Had my oil changed there,when I went for my next oil change elsewhere I was informed that my oil pan drain nut was completely stripped out. Funny they didnt notice that and get they gave me a long list of repairs that were needed and nothing said about that. Thanks guys

Took us without an appointment in an emergency situation this was a blessing, because of their kindness we were able to safely get back on the road.

Very helpful and friendly people. They dont charge an arm and a leg for basic things and theyre very knowledgeable. If you need any serious work done it might cost some money but youll be paying for quality work. The mechanics are ASE certified and dont cut corners.

On our way out of state we began experiencing vehicle troubles. Our vehicle was seen immediately, diagnosed within minutes, and back safely on the road in less than 2 hours. The staff was kind and more than easy to talk to. We were offered complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited. The waiting area was clean and comforting. My front suspension literally caved in on me Sunday night. I had a mailer from this place which happened to be right around the corner from me, so I called Cindy on Monday morning. She not only got me in right away, but was able to provide a free loaner car for the duration of the time they worked on my car, which I really needed in order to keep an important commitment to a friend that day! Then, as promised, the service manager David texted me all the info and called me to explain everything in detail not only about what failed on the front end but also what caused my tires to wear down so quickly and what they could most economically do to correct every problem. He also told me of another issue that wasnt that bad yet and could wait for awhile. This is a high mileage car that I rely on for daily business, and I have finally found a repair shop which not only gave me confidence in their honesty, ability, and professionalism, but also in the way they treated me as a customer. They really listened and couldnt have been nicer. They didnt talk down to me like I have experienced elsewhere. Finally, thanks to them, this car almost feels like new after 249,000 miles! I have been taking my cars to them for years and they have never failed to do outstanding work, regardless of the car model or complexity of the repair. They also provide an excellent diagnostic evaluation of the vehicle, sent via text, that shows detailed pictures of the issues and repairs and also lists items may need future attention. In January 2021, I brought a 2007 Ford Explorer (personal vehicle) and a 2020 Nissan Rogue (company car) to Auto Service Specialists for engine/maintenance work. This is the first time I have ever done business with this facility. I was looking for another option for my vehicle maintenance/repair needs. The work was performed in a very professional manner at a fair, competitive price. In fact, they saved me a lot of $$ because another repair facility suggested additional work that in reality, did not need to be done. I am 100% satisfied with their service, communication, and the overall experiences I had with them. They are my new auto maintenance partner. Have used Auto Service Specialists twice recently for 2 cars. All maintenance and repairs were done properly. Communication is good. Inspection report prior to work being performed is texted and emailed to you for review. The office area is very neat and clean, the workers are friendly and service is prompt.

When my check engine light came on suddenly and the motor started running rough, I called to make an appointment for my truck. I was told I could bring it up when I had a chance and I did. Im new to North Royalton, and I called SIX other repair shops because I had a nail in my tire and they all blew me off. I received a postcard in the mail and decided to try this place. They immediately made an appointment for me, I also scheduled an oil change. They gave me a loaner car so I didnt have to sit there. They updated me with photos of issues with my car. Without pressuring me, they explained what needed to be done, and what could wait. I opted to just replace all 4 tires instead of the patch. Everyone i dealt with was super friendly. Without a doubt this is my new auto shop!

Tire feedback 2013 Camaro 2SS, after driving for awhile it handles really well, every bit as good as P-Zero’s that came off the car, my MPG went up 1.2 mpg. I take my car here from Akron because I know I can trust everyone at this shop and my family has been customers of theirs for years. They have a great focus on customer service and are up front and honest with you. I just had to go out of town on vacation and they squeezed me in and made me a priority once they heard my situation. They kept me up to date the whole way through and I was able to still make it out on time. Highly recommended.

I have Audi Q5 fixed here and it’s been a very courteous and honest experience. The price was very much at par with the dealership but I always support smaller guys then big businesses. Nate the supervisor was very helpful and so was Rick the owner. I wish them the best.

A to z was way better! Way over priced.Shocks were not needed to be replaced. The car only has 45k miles. I took it to another shop and they replaced everything that actually needed to be replaced. They fixed the noise without unnecessary replacement of the shocks. Price was significantly less than the quote I received.

Always gets the job done in a quick manner. Staff is friendly. Never had any problems and I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle.

I have had several vehicles worked on at this shop, and I wont go anywhere else. They are very professional, reasonably priced and have always answered my questions in a way that didnt make me feel inferior. I wish i could rate no stars. Took it in for a groaning noise and oil leak. $1600 later, still groans and leaks. Said he would buy my vehicle if the fix didnt work. He doesnt remember that. Quoted me another 3500 to fix the leak for good.

BIggest rip off shop in town.They use very aggresive selling tactics.Every car gets a total inspection no matter what you come in for and they call you with this huge estimate.I do not prefer that unless i ask.This is nothing like the old shop when John owned it.Stay away unless you like wasting money .
