Underground took great care of me. Mike and shoot I forget the other gentalemens name. I was on the phone with them multiple times trying to get all the paperwork I needed. When dealing with DMV as Im sure most of us know can be very difficult. The underground crew made things so much easier for me. They went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful.Thanks guys.....

Ive had at least 7 remote starters installed here and the service has always been outstanding. The starters work great and the installations have always been professionally done. Nothing left undone and they show you how it works. Im getting a new radio with backup camera installed in my wifes car and I already know Ill be quite happy with it. (Especially my wife!)

I dropped off my car 11/6/20 for a remote starter and the installation was completed within 2 hours! Received my 2 remote starters and purchased a Buffalo Bills face mask for under the price of three other quotes I received in Niagara and Erie county. I purchased a Groupon for a Viper Car Started for my truck. I was scheduled immediately by a friendly and professional staff member within 3 days. The service was about 90 minutes, which seemed more than fair on a Saturday morning. Winter arrived shortly after, and I was grateful for the purchase.

Extremely unprofessional...!!Waited over 2 months for proofs on vinyl graphics. Still do not have what I was after.. Total waste of time.. If your to busy to do the job, or it’s a job you don’t want then say so.Don’t string people along...!!!

Helpful, could fix my car within the time frame. However, the interiors are very smelly with the printing ink. There are no separate restrooms for the visitors.

After waiting almost 5 hours for a basic tint job on a sedan it was done somewhat decently. but after having to return due to so many bubbles and hassling to get it fixed i would never recommend this place for window tints. i ended up going to audio one and they did it the right way and it took them half the time. also there customer service sucks here, they make you feel uncomfortable.

Just want to say sorry if you read b4 post. Just upset since I got truck. Dealer try to put in radio, speaker and mess things up twice. So I call these guys and made appointment. Because of the dealer stressing me out, when I got there they didnt have part. So b4 I thought what they told me. That the part was on back order. So now Im happy to that my radio and speakers will b in tomorrow. Thanks for your time. Lol you would go crazy too, if you didnt have working radio for about 2weeks.

Customer service is horrible. I was having problems with my starter. I called them and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was advised that there was nobody that can help me. I was told that technician left for the day. They rescheduled me for another day. Once again I arrived to the place and there was no technicians available. I advised them that I live far from them, about 30 minutes drive. The guy was very rude and never even apologized. I had 3 family members that left them because of their customer service. They went to Kustom workz. Kustom workz customer service is amazing. I guess I will be taking my customer service and my money somewhere else.

Spoke w/owner on phone about their deal on Groupon. He offered to do job for price quoted on Groupon. Dropped car off and left keys on drop box. Left a note and keys on drop box.?s abt the model that I wanted through offer on Groupon. Never received a call about it until car was ready. Went in with $250 in cash. To my surprise the total price quoted did not include $20 in tax. O.k. no problem. Gave them my bank card to use. As I went to sign for purchase i noticed the price increased. Questioned it and was told there is a few to use credit cards. That to me is a not fair business practice. So what was suppose to cost $249.99 ended up costing over $280. Not happy at all. No booklet on product given to me. The starter works but I could have had it done anywhere for a lot less money.

They made me baffles for my rear deck speakers before and now they are making me new baffles since i have bigger woofers and tweeters. I can rely on them to do quality work for a reasonable price.

I stumbled onto this place back in 2010 when it had a location at the corner of Parker Blvd & Sheridan Dr. I immediately fell in love with it!!! I had never heard of them before and then I learned they had a location on Oliver St in NT. I soon learned that was their home base and original location. In the beginning, before Parker Blvd & Sheridan Dr was sold I only dealt with this awesome employee named Greg who was the only employee at that location cuz it only had one bay and he and all employees(I met later at home location)are all awesome artistic techs including and especially the owner Jim, and very personable!!! :) I have had everything from chrome wheels mounted on low profile tires, stereo & speakers replaced. Lettering going across top of my windshield and alot more!!! As a matter of fact I got a new car recently and I need to visit Jim to make my new car personality mine as only he and his crew can do!!! :)

The Shop in North Tonawanda is good but the one off sheridan road the owner is not a responsible person takes your vehicle all day and not even finish it I would not recomment the sheridan rd store for any type of work the guy over charge you for equipment you can get in other store cheaper...

I went here for a remote starter, i was told a remote starter would take 2 hours and i had to leave and come back, it wasnt done for 6 hours. Customer service was terrible, and it has not been working right since i got it installed. I will never go here again. I am not happy.
