Went in to get my car balanced and get two new tires. They balanced it before putting the new tires on, and while balancing it they heated up the part that the drive shaft connects to so much that I had to pay to get it replaced. $800 of repairs that they were going to charge me $1,000 to fix after theyre the ones that broke it. Will not return, would not recommend you go to these thieves either.

We are from out of town. Brought tires there on Saturday to have them put onto wheels for another car we came to pick up. They were rude and told us to come back at 2:00 pm. We returned at 12:05pm. They were closed and we were unable to get tires until Monday. They over charged us and never apologized. Delayed us getting home with a 6 hr drive. So much for small town hospitality!

Worst experience I have had for a tire shop. First experience was to fix tpms issues. Never fixed properly. Then decided to go back. Made an appointment for three weeks in advance for $1000 set of tires. Made special arrangements to just get there. My surprise when they didn’t even order my tires.. Very disappointed.. Then shop manager tries to play it off like its my fault. Sad excuse for a tire shop....

They work hard to help you and get you what you need. If something does happen to go wrong they try to make it right. Been using them for years.

Better teach your employees or you not to call customers liars. I was told 9 for a tube but if you put it in 12 but got there they put it in and said was 9 for the tube THEN 12 for labor. Made it sound 12 for tube and putting it in so better teach your staff they right to tell prices. I AM NOT A LIAR AND NEITHER IS MY HUSBAND

Took my truck in to get the tires balanced they forgot to balance one the others were balanced wrong then a week later I took my truck in to get the alignment done and 4 days later I rebuilt my whole front end thinking I had bad ball joints but I knew better cuz they were brand new got to looking around on the driver side come to find out they left my Camber bolts loose ended up having to replace the upper control arm because of it.. that was a $135 mistake... do yourself a favor if its an emergency push it or pull it somewhere else.... daughter rode in my truck every day with me and my fiance.... could have killed us all

My car needed aligned bad I couldnt go over 45... I called them and asked if they could got me today or soon, they got me im tha same morning (it was today 6-17-19)! It drives great now!!
