Jonathan was very patient and kind helping me apply a new screen protector and other accessories on my new phone. I felt very welcome at this store and always do.

Katie was an excellent consultant. We had an hour’s worth of questions and she patiently and kindly answered them, even a few times when I missed something. I wish I had known this store was there sooner. You need to give them a bigger banner, or one on both sides of the plaza so people know you’re there, especially since the one in Monroeville is temp closed. Katie had answered questions for me on the phone earlier in the day before I came in, and I never felt rushed off the phone, and THAT is rare. The second i walked in the door i was warmly greeted by Katie who IMMEDIATELY understood what i needed done and not only met those needs but explained how i could save money because of my veteran status and she made the entire experience enjoyable!! I had a great experience here today. As soon as i walked in the employees were busy with other people but told me they will be right with me, I liked that because people usually dont do that. Zach was my person who helped me and he did a excellent job i really like him he worked hard to get me my phone good job today at&t.

Good phone store

I brought the phone back that I was supposed to bring back!!! However I was told by a friend of mine that he received At&t tv for free for a year. So instead of the yongman just talking to me he instead tries to start a fight with me,because I told him to lower his voice!!! Ifbthis is the type of employees that you hire than you need to close this facility!!! By the way I am a older black man and he was a younger white man!!! As a matter of fact a white woman who was in the store was appalled by his character!!! This is very disappointing and disgraceful to your company!!!

Went into this store to upgrade my phone, the guy (Darius) went to grab his ipad, at this point a lady walks in wants to pay her bill & the guy (Darius) that was supposed to help me starts helping her!!? Meanwhile she didnt know her acct.,told him she was on her mans acct., she wasnt, so at this point I left! Thanks A LOT Darius for not helping the customer that was there first!!!!AT&T 👎👎👎👎
