Again. No Stars at all. Completey disappointed by this place. Convenient yes, but limited inventory and higher prices than Home Depot or Lowes. I went into the store without my receipt and what a run around. No I did not shoplift these items. I will be back for the LAST time ever with my receipt for your overpriced limited inventory items for a refund. Yes I understand policy but......well enough. I say just AVOID these small stores and got to the big box stores. The have what you need and you can return what you want with NO hassle. Thumbs down to this place.

They often have what building supplies and hardware i need. Much better and quicker than a trip to Depot. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I used to come here with my dad when I 7 years old, flash forward 20 years, was still going here for a while but will now be bringing my business unfortunately to Home Depot. I was born and raised in the area and even live within walking distance of reading lumber but their service has become so bad. I’ll go to Home Depot and get similar service and save a few bucks. I want to support the local guy but they give me no reason to. I called ahead for what I wanted, they said they had it, they didn’t. I was going to buy something else instead even though it was severely damaged and they weren’t offering a discount for that, but got fed up after the help was standing in a circle of three of them talking about when baseball might start up again. You want to kill a business? Leave it completely run by minors who don’t care if you do well. Bye reading lumber.

Watch out when you fill your propane tank. The kid there has NO IDEA how to read the date on the tank. He said my tank was out of date when I know it was a couple of years old. They must push everyone to make a sale for a new tank. Go to OConnor hardware they will show you the date on it. He just said OUT OF DATE.

I’ve been a long time customer and have always had a great experience at your store. Today I went during lunch to pick up rock salt. While I was there I was horrified. I heard who I assume was the store manager yelling and berating one of the nicest sales people I have dealt with. Apparently she was so humiliated she quit right then and there. Unfortunately, I have to rethink visiting your store in the future.

Worst place ever.. so rude to my wife on the phone asking a simple question.. sent her days ago also to get a faucet to hose connector .. she handed the specialist the original fitting.. he didnt even measure it or match it to the damn grid in front if his face.. so of course she got the wrong fitting.. ignorant. 3 years at grow season we have gone there because its close to home.. they sucked every time.. rude as always.. selection is lame.. no reason to exist. They should move operations to Lawrence where they belong.

Called about a roof rake, they had a few. Arrived and they had one left. Very happy they did not try to gouge me on the price.Honest shop.

The lumber prices beat Home Depot and Lowes by a mile! The quality of the lumber is five times better than the Big Box stores. Prices on hardware items are way better than Home Depot!

Small hardware store that has way more than just lumber. They always seems to have a better selection than Home Depot or Lowes despite being much smaller. The staff are helpful and easy to find.

Oh HELL no. Yea, avoid this place like the plague. The word INCOMPETENCE doesnt even adequately describe them. Went here to order composite decking for my deck replacement and it was a comedy of errors from the start, only its not funny. 1. We were given the wrong price on the materials when we were first researching. Apparently, employees arent taught the difference between cost and retail prices when quoting to customers. 2. We ordered the decking and was told it would be delivered in 3 days, on the morning of the day it was supposed to arrive, we get a call stating they cant find our order. Hours later we get another call telling us they found it, and the decking will be delivered that day. 3. 4:30 that day, I call to find out when to expect delivery and were told our materials are on a truck that went to Wrentham and is stuck in traffic, theyll be here tomorrow. 4. The next day, they finally deliver the decking and guess what. THEY DELIVER THE WRONG MATERIALS!!!! They dropped of SOMEONE ELSES ORDER!!! similar color, but NOT what we ordered and the wrong amount. Unfortunately, as I wasnt home, and my contractor hadnt seen what we had ordered, it was installed, and now how to be ripped up and replaced. After 2 days of hemming and hawing, mostly by some schmuck there named Casey the owner finally agreed to resolve the situation, however, while they replaced the decking, he didnt think to send new screws. Um, you cant reuse decking screws! Now we have to wait an ADDITIONAL 5 days for them to get the screws because apparently they dont stock them. Why a lumber yard wouldnt stock commonly used decking screws is beyond me. Yea, just complete incompetence. I would STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere, unless you like headaches
