Great customer service! Sue at Designer Sportswear has helped me with 2 different versions of my company logo over the years and I have been very happy with how they turn out when I have her stitch them to the fleeces I get for my staff (to keep them warm at work in the winter) and my mock turtlenecks I wear myself. The quality of the apparel and the embroidery are great and I will keep going back to her going forward. Price is reasonable too.

Owner does fantastic work and is a perfectionist and wont sell anything that isnt up to par.

July 18th 2017 we were browsing the street front on Webster Avenue in North Tonawanda New York. Designer embroidery and 80 Webster Avenue my wife was attracted to a beautiful graphic shirt in the front window so we went inside to see if they could Supply her size. They didnt have that particular size of shirt in the window but they didnt have the graphic print. A wonderful owner of the store spent significant time with my wife giving her options on shirts and sweatshirts and showing her many graphic prints which she could apply at short notice same day on those shirts. After much selecting and filtering down the results my wife picked a lovely blue tea and a very fine sweatshirt to put her Shaman woman and her power animals transfers on her selected shirts. The owner said it would just be a short time to have them transferred onto the shirts so we browsed up the street for about 20 minutes went back to the store in the two selections were already printed folded and ready to take. Very kind woman who took care of us and hes a very large heart. A worthwhile stop if youre in the area of North Tonawanda.
