleaning supplies, holiday stuff and and everyday needs. Robert greeted me daily when I came in, along with every other customer that came in after me. No matter what day, I was greeted with the same kindness a d positive attitude- every time! You can always hear him saying hello and asking if customers needed help. I’ve never received such amazing customer service from anyone. I’m a sales customer service Mgr, so customer service means everything to me. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. The way he helps the employees he works with is incredible. I’ve never walked out of this store without a smile, and that’s directly due to Robert taking his job seriously while maintaining the most positive attitude I’ve ever seen. Robert deserves a huge raise, he literally sets the vibe in this store and definitely makes it a very positive experience.

This store has come such a long way under the new manager, Robbie. Always clean and well stocked. Associates are friendly and helpful. Great bargains to discover here. Always fun to browse especially when everything is just a dollar!

Absolutely LOVE North Reading Dollar Tree. Robbie and his employees are so nice! I cant believe how well stocked and organized this location is. Ive been to other Dollar Trees and they dont even compare. You wont believe all the bargains you will find! A lot of brand names as well.

Great place for Halloween supplies. Was able to buy plastic pumpkin baskets and stuff with candy and snacks for $15 per college kid. Convenient and clean.

One of the Best Dollar Tree that Ive gone too! Staff is friendly, the store is cleaned and organized, and there were lots of items in stock that Ive not seen in other Dollar Tree stores.

This is by far one of the nicer dollar tree stores. Much cleaning than the ones in surrounding towns.

Valerie, Manager is rude. With over 10 people waiting in checkout line, I asked her to help. She stated until cashier asks for help Im not helping. Once she did start helping, she literally threw my items on counter and actually broke one of the deodorizers due to her being rough. I am surprised at how she treats others that she is in management. Dont think Ill go back to this one.

My kids love coming to this store.Literally everything is $1.The quality of their products is atrocious, but that can be okay if you know what youre getting into. You just have to know what youre in for. They also sell some name-brand foods (mostly candy) that are probably decent quality. Party favors or give-away toys are also great things to buy here.Weve eaten a lot of the food items (including dairy products, like ice creem) and have never gotten sick. So that all seems legitimate.Its never too busy. Check-out is fast.They have a public restroom.I only rate them less than 5 because the shelf maintenance can be spotty.

Register area not sanitized between customers. Not acceptable.

My favorite Dollar Tree store in the area..mostly because its the largest and hff as plenty of parking!! Staff are really nice and are always willing to help. If you need balloons for a special occasion this is the place to get them!!! Shelves are typically stocked with what you are looking for. Restrooms are in back of store.

If you like cheap crud made in third world countries, this is the store for you. They actually have pretty good deals on things like party decorations, greeting cards, and craft supplies. Just stay away from any deals that seem too good to be true - you usually get what you pay for and they dont take returns.

Every Dollar Tree store has little different inventory. This store has Personal hygiene products, stationary, greeting cards, decorations, kitchen supplies, glassware, cleaning and household items, toys, and food items. Great staff. Check it out, youll be glad you did.

One of the best dollar store in the Andover/Reading/Woburn area. Its neat, clean & well stocked compared to other DS. Staff is exceptionally nice & friendly. I was there at 9:00am to get balloons and while there was only 1 person she took care of my request and the other folks in the line efficiently & with a smile
