Cody was great, my car was hit on the bumper and they did a lot to help me out, my car came back looking great and loved that it came with interior detailing which my car really needed. I’ve never worked with a business that updated me with photos while my car was being fixed which I loved! North Ridgeville CARSTAR is well deserving of 5 stars. Excellent customer service! Cody was amazing, communicating with me all throughout the process. They worked directly with GEICO to remove any of the hassle that I might have had and delivered the car earlier than promised! Cody and his team did an excellent job of repairing the paint on my recently damaged Mazda. He even took the time to find me a reasonably priced used side mirror, painted and installed it. After getting my vehicle back, I noticed they cleaned the inside, which was above and beyond normal service. Highly recommended!

Cody was great, I probably called 4-5 times trying to coordinate with them on when my car would be finished. The car was in an accident here in town, but I love 3.5 hours away. He was polite and always willing to take the time to explain what was going on and what to expect. He also made sure to not set an expectation that he couldnt deliver on. I was told the car would be ready early this week 05/13/20 and I could pick it up at 11am. It was finished early and I couldve picked it up the second they opened this morning. Overall I would recommend them to anyone, Im even tempted to keep coming back even if its over 3 hours away.If I could post pictures of the before and after I would it looks great.

My car was damaged by a deer and this shop came up as one of State Farm’s preferred vendors. After looking through Google reviews, I decided to use them and I could not be happier. Cody was upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed and the timeline he would need. He even scheduled a rental car for me that met me at his shop one minute after I dropped my car off! I got my car back in 7 days in absolute PRISTINE condition. The entire inside of my car was detailed and the work they did to the body looks so good you cannot tell that anything was ever damaged. 11/10 would recommend. As someone who works in the service industry, this place went above and beyond my expectations!

I had an amazing experience at carstar. I was able to talk to Cody on the phone who allowed me to send him messages of my door hinge that would not allow me to close my door. He looked at it and sent out George to come look at it since I could not drive it seeing as my door was stuck open. I was relieved that in minutes George was able to get my door to shut with a temporary fix long enough until I was able to bring it in to have the hinge replaced. Both are life savers and I highly recommend this place.
