Voz Cycle City is hands down my favorite shop and, to be honest, one of the only ones I trust to work on mine and my wifes bikes. The customer service is always second to none and they will always make sure that you get what you need to get out on the road. If you own a motorcycle and are in Western New York you need to stop by and check them out.

Had 2 of my motorcycles inspected, even added air to the tires of one bike when checking the tires and it was a little low, very impressed by the attention to detail, will do business with them for all my motorcycle needs

Voz Cycle City is bar far the best place to take your bike for parts and services. Terry is as honest and trusted as I have ever seen in this business. I brought my Fatboy in for service 14 years ago and not only found a good shop for parts and service, I found a great friend in the process.

Check out the bike night with a live band. I saw some friends I havent seen in a while. There were a few vendors, food, and drink. We all had a great time.

So I had a training at the ANG base on Saturday. About 8 miles from the base my bike dropped its chain. Luckily an airmen picked me up and got me to the base on time. Now enter Voz Cycle. I called, they said theyd absolutely fit me in and recommended a tow company that would be happy to help with a bike. Within a few hours they had a new chain on the bike and had me ready to go. I never even got to meet them! They were friendly, helpful, and the price was reasonable for the work done on a normal day...but this was a last minute rush job.TL:DR- Helpful, friendly, reasonably priced. They will help you and do great work!

Went by today and it was good to see how busy they were. Glad that COVID isn’t scaring everyone. They were super helpful and made me feel important, even though I had to wait awhile. Patience is always worth it. Terry made sure that he fixed my problem so I could ride safe.Thank you again

Customer service was outstanding, it was 100% better than the big shop down the Street. The mechanic was fast and effective changing the tube for my BMW. We called more than10 places around and no one would touch a foreign motorcycle.

This guys are amazing we riding from FL to Niagara Falls my wife gs 800 have a slow leak on the front tire we call many shops including BMW dealers ( they dont have the inter tube on stock can you believe) and no body can change the tube. I call (VOZ CICLE ) and explain to them my situation we bring the bike and the guys stop what his doing to help us and in few minutes we out of there so happy thanks guys, very professional installation balance and new tube ( they have tube in stock all sizes) very cute place by the way if you are on the area and have any problems call this guys, .

Great store! I was having trouble finding a part for my bike, couldnt find it anywhere except Ebay..... Im going on a trip in 4 days and was worried about not getting it in time if I was stuck on relying on ole Ebay! VOZ was able to find it and promise delivery!!!! Extremely pleasant experience! I was having many issues with my bike and every bike shop that I called was booking out 2 months for service! I called VOZ and they told me to bring it in today and we will take a look at it! The customer service that I received was incredible!! They were able to fix my bike in under an hour! No need to wait the whole bike season to get it fixed!! I will definitely be returning to VOZ and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing to get work done to their bike now or in the future! I’m new to the Harley world and had to get my bike a new rear tire and adjust a few things and Terry got me in right away. I dropped it off for him in the am and had it done by noon!! 5 stars because of how courteous the owner was. He knew he couldnt be of help as soon as I told him what i was looking for (motorcycle pants, which he explained are a very difficult item to stock), but offered to help with my purchase by ordering from a catalogue if i could identify what pants i wanted. I hope i can return looking for something they do have, as he is someone I would be pleased to do business with.

Love this shop! Great selection of mid to high end riding clothes and prices to reflect the quality. Used parts, new parts, gremlin bells, clothing accessories, full service shop, winter storage, wonderful and attentive staff. Owner is very involved in his shop. I will definitely be going back when I need major repairs done on my bike I cant do myself.

Taking my bike to Voz is a huge thing. I was taught growing up, that you dont trust dealers or garage shops. So I learned to do a lot of things on my own. I came across Voz from a fellow employee that I work with, so I trusted her. I will say this, Terry (owner) is as good as they get. Very trust worthy and a straight up great guy. Prices are very reasonable and Terry takes actual time to know who you are. Your not another number to him. I strongly suggest all you motorcycle riders to come here and be at ease.

Terry is always willing to help you. They have a wide selection of apparel and some parts. They even have some consignment parts.
