Very happy I found this place. I have a 2016 Mercedes C300 with 70,000 miles. It’s out of the CPO warranty. I got notified with a vey annoying notification that said “auxiliary battery malfunction”. I found this place and had them contact me. They texted me the next day. The price was great compare to others that work on German cars. They got it installed. It’s working great. Very cool that it’s family owned. It’s very clean on the Inside and they have beautiful old school luxury cars inside. They were great to work with. You can tell they care about the customer and not ripping people off just because it’s a German car. I will be back with any other issues my car may have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great people. I do not live in Ohio I was visiting relatives. On my way to the turnpike to return to PA my tire pressure light came on. Could not safely drive home. I just happened to see this business and asked for help. They took care of the issue right away so I was able to get on the road I had a five hour trip ahead of me. Had Iannelli do a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a used 2015 Macan Turbo I was looking to buy from a nearby dealer.I am not local to the Cleveland area and was looking for a credible, knowledgable shop with strong experience with Porsche models and German engineering. There were a couple of red flags on the vehicle I wanted an unbiased opinion on.They were able to squeeze in my PPI request the very next day. Unfortunately, I didnt end up moving forward with the car but this timely accommodation was critical in the process should I have decided to move forward. I primarily dealt with Rob who was always polite and thorough with his explanations. I felt comfortable asking for his advice and had confidence in his responses. He identified a major issue that required immediate attention and gave me an honest, unbiased assessment of the vehicles state. To be honest, the inspection was not quite as in-depth as I wouldve preferred but given the time crunch and reasonable price, I was very happy with the service. They performed a test drive, checked all major systems, got it up on a lift, etc. A woman named Maria sent over a copy of the inspection report a day or two later and handled my payment over the phone easily.I would definitely recommend Iannelli for a trustworthy PPI on a vehicle you are interested in! Great experience here and certainly gave me peace of mind being an out of state buyer :)

Excellent service!

Ive had my fair share of issues with my Audi and have used several different shops. I came across Iannelli and gave them a shot.....what a great experience! Rob was very professional, took the time to talk me through the issues, he even showed me the parts that were malfunctioning when I picked up the car. They charge a very fair and reasonable price. They cleaned out my engine bay without me having to ask, it looks brand new, something the dealer and other places never ever did. I hope not to have any more issues with my car but if I do, I will be going back to Iannelli.

Iannelli saved me thousand$!!! I requested suspension replacement thinking it would improve my BMWs performance. They honestly informed me that I did not need suspension replacement, and that the vehicle simply sat idle in storage too long (8 months). I’ve brought land rover from them and on day 1 itself backup camera and ac stopped working but they took it back and made sure all the issues are fixed and they didn’t charge me any amount. The service they provide is marvelous.

Great food, great service

I love the small family atmosphere thats both friendly and relaxing. They have always taken care of problems Ive had in a fair and honest manner. Their prices are good, but the most important thing you get there is the fact that they really pick out the cream puffs (and I mean GORGEOUS) used cars to sell. These cars are so clean and so nice, youd be very hard pressed to find them anywhere else.

Water pump on my car went, forcing me to find a close proximity repair as i couldnt drive excessive distance to usual shop. Dropped car off late night, w keys left in slot describing issue. At 7am the following morning i had already recd email from Rob stating car would be looked at first thing. Pricing very reasonable, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Car done same day too, and was washed! Ill be returning here...thanks Rob for white glove treatment!

Iannelli stands alone in terms of service, prices, and personality. They are consistently polite, friendly and knowledgeable. As a female sometimes you feel uncomfortable going to either buy a car or get a car serviced, but never here. They treat you with respect and always do an amazing job. Their prices are lower than anywhere else Ive researched and they are by far the best around. Ive purchased two of my previous cars from them and loved them both. When it come time for me to buy a new one, Ill end up right back at Iannelli! Love them!!

So far, great! Took care of me and my Audi better than any other service facilities I have been to. They treated me very well even though my vehicle is 15 years old (great shape). I plan on making this my only stop for any future repairs. They have a nice inventory and can help find something.

When it comes to a car salesman, you typically expect someone whose trying to price gouge/over charge and leave out the important details, which makes buying a car very stressful.Recently, I dealt with Andy. He was the complete opposite of the above details that I mentioned. Very reasonable and honest service. They identified an issue with my car’s rear differential and recommended that I have a dealership look at it and get it repaired under CPO. It turns out they were right, the rear diff was causing clunking noises at low gears.

Brought my vehicle for a overall diagnostic of condition, etc. After my vehicle was looked over, Chad, the service tech. went over all of the items found and he has extremely detailed. One of the few independent shops that has BMW programing if your cars computer needs reflashing or updating. Fast, courteous, competent and much less expensive than any BMW dealer. Plus they do not have the take it or leave it attitude of the dealer shops. Glad I found them.

I had work done on my Volkswagen Jetta here and was very happy with the results. The water pump was leaking engine coolant and they replaced it for a fraction of the cost that the VW dealership quoted me. They offer free loaner cars while your car is in the shop which was very convenient.

My Experience with Iannelli Autocars was great. A few months ago my car started to feel loose and didnt drive smooth like it did when I first purchased it. Then I started to hear a loud noise every time my shocks were being used and was worried if I didnt get it fixed it would only get worse. I spoke to Rob Iannelli and he took my car in almost right away and even gave me a loaner car to use while they were fixing mine which was great! When I picked my car up a day or two later it drove just like brand new! I was so happy and felt safe once again in my vehicle. I purchased a used luxury car a little over 3 months ago from Ianelli (October 2015). Chris is a great salesman. After having the car and driving it daily I love it. I couldnt have been happier with the purchase or the expierence, and I will be bringing the car back for all of its maintenance.Follow-up (May 2016):I took the car in for routine service, (summer tires, oil change...) I also had the wiper fluid pump replaced. Rob is great to deal with, I was able to set up and do everything via email from work. Responses were prompt. The work was done quick. Had the free loaner car for 24 hours exactly. When I picked up my car I noticed it had been washed. When I got home I noticed the lower body panels looked like someone took the time to buff them out and get all of the tar, and grime from this past winter off the body. Talk about going the extra mile with out being asked!

Great service & people at Iannellis. I knew I had a serious problem with the turbo on my 07 Outback. Rob & and the staff accurately diagnosed the problem and replaced the turbo with original parts. They provided a loaner during the service period and kept me informed of the progress throughout. Nobody looks forward to paying big $$$$ for repairs but if done right, its well worth it. After being disgusted with my BMW dealer, a neighbor recommended Iannelli Autocars. I have been pleased with the staff and service for several years since. Recently, the vehicle had been having serious mechanical issues. Rob pulled in some parts but we came to the conclusion added work was not prudent considering the vehicles age and mileage. For several weeks Rob gave me a loaner as he searched for a car that fit my budget and personality. I am thrilled with the car he acquired from out of state and the price. A good place to have work on your vehicle very professional.

I only got an oil change but service was timely and they let me know about a couple of things that will need addressed in the near future, that does seem to be a common problem with my car. I will be going back for follow up service as they do seem like good people and I left feeling like I could trust them and I am admittedly a very sceptical person.

I take my all my vehicles there for repairs, they have awesome mechanics and great customer service as well. I highly recommend them for any Mini Cooper repairs, they have always done a great job and are far more reasonable than dealership prices.
