My phone was shattered and touchscreen didn’t work at all. I went in and he said he’d have it done in 30 minutes when I didn’t think it’d be able to be fixed. When I picked up my phone Neil told me everything he did to fix it and even provided my new screen with a screen protector. To make matters better, And he then recommended the best case for my phone and provided the back of my phone with certain tape to prevent water damage in the cracks.
