Richins cabinetry did an absolutely incredible job on our kitchen cabinets and countertops. They were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond, great price for the amazing value and always on time. They came when they said they would come and do what they said they would do. I can’t recommend Richins cabinetry enough!

We highly recommend using Richins. We had them install upper cabinets in our laundry room. We were so impressed with their customer service and quality of their work we had them come back and do custom builtins around our fireplace. We have been very happy with the end product. This post is long overdue. When I find contractors that are awesome, I feel like I need to share. During our remodel last year, we worked with Adam Hawkins with Richins Carpentry to do our cabinets for our Kitchen, Laundry Room and Master Bathroom. My wife and I couldnt have been more happy! They did such an awesome job! Adam was a pleasure to work with and he always took time to work everything out with us. There were no surprises, no up charges that we werent aware of. The quality of the work really couldnt have been better.The Kitchen was done with a rift cut Oak. This gives us that modern look without all of the knots of traditional oak. Getting the color right was a bit of challenge, but we eventually nailed it! We love it. Its something different but looks amazing. The modern style we chose isnt something typical in Utah, but they still pulled it off. Our favorite things in the kitchen are the hidden door to the large walk in pantry. Inside the pantry we have countertops and cabinets. The hidden door to the pantry looks like cabinets, but is really a 250 pound door! We also love the spice racks on either side of the cooktop, the pullout garbage, and cutting board trays. Love the shelves, as well as the draws under all of the countertops. You cant believe how much more useful having drawers is vs having typical cabinets. The Countertops with the thick edges also look amazing! And the under counter microwave is perfect.We did the same in the Laundry Room, but they did a custom drying rack that will come in very useful for after our dive trips. Also did a custom Iron Board along with the extrra large sink and countertops.The bathroom was a little different as we wanted a bit stronger of a grain look. We went with textured melamine to get the modern look there. It does perfectly near wet areas, and looks cool.If you are doing any remodeling with cabinets, give Adam Hawkins a call. The guy is patient, smart, timely, and gives full disclosure. He did a great design, and gave great ideas. During our remodel contractors were a bit hit and miss...but these guys were the best ones we worked with. Highly recommended!

Richins has designed and built cabinets for our 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and master bedroom. Dion assisted us with custom designs and provided some unique solutions. He was great to work with during the design phase and responded well to adjustments that we made during the process before fabrication started. The quality and workmanship are top level. Richins is the best of the best! We had a kitchen remodel due to a dishwasher that leaked and needed to redo our cabinets and counter tops. From start to finish Richins was amazing to work with. This was my first remodel and it was so helpful to work with a company that has so much experience and expertise with counter tops and cabinets. I mostly worked with Adam who is very personable and quick to respond to the things we needed and questions we had. Greg and his team did a superb job installing the cabinetry and counter tops as well. They were also great at humoring my young kids who wanted to help with everything. You might think this review is fake because it is so positive, but trust me, it is not fake and Richins is a top notch company to work with!

We had multiple cabinets designed, built and installed by Richins Carpentry and they did a fabulous job! The quality was fantastic!One of the things that impressed me was the integrity they had, if something wasnt right, they would take it back and fix it, even if its something I didnt notice at first, they would take parts back to make it right, where others may just let it slip by, Richins wouldnt settle for anything less then perfect!

Richins Carpentry recently did a kitchen remodeling project for us. We are THRILLED with how everything turned out. Adam was the project manager and did an outstanding job. My Auntie needed just on bathroom drawer fixed due the the face coming apart from the sides. The work was done very quickly and I received a call that the work was completed way before I thought it would be. The drawer looked great and the repair was superb. Since it only took a few minutes to repair, Dion said no charge. What a great guy. My Auntie is a widow and lives on a tight budget. This made her day. Thank you Dion & Co.!

The quality of the finished product is just the icing on the cake to the experience of working with the staff at Richins. I went into my bathroom remodel with just a rough idea of what I wanted, and they were helpful to guide me through the pros and cons of each of my ideas in terms of quality, price, and timelessness. I got a handful of quotes and Richins was half the price and half the time of the others while treating me well and respectfully. I can’t shout their names form the rooftop loud enough.

We had our kitchen, bath and laundry room remodeled. The cabinets turned out beautifully, and Adam gave us several great ideas about incorporating extra features into the kitchen and laundry room. It was a huge plus to have them also do the counter tops, and there was minimal delay in between having the cabinets and counter tops installed. The paint for our cabinets was slightly off from the sample we had selected, and rather than continue forward and hope my wife wouldnt notice (unlikely), Deon brought by the original sample and a newly painted sample for us to compare against our paint and lighting conditions. While it cause a couple of weeks delay, it was well worth having what we wanted, and not having to settle. Easy to work with, and they provided excellent support after the job was done to come back and make minor readjustments to a couple of drawers. They were very careful to cover the existing floors (newly installed wood) and to protect the walls and other painted surfaces from any damage. They provided us contact information of a great local electrician, who also did excellent work. All in all, it was an easy, positive experience and we have a kitchen that is beautiful, functional and exactly what we wanted.

Richins Carpentry is the BEST. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen. It is now a Showcase worthy kitchen. The craftsmanship is AMAZING. The quality of the materials are top-notch. They were very easy to work with. I rarely give reviews, but these guys deserve all five stars.

We have engaged Richins Carpentry to do 2 projects and we have been very pleased with both. They completed a custom Murphy bed/Desk addition to a bedroom a few years ago and recently completed a major renovation to our condo that included kitchen remodel, cabinets in two bathrooms and flooring in 4 rooms. All work was completed professionally with quality materials and on a reasonable schedule. I would highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest, but they do an outstanding job.

None of the other cabinet makers I called would take on my small job, too busy doing entire kitchen remodeling, but Mr. Richins worked it into his schedule. I had Dion from Richins Carpentry do a craft room in my basement. Cabinets, white quartz counters with an island and some shelving for storage. My wife really loves the ribbon and wrapping paper holders. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Richins Carpentry.

WARNING! I would not recommend Richins Carpentry to anyone. Our experience with them was horrendous. Dion seems likes the nicest guy, but watch out! We spent over $36,000 on cabinets & Quartz countertops. The quartz cracked within the first week. Dion would not take ANY responsibility for it! He did threaten to send us to collections though for the remaining $1,200 we owed that we were withholding in hopes of settling the issue with the cracked counter. We paid just to be finished with all dealings with Dion Richins. I now feel it my duty to warn others about our terrible experience and cracked quartz countertop. There are other good cabinet guys out there, this is not one of them.

Richins Carpentry is the best choice for cabinetry. I have worked with them for years and they continue to impress me. We were hired recently to help a sweet elderly couple with some fire damage in their kitchen. Their daughter flew home to help them select cabinets. Richins Carepentry stayed and worked very late to make sure we had a bid in hand the next day to expedite the process for the customers and ensure their daughter could help them while in town.
