I had a accident with a side swipe and my car was damaged so badly. I had taken my car in the 31st of august by the 2nd of September it was in the shop. It was brought in the 13th to start work and then today the 15th I was able to pick it up. It looks brand new and they communicated everything clearly. I couldnt believe how nice of a job they did on it. I’m so thankful for everyone who works here and how hard they work to keep the cars pristine and getting them done correctly but efficiently. They were loaded with cars so I’m surprised how fast they did it. I inserted a picture of right after the accident and how it looks now. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And if I ever get in another accident hopefully not I will definitely be using them.

After being hit in the parking lot, my cars back bumper are looked so bad. My girl looks beautiful again and what unexpected great service I received when she was handed back sparkly and clean (even vacuumed). Shes been handed off to my daughter now and we are all so happy! Thank you!

This is (unfortunately for me) the third experience with South of the Square. Every time I have used their service they have exceeded my expectations. Professional, clean, meticulous, friendly, prompt just a few adjectives that describe their service. They even coordinate rental car pick up and drop off. Here’s to hopefully never needing them again, but if I do, I will return for a fourth time.

As a local auto detailing and ceramic coating facility just a few miles up the road in Avon, we had a customer who needed their headlight door refinished on their 93 Mazda RX7 that was in for a 5 year ceramic coating, Brandon took care of needing a new headlight refinished asap, and it turned out fantastic. Our owner is former auto refinisher and hes very meticulous when it comes to paintwork. We are beyond thrilled with the results (and so is our customer!) South of the Square made a horrible experience of someone hitting us into an experience that was stress free. No one ever wants to be in the situation, but with SOTS we were in good hands every step of the way. They arranged for a rental van to pick us up right when we dropped our car off. We were updated through the process and the finished product speaks for itself with perfection.

A large tree limb landed on the roof of our brand new 2020 Rav4 during a storm. The damage was awful. South of the Square collision in North Ridgeville handled all of the repair concerns from the rental car to the return of our repaired car. I had a 2018 Chevy Equinox had some pretty bad front end collision damage. I was feeling hopeless a bit I spoke with Mason for estimate he was very helpful. I ended up bringing my car in and having them work on it the work was completed earlier than expected and the quality was amazing the car looks brand new again and they helped work out a price I could afford I would definitely recommend south of square to ANYBODY this place gets a 5 star rating for a good reason it’s well deserved!! We went there for a small fix when our car was hit in a parking lot, then ended up coming back shortly after because our car was rear-ended. I was in an accident recently and the whole passenger side of my car was scratched, dented, and in need of a new paint job. They did this job in about a week. Everyone that I talked to was super nice and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for me and my vehicle.

I had to get my front end fixed after a hit and run. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday, the worker Doug in the office was amazing gave me an estimate, made sure a rental car was provided, they basically tied all the loose ends with the insurance so I didn’t have too. Took about a week, they called me on the third day to notify about the work being done, and what day I can pick up my vehicle. I picked my SUV up on the 7th day. My car looks brand new, the workers did amazing job l, they even cleaned up the inside which was a great surprise. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs car work to go to them for awesome customer service, and amazing handy work.

South of the Square is just amazing! My 15 Silverado had been in an accident and I had little hope of ever seeing it again. The damage was pretty extensive on the cab and on the bed. It was terrible, but the airbags didnt deploy, the structure wasnt compromised and after 3 1/2 weeks or so I was able to get my truck back.When I got my truck back the job was beyond what I expected. The crew at the North Ridgeville location are professional and the customer service is beyond what I expected as well.The labor performed on my truck to bring it back was so awesome and flawless I couldnt even tell that was my truck. The whole process was super easy and they even had the Enterprise representative and car at the shop for me. That was service plus! When I first called and explained my situation, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got the ball rolling with the insurance company. When I arrived to drop off my car, they already had a rental car ready and waiting for me which I really appreciated. When I came to pick up my car after the repairs, they had also cleaned the inside of my car! In regards to returning the rental, I simply had to leave it with them and they handled the rest. The staff is kind, they make this process as hassle free as possible, and I left feeling like I had a brand new car again! 10/10 would recommend this business to others.

I am so glad I decided to have South of The Square Collision Center repair my Nissan Rouge... everyone was very professional and kept me informed of my repair until completion. I took my vehicle in for a fender bender. The process from the start with them was great. I came in without an appointment to get an estimate and they took me right away. They arranged everything with insurance even my rental car. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had it done on the time they estimated. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. They even gave me a small gift bag when I picked up my vehicle as a thank you for using them. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

The bumper on my F150 was rusted out pretty bad, they ordered a new original equipment bumper and painted it to match. They also assisted with drop off and pick up which made it easy on me and my family juggling schedules. I originally choose South of the Square based on their google reviews. I am a mechanic and very OCD. Even the slightest detail will annoy me. When i picked up the vehicle, I could not find a single problem with the work that was done. I must say, this was the first perfect job that I have ever seen when it comes to a vehicle repair. We had 2 of our cars in for repair at the same time (backed into one with the other in the driveway) and we are beyond satisfied with our experience from beginning to end!! We were leaving for vacation so we dropped both cars off and they were ready when we returned. Both looked in showroom condition after repair and rather than make 2 trips to pick up the second car, one of the guys took the second one home for us so we only had the one trip to make!!Extremely friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop when we were gone as to the progress on both cars.All paperwork was neatly folded and organized into a nice slim folder with business cards attached for any future correspondence.The facility is very clean and nicely decorated and everyone we dealt wiith there made us feel like we were their only customer!! I had some damage done to my car in a car wash and we took it to South of the Square Collision Center for repairs. Mostly because they were so close to our home and gave us a good quote. But from beginning to end they were very kind, easy to work with and very efficient. When we picked up the car it was fixed, looked great and my 5 year old car looked almost new! They also sent home a cute little care package! It is those little things, like washing our car, freshening up the inside, and the care package that made the experience enjoyable and worth it! We have used South of the Square in N.Ridgeville on 3 occasions in the last few years and would not go anywhere else. The work they do is the best and the staff is professional and keep you updated on everything. Cant say enough positive things about them.
